Following clawback lawsuits filed in October 2025, twelve The Traders Domain net-winners have settled with the Receiver.

On January 7th, the Traders Domain Receiver sought approval of recently obtained settlements (note some net-winners do not appear in BehindMLM’s October 2025 article, suggesting new clawback litigation is ongoing):

  1. Thomas Robinson will pay back $117,000 (100% recovery)
  2. Troy Mock will pay back $84,261 (100% recovery)
  3. Johnnie Green, dba The Winning Marker will pay back $14,499 (100% recovery)
  4. Serhiy Vodyantiskyy will pay back $224,160 (100% recovery)
  5. Jonathan Logan will pay back $29,500 of the $42,531 he received (69% recovery)
  6. Race to Freedom Inc. will pay back $380,000 of the $515,000 received (74% recovery)
  7. Lan Thi Nguyen will pay back $15,000 or the $80,000 she received (19% recovery)
  8. Tiffany Jones-Evans will pay back $50,000 of $68,361 she received (73% recovery)
  9. Influencer Media Group LLC will not pay back any of the $175,000 received (clawback offset by losses tied to related investor accounts)
  10. Alayna Stepter and Inspired Estate LLC will pay back $1,450,000  of the $3,000,000 received (48% recovery)
  11. Bony Cruz (Juan Herman’s mother) assisted with the sale of a Miami Lakes property Herman transferred over to her, and will turn over five vehicles belonging to Herman and her financial interest in two condos
  12. Jeremy Levine and The Levine Law Firm P.C. (Holton Buggs’ lawyer) will pay back $40,984 paid to them as “handling fees”

The total amount recovered through net-winner clawbacks thus far is just over $2.8 million.

Note the Receiver’s law firm is entitled to 25% to 40% of recovered amounts. Out of the above settlements, this equates to $228,980.

As of January 9th, the court has yet to approve the twelve proposed settlements.

 

Update 23rd January 2026 – The Receiver’s settlement proposals received court approval on January 12th.

 

Update 7th May 2026 – The Receiver’s Seventh Report, filed on April 21st, details four additional settlements:

  1. Lucas Longmire – $224,160.88
  2. Ray and Jessica Higdon – $150,000
  3. Clement Clariot – $35,000
  4. Minh Dang – $12,000 (pending court approval)

Recovery outside of settlement resulted in the Receiver’s claims against two net-winners satisfied:

  1. Lilas Ayandeh – $18,250
  2. Bon Group LLC – $40,440
  3. Fred Graves / Upgraded Life – $8993

The Receiver notes settlement discussions with out net-winners are ongoing. If those settlements can’t be negotiated then the Receiver will file suit at some point.
