Safir International Review: Zeniq Coin Ponzi reboot scheme
Safir International provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the business.
Safir International’s website domain (“safir.com”) was first registered in 2002. The private registration was last updated on January 26th, 2021.
On its website Safir International provides a corporate address in Dubai, UAE.
On its own this is a major red flag. Dubai is currently the MLM scam capital of the world and has been for some time.
On its website Safir International cites Zeniq Coin as a product:
Zeniq Coin is run by Zeniq Technologies and operates from its own website domain. “Zeniq.com” was privately registered on April 2nd, 2021.
On Zeniq Coin’s website we learn Erwin Dokter is CEO of Zeniq Technologies:
Although there’s no mention of him on its website, Dokter is also CEO of Safir International:
What you’re looking at there is a promo for Safir International and Juwelis Digital Systems, circa late 2020.
Dokter is of course also CEO of Juwelis Digital:
Marketing material suggests the original plan was to launch Safir International with Juwelis Digital and Juwelis Coin in late 2020.
Juwelis Digital and Juwelis Coin flopped, so Dokter rebooted Safir International with Zeniq Technologies and Zeniq Coin.
Based on registration of Zeniq Technologies website domain, the reboot launched sometime after April 2021.
Erwin Dokter is from Austria and on Instagram claims to be a former professional swimmer.
Dokter appears to have gotten involved in cryptocurrency schemes in mid to late 2020.
Sometime recently Dokter moved to Dubai, from where he runs both Safir International and Zeniq Technologies from.
Read on for a full review of Safir International’s MLM opportunity.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Safir International caps payable unilevel team levels at fifteen.

Safir International Conclusion
Safir International is your typical MLM crypto Ponzi scheme.
If it wasn’t clear, Safir International and Zeniq Coin are run by the same scammers.
New Safir International affiliates invest in Zeniq Coins. Number go up, and withdrawals of subsequently invested funds take place through an internal exchange.
Safir International marketing materials fix a daily return in euros to Zeniq Coin investment packages:
There is the option to purchase a Zeniq Hub for €1998 EUR and mine Zeniq Coin, but the focus is on the passive investment packages.
The MLM side of Safir International pays on recruitment of new affiliate investors, adding a pyramid layer to the scheme.
Being a passive investment opportunity, both Safir International’s Zeniq Coin scheme constitutes a securities offering.
As a result, Safir International and Zeniq Coin are required to register with financial regulators. This requirement would also see them file periodic audited financial reports, allowing investors to verify any claims of external revenue.
Instead we have Erwin Dokter scamming people out of Dubai.
Nothing screams Ponzi scheme louder than MLM + crypto + Dubai.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment runs dry so too will new investment.
This will starve Safir International of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The exit-scam route for MLM shit tokens is pretty standard. Dump on dodgy public exchanges, cash out on the initial pump and then disappear.
Or alternatively once you’ve cashed out stall for as long as possible and hope people don’t file regulatory complaints.
Either way the majority of Safir International affiliates will be left bagholding worthless Zeniq Coins.
Look no further than Juwelis Coin for confirmation of how this plays out.
If is pump and dump scam, then why is Zeniq coin listed on public exchange for long time ago? Make no sense.
I just looked up the first random exchange that came up and seems Zeniq Coin debuted in April 2021.
I think you have to make the differentiation between actual exchanges and the Xswap variants. This becomes even more important when you’re looking at smart-contract token Ponzi schemes like Zeniq Coin.
All the Xswap exchanges are doing are showing whatever trading value Zeniq Coin’s smart-contract script shows them.
More people invest = number go up. Scammers withdraw (steal money) = number go down.
I know people that has withdrawn coins and sold on Uniswap, a year ago; this is regarding your statement about debuted in April 2021.
I am not fan of Zeniq but i am following your researches; for you everything on market is scam. It is like you are a some kind of hater with hidden interests or you are against the entire world. Cheers….
Late last year Safir International was promoting Juwelis Coin. I provided evidence of that in the review.
If they were low-key running Zeniq Coin side-by-side (of which I saw no evidence of), then they kept it really low-key.
My bullshit meter just ‘sploded. Best of luck with the scamming.
Beware of Safir International Ponzi shills like Valentin.
Here are the analytics for the Zeniq Coin Ponzi smart-contract:
You can clearly see it has only existed from April 2nd, 2021.
Now I have to go buy a new bullshit meter…
You must go through a lot of those, Oz. Comes with the territory, I guess…
The shills really need to learn some new scripts; this is all so repetitive.
First comes the rhetorical question…
…then comes feigned objectivity…
Finally we get the name-calling and “hidden-agenda” innuendo:
Learn a new script, Valentin, you’re boring us.
Got my local BS meter dealer on speed-dial.
Probably should look at making them myself if I ever find the time.
It’s about time for a BehindMLM Store.
Your debut product:
The only problem with this plan is more people with BS meters = less scammers popping up on here = less popcorn.
