Ariix acquires Asantae (details not disclosed)
Amid reports of unpaid commissions and an overall decline in business, Ariix announced a few days ago that they have acquired Asantae.
BehindMLM only recently published an updated Asantae review, which detailed claims of commissions owed to Asantae affiliates dating back to October 2014.
We also noted the Asantae’s website rank had dropped to 7.9 million, suggesting little to no business activity was taking place. [Continue reading…]
BestLife Worldwide Review: Recruit Silver & Gold affiliates
BestLife Worldwide launched in 2009 by founder and CEO Steve Moretta.
The company is based out of Texas in the US and operates in the health and wellness niche.
As per Moretta’s BestLife Worldwide corporate bio;
Steve has a long and successful career as entrepreneur and over 21 years working in the Health and Wellness industry.
Moretta’s own personal website is a little less vague:
I was born in Quito, Ecuador. At the age of 18, I started my first business and it didn’t go very well. I found the love of my life (Irene) at 22 and we both decided to go after the American Dream… after we got married, we moved to the US.
At the age of 25, I was still struggling to pay the rent and I was living paycheck to paycheck but I learned (and applied) a few key concepts that literally changed my life forever!
By the age of 30 I became financially free and now thanks to those same concepts I’ve been able to develop a multi-millon dollar company in the last 2 and a half years.
Prior to BestLife Worldwide Moretta appears to have been affiliate with Formor International (nutritional beverages). This likely influenced Moretta’s founding of BestLife Worldwide.
On the topic of language, it appears BestLife Worldwide primarily target Spanish speaking people. The official BestLife Worldwide and Steve Moretta’s Facebook profiles contain posts almost entirely published in Spanish.

Vfinity Review: Buy a pak, recruit others who do the same
Vfinity launched in early 2014 and are based out of Florida in the US.
Vfinity is the premier weight management solutions direct sales company that Lifestyle Consultants and Customers need to become skinnier, healthier, and more financially successful.
Vfinity operate in the weight loss MLM niche and is headed up by CEO Alex Eliashevsky (right).
As per Eliashevsky’s Vfinity corporate bio;
A graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Alex Eliashevsky started his career as an equity options trader at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange (CBOE) in the year 2000 with Cutler Group LP, a sophisticated derivatives trading firm focused primarily on equity options.
Having early success in his career, he invested in a sole proprietorship and continued trading while maintaining a working relationship with the Cutler Group.
There’s no mention of MLM experience in Eliashevsky’s bio, suggesting Vfinity is his first MLM venture as an executive.

Valentus Review: Autoship recruitment trumps retail
Valentus launched in late 2014 and are headed up by CEO and Founder, Dave Jordan.
In Latin, the word “Valentus” means “prevail,” defined as proving to be superior in strength, power, and influence.
A “product return” address in the US state of Nevada is provided on the Valentus website, however it is unclear whether or not this is where Valentus actually operate from.
A Google search of the Nevada address brings up United Fulfillment Solutions, who claim to be a ‘pick pack order processor, inventory manager, return processor, assembly partner, data processer (and) multiple facility‘.
The address provided by Valentus doesn’t differentiate from that of UFS, suggesting Valentus uses UFS for order fulfillment. A corporate address is not disclosed on the Valentus website.
Dave Jordan meanwhile first popped up on BehindMLM’s radar as a LiveSmart affiliate. Back in 2011 we ran a story covering Jordan’s giving away of sports memorabilia as a marketing angle.
When Jordan left LiveSmart 360 is unclear but it was presumably before the launch of Valentus (LiveSmart 360 itself recently collapsed).

ProfitFactorX Review: $7 chain-recruitment scheme
There is no information on the ProfitFactorX website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The ProfitFactorX website domain (“profitfactor.club”) was registered on the 4th of January 2016, however the domain registration is set to private.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
Elite Pay Alliance Review: 4×4 matrix cash gifting
There is no information on the Elite Pay Alliance website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The Elite Pay Alliance website domain was registered on the 15th of December 2015, with Optimus Dale listed as the owner. An address in the US state of Arkansas is also provided.
Optimus Dale is a pseudonym of Sherm Mason, who first popped up on BehindMLM’s radar as the admin of Magnetic Builder.
Magnetic Builder was a $29.95 recruitment scheme launched in 2011.
Last year was a busy one for Mason (right), with at least five known dubious schemes launched throughout:
- Paradise Payments (February 2015) – a $2 to $1000 cash gifting scheme
- Magnetic Gratitude (April 2015) – a $580 matrix-based Ponzi scheme
- Summer Fun Matrix (July 2015) – a $22 three-tier Ponzi scheme and
- 3×9 Millionaire Machine (September 2015) – a $3 in, $435 million dollars out Ponzi scheme
- Instant Pay Christmas (November 2015) – a $5 to $800 cash gifting scheme
With Christmas 2015 having come and gone, it appears Mason is looking to start his 2016 launches early.

Only7Bucks Review: $7 two-tier matrix cycler
Only7Bucks do not explicitly clarify who owns the business on their website, but they do mention it comes under the “Success Unlimited USA” banner.
Success Unlimited USA is a US company with corporate offices in Austin, Texas and New York City.
For over 13 years SUUSA Inc. has established itself as a leader in maintaining its commitment to superior marketing servicesas a global leader in social networking self-development programs.
Success Unlimited USA is owned by John Dierksmeier, who through it has launched a number of schemes over the years.
Dierksmeier (right) first popped up on BehindMLM’s radar as the Founder of MaxeVida in 2011.
2014 saw Dierksmeier launch Cafe Nopal, a recruitment-based scheme combined with nopal extract infused coffee.
In 2015 Dierksmeier then went on to launch no less than four MLM underbelly schemes:
- 2×2 Wealth – a two-tier Matrix Ponzi cycler
- Nopa Vida – a cactus juice recruitment scheme
- EcoPlus Network – a matrix-based recruitment
- My Secret Fortune – a $5 matrix Ponzi cycler
Of the opportunities Dierksmeier has launched over the years, MaxeVida and Cafe Nopal have since collapsed.
The 2×2 Wealth, Nopa Vida, Eco Plus Network and My Secret Fortune websites are still online, however Alexa statistics reveals each of the opportunities to be in decline.
This has likely prompted Dierksmeier’s launch of yet another company.

Hidden Hunger Global Review 2.0: Donations = retail?
BehindMLM first reviewed Hidden Hunger Global back in October of 2014.
Two prime takeaways from the review were the involvement of Ruel Morton, former top earner in the FHTM pyramid scheme, and a murky retail offering.
Mid last year a reader left a comment on our Hidden Hunger Global review, informing us that
Ruel Morton is no longer affiliated with Hidden Hunger Global in any way.
The whole comp plan has been re-tooled. Perhaps it would benefit your readers for you to do an update.
With a new compensation plan and Morton out, today we’re publishing an updated Hidden Hunger Global review. [Continue reading…]
