UIOT VIP Review: Stolen identity “click a button” Ponzi

UIOT VIP fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

UIOT VIP’s website domain (“vipuiot.top”), was registered with bogus details on August 5th, 2024.

Of note is UIOT VIP’s website domain being registered through the Chinese registrar Alibaba (Singapore).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Shoply Review: Terry LaCore owned “decentalized commerce”

Shoply came across my desk back in late June. At the time the company was running a “The Last Dance” prelaunch.

Since then Shoply as a company name has been revealed, and Shoply has been set up on the domain “shoply.com”.

Shoply’s domain, an old 2003 domain privately renewed on March 3rd, 2024, is currently an August 15th launch placeholder:

Shoply itself is a LaCore Enterprises company owned solely by Terry LaCore.

As with most LaCore Enterprises companies, LaCore (right) isn’t fronting Shoply.

Confirmed names attached to Shoply include Nick Sarnicola, Rod Larsen and Ron Williams.

Nick Sarnicola is best known in the MLM industry as one of the co-founders of Visalus.

In 2019 what was left of Visalus was quietly sold off to Pruvit, another LaCore Enterprises company.

Rod Larsen made a name for himself in the MLM industry as the CEO of Zija. Zija was sold off to Isagenix in 2020.

In 2021 Larsen was appointed Chief Operating Officer at Jeunesse. Jeunesse was sold off to LaCore Enterprises in January 2023.

Ron Williams started his MLM executive career off with Brain Garden in 1998.

The company was sold a few years later with Williams going on to launch ForeverGreen in 2004.

Terry LaCore and LaCore Enterprises are based out of Texas in the US.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Homnifi Review: Xera Pro “mega Ponzi” collapses

Xera Pro launched in Dubai back in January 2024.

The “mega Ponzi” was a combination of three then recently collapsed Dubai Ponzis; Safir International (aka Neo ZenTech), Success Factory and The Blockchain Era (aka WeWe Global, LyoPay, LyoTrade and LyoWallet).

The serial fraudsters behind these collapsed Ponzi schemes took up prominent positions as Xero Pro’s “formation team”:

  • Henk Diepbrink – Xera Managing Director, Dutch national and former Managing Director of Safir
  • Werner Kaiser – Xera Global Vice President, part of Safir’s “Elite Circle of Trust” and former Lyoness Ponzi promoter
  • Diego Endrizzi – Xera Head of Global Sales, top Italian promoter of WeWe Global and The Blockchain Era
  • Gorka Buces – Xera Chief Visionary Officer, former CVO of the collapsed Xifra and Decentra Ponzi schemes
  • Nils Grossberg – Xera Head of Global Partnerships, founder and CEO of collapsed DagCoin and Success Factory Ponzi schemes

Following a Xero Pro securities fraud warning issued by Australia on April 23rd, affiliates began reporting withdrawals problems on or around July 15th.

This coincided with a “service update” announcement on the same day:

On August 3rd, Xera Pro announced it was rebooting as Homnifi.

Homnifi sees the scammers behind the collapsed XeraPro feeder Ponzis scuttle further into the background. Gorka Buces and Jose Gordo have been retconned as Xera Pro co-founders.

Jose Gordo, a former OneCoin Ponzi promoter who is on the run from Argentine authorities, entered Xera Pro as a WeWe Global and The Blockchain Era Ponzi promoter.

Gorka Buces has been promoted from Chief Visionary Officer to a Xera Pro co-founder.

Wener Kaiser has been demoted from Global Vice President to “Client Relations Specialist”.

Charbel Zalaquett and Goran Hemstrom are The Blockchain Era and WeWe Global Ponzi promoter imports.

Before his hasty fall-guy promotion to Homnifi “Head of Operations”, Zalaquett was still referring to himself as a Xera Pro “independent promoter” last month.

Someone else worth mentioning is Erwin Dokter, who’s behind “LayerK” and “WalleK”.

LayerK and WalleK are the cryptocurrency side of Xera Pro and now Homnifi.

Dokter is of course one of the scammers behind Safir International and its attached Zeniq Coin Ponzi scheme.

Homnifi has been set up on the domain (“homnifi.com”), privately registered on June 10th, 2024.

Xera Pro’s website is still up but seeing as it now serves no purpose, will probably be quietly disabled at some point.

On its website Homnifi represents it operates out of Homnifi International LTD, a British Virgin Islands shell company.

Like Xera Pro and its feeder Ponzis, Homnifi and its associated companies are all in fact operated from Dubai.

Due to the proliferation of scams and failure to enforce securities fraud regulation, BehindMLM ranks Dubai as the MLM crime capital of the world.