I choose popcorn. Every time.
Zeniq is a scam, don’t be stupid guys , it is simple ponzi scheme for dumb people. Only morons gonna work with this.
1-Juwelis, nothing to do with ZENIQ! old story, ask the ceo he will explain you the truth instead of inventing your history!
2-not at all a ponzi, everybody can start FREE and no mandatory buy!
3-Real mining hub are working, and zeniq coin is already on UNISWAP platform to exchange it if you want to sell your coin!
4-real transparency, you see the blockchain and all the transactions on it ! no other company have done half of what zeniq has done!
5-dubai royal familly and a investiment bank is backing and are joint venture in the project! do you think Royals will go for a scam? many videos articles, and more that confirm the partnership.
6- i was always happy to read Behindmlm but this time, you lost a fan! please review your article because you are very far from the truth!
Of course it does. Juwelis Coin was Safir International’s first Ponzi smart-contract. It flopped so now we have the Zeniq Coin reboot.
That doesn’t change the fact that withdrawals are subsequently invested funds. And the MLM commissions are a pyramid scheme (no retail).
That’s what makes Safir International a Ponzi scheme. Whether you can “start for free” is neither here nor there.
Zeniq Coin doesn’t have a blockchain, it’s an ERC-20 shit token. Takes 2 minutes to set one up.
You can see Zeniq Coin activity on the ethereum blockchain, same as any other ERC-20 token.
Dubai + MLM scam
UAE royals + MLM = lol definitely a scam
Yes, yes. Everybody loves BehindMLM… until we review your scam.
Where the hell have you been?
Not enough, apparently, or you would have seen the articles linking UAE royals with money laundering and various other illegal garbage. Or are you just pretending you missed those?
Fyi, if you check the deployer contract you’ll see that the first transaction is coming from a scam adress, so feel free to invest in this scam project. @oracle 😀
Love it..can you make a review on Antares..thank you.
Search bar is on the top right of every page.
Can I get more info about the scam zeniq coin/ safir, I have brought so many members to sign up, plz help
Safir International and Zeniq Coin is a Ponzi scheme. There is no “more info” beyond that.
You’ve recruited people into a scam. They either recruit new victims into the scheme or sorry for their loss.
Dear investors please do your check-up before you make an investment.
If Zafir/Zeniq had he solutions to create such a complex and fast exchange integrated with all cryptos and fiat money, as they claim.
Please ask yourself this question and be honest to yourself: Do you really think they would need to promote this setup through an MLM model and sell the “useless Hubs” for a few hundred million dollars.
It would be worth billions overnight. All the big players would be here right away. The craziest thing is the fact most people buy into this blinded.
They are blinded and completely focused on the payout structure in the company.
I will give you another hint
Not only does Safir/Zeniq appear rodden. No one seem to have made a follow up on their so-called investment bank OCS:
For my private reasons, you will have to do your own check-ups :)))
Paulo Barroso will gladly take your money – ethos.clickfunnels.com/optin1631264707436
Is it really a scam – Look the logo of the token was on the Burj Khalifa tonight.
It should be obvious that buying advertising on the Burk Khalifa doesn’t change Safir International’s business model, which is what makes it a Ponzi scheme.
Dubai + MLM = scam
Burj Khalifa is an advertising board like any other, they’d probably put your face on the building if you paid – I think it’s $160k
Please check 2 this website :
2. explorer.bitcoinvault.global => market was dead
2 this website the same, I think one team programer make 2 this project.
Very well could be the same developer. MLM crypto is incestuous.
I make reasearch before investing to Zeniq. I’m objective & look at all + & -. What I found is:
1. Zeniq technologies Ltd. registered company reg. N 4742
2. They sell real product – minting hubs
3. Zeniq coin can be exchanged already at uniswap & soon in pancake.
4. There is Zeniq app – a wallet
5. several independent media sources speak about Zeniq & partnership with royal family & GOVERNMENT.
Does royal family & government of Dubai need to be involved in a scam? hm….
For me IMHO mlm+crypto+Dubai=scam or royal family+mlm+crypto=scam sounds same unfair as “all bodybuilders are stupid”. Because every company is different.
I learn about crypto, tokens, NFT…etc & mlm about 1 year & I don’t know many things. And I went through 2 scams already. So now I make deep research. I didn’t find any negative info about mr. Erwin Dokter. I will check.
In your review you don’t say anything about Trade License Number CL4742 (stated at Zeniq.com (down the website). I cannot find any info about this license. Who gives this license? Why even zeniq has to have it?
OCS is not a bank. It’s financial provider making debt cards. It mentioned at the OCS website.
For more objectivity any crypto is a risk. Even BTC. Zeniq coin possessed as a new BTC. Revolution. Coz everything will be tokenized & Dubai becomes new Silicone valley.
I just try to make all clear for me & look at the facts without saying all mlm & crypto is bad.