BehindMLM’s guidelines for Dubai are:

  1. If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
  2. If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.

If you want to know specifically how this applies to Homnifi, read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]

Skildai Gobal Review: Stolen identity “click a button” Ponzi

Skildai Gobal fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Skildai Gobal’s website domain (“skildai-gobal.com”), was privately registered on July 30th, 2024.

Update 27th August 2024 – Skildai Global operates from a second domain at “skai-global.com”, registered with bogus details on April 19th, 2023 (last updated on April 12th, 2024).

The Central Bank of Russia also issued a Skildai Global pyramid fraud warning on August 26th, 2024. /end update

Fidocap Review: Boris CEO trading ruse MLM Ponzi

Fidocap fails to provide verifiable ownership or executive information on its website.

Fidocap’s website domain (“fidocap.com”), was privately registered on December 22nd, 2023.

On its website Fidocap presents its CEO as “Horald Livani”.

“Horald Livani” of course doesn’t exist. He’s a Boris CEO played by Jordon Shinn.

According to his personal website, Shinn “is an American actor, model and VO artist based in Bangkok, Thailand.”

Over on Fidocap’s official YouTube channel we have marketing videos featuring actors in rented office space:

As of early July 2024, Shinn was still playing Horald Livani:

Boris CEO schemes, wherein an actor is hired to play an executive, are typically the work of Russian scammers. This isn’t definitive but does potentially tie in to Thailand’s growing Russian population.

That said, I couldn’t help but notice Shinn claims to be “fluent in Mandarin Chinese” with a “master’s degree in teaching Chinese language”.

This potentially lends itself to Chinese scammers might be behind Fidocap.

Despite appearing to be run from Thailand, on its website Fidocap presents a shell company certificate for Fido Capital LTD.

Fido Capital LTD was incorporated in the UK on March 18th, 2024.

Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Primark Mall Review: Stolen identity “click a button” Ponzi

Primark Mall fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Primark Mall’s website domain (“primarkmall.cc”), was registered with bogus details on July 23rd, 2024.

Of note is Primark Mall’s website domain being registered through the Chinese registrar Alibaba (Singapore).

Primark Mall has already attracted the attention of financial regulators. The Central Bank of Russia issued a Primark Mall pyramid fraud warning on August 1st, 2024.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

TradeTribe Review: Capitalium scammers launch reboot Ponzi

TradeTribe operates in the MLM cryptocurrency niche.

TradeTribe’s website domain (“tradetribe.xyz”), was privately registered on April 4th, 2024.

Heading up TradeTribe we have co-founders “Trader Jake”, Brian Rhodes, Tim Waider and David Mercado.

BehindMLM came across the Jake –> Rhodes –> Waider trio last year as the faces of Capitalium.

Brian Rhodes is a US national and serial promoter of MLM crypto Ponzi schemes. Originally from the Missouri, Rhodes has since relocated to the Dominican Republic.

BehindMLM first came across Rhodes in 2022 as a promoter of Biman Das’ FastBNB Ponzi scheme.

After FastBNB collapsed we ran into Rhodes again with Easymatic and QunoMine. Other collapsed MLM Ponzi schemes Rhodes has promoted include CoinMarketBull, Vortic United and InvesableAI.

Tim Waider, from Ukraine, made a name for himself in One World Network before joining Total Life Changes in 2020.

By April 2021 Waider was promoting MLM crypto Ponzi schemes like EtherConnect on YouTube:

Since then MLM Ponzi schemes Waider has promoted include Nimbus Platform, FastBNB, BitMonsters and InvesableAI.

Prior research into Capitalium led me to believe Master Trader Jake was from Hungary. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to pin down his actual name.

A Twitter post from earlier this year from Waider suggests “Master Trader Jake” is from Croatia.

Tradixis is yet another collapsed MLM crypto Ponzi scheme that Waider and “Master Trader Jake” were attached to.

Australian authorities issued a Tradixis securities fraud warning on July 5th, 2024.

TradeTribe promoters are also citing “Master Trader Jake” as a “Croatian trader”:

Prior to presenting himself as Capitalium’s Master Trader, Jake was flogging 1529% annual returns through JetBot.

David Mercado is another US national.

I wasn’t able to confirm Mercado’s involvement in Capitalium. Circa 2016 though, Mercado was promoting United Games. It seems sometime after that Mercado got involved in MLM crypto fraud.

Capitalium went on to collapse a few months after launch in September 2023. Following a brief reboot as NewCo in March 2024…

…TradeTribe was launched the following month in April.

Read on for a full review of TradeTribe’s MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]