Btw what about white paper? Is it even exists for zeniq coin?
Just now I made a research about CEO Erwin Dokter & Juwelis. Same eco system, all same story!!! I’m shocked!!!
And seems like zeniq team deleted a lot of information from internet about Juwelis is a scam & Erwin Dokter is a scammer.
I don’t know yet he is or not. But it looks like he is. Otherwise why Juwelis project doesn’t exist anymore & now zeniq opened?… Such a shame.
And so sad ppl loosing money again blind & just trusting. Sometimes giving last money hoping to get profit!!!
The person who invites me to Zeniq just says that all answers will be given at Dubai event & I must go there.
Why would I spend my money & time? Why he cannot explain all now?
I cannot follow a person who didnt make a deep research & doesn’t have all answers. & probably follows scammers & scammer himself.
Rather than copy+paste irrelevant marketing points, how about you address Safir International not being registered to off securities in any jurisdiction?
MLM + securities fraud = Ponzi scheme.
Which has nothing to do with the MLM scheme.
We’ve reached the threshold where that’s where we’re at. Dubai is an unregulated white collar crime den and MLM scammers have taken notice.
MLM + Dubai = scam until Dubai addresses securities fraud.
Because who cares? It’s irrelevant to Safir International committing securities fraud because it’s a Ponzi scheme.
Every MLM shitcoin Ponzi scheme pitches itself aS tHe NeW bItCoIn! (OneCoin, 2014).
Unless Dubai shakes up its regulatory enforcement, it will only ever be a crime riddled scammer’s paradise.
I’ve been reviewing the MLM crypto space since it emerged in 2012/2013. I have yet to see an MLM crypto company that isn’t committing securities fraud.
MLM + crypto = scam. I’m pretty conservative with the use of these equations. I don’t start using them until all doubt is exhausted.
Where is the Zeniq blockchain code? Where is the software for people to download and run validators? Where is the Github repository?
That’s what happened with USITech and it’s also from the Dubai they went away with billions of dollars and its the same pattern. I even lost alot and my freidns as well.
If you ever love your life and love your friends never ever invest in a system like this…. its all a major scam… a big time scam.
I just got introduced to Zeniq, and the great inquisitor I am, I went searching on their website.
One of the major turnoffs for me on any business enterprise especially when it comes to a website presentation is “proper use of English”, who noticed all the blunders on their website.
That’s what’s led me to this site which has totally summed up my instinct that ZENIQ is a good scam.
Unfortunately I joined under Shohan Bowala before I came across your report.
Thanks for this. I hope I can get my money out.
I don´t think you will get your money out. Maybe you will get worthless coins.
Someone try´s to invite me to Safir/Zeniq over Telegram. He is posting his invitation on several channels.
Seems desperate to me to get new “victims”.
Pl update me abt Zeniq blockchain company.
Still a Ponzi scheme. Will always be a Ponzi scheme.
Oz totally agree, I came across a comment stating that mining hubs are out that’s bull shit.
I live in Austria where the scammer comes from, if you want to with draw your funds, you have to wait for confirmation over a programmer on the zeniq side.
It is not Decentralized, it is a scam and over all they have alot of people falling for these guys lies.
Reading many comments for zeniq clearly states that those people are blind and maybe have created accounts to protect zeniq.
After all it is scammers season.
When it pumps its going to dump real hard, and anyone can create a erc-20 token. It’s not on there own so called blockchain eco system.
I will say this congrats to those who have made Money. To those freshly invested get your money out A. S. A. P
This review is an eye opener. Thanks for keeping it simple and real.
It’s been explained why Dokter resigned from his position in Juwelis.
Why dont you talk about Ali Abuzinjal CEO of Zeniq Solaiman Al-Rifai member of Zeniq Board and director of Safir.
And the sheikh Saeed Bin Hasher al Maktoum member of the royal familly and member of Zeniq.
Cool. So what’s the explanation?
“Thanks for your money, g’bye!”
This review was written in August. At that time Safir International failed to provide executive information on their website.
They still don’t.
I was able to peg Zeniq Technologies and thus Zeniq Coin to Erwin Dokter. So that’s what was published.
If puppet management has been installed since then, that’s great but kind of meaningless.
Ditto this. Association by legitimacy isn’t a thing. UAE Sheikhs go get into bed with Ponzi schemes are scammers, same as anybody else.
Do you know that Zeniq safari coin has no customer care email address where you can contact them if you have any problem with their system.
If your account hub stops working you are on your own.
Zeniq started as an ERC-20 token, but they developed their own blockchain, and the Hubs are minting and mining the new Zeniq COIN wich is 99% PoS and 1% PoW.
What you see in Uniswap and Pancakeswap is the token. Dubai Government envolved in the project.
Maybe this will elucidate you!
Ponzi shitcoin scammers buying a blockchain script doesn’t change the fact Safir International and Zeniq Coin are a Ponzi scheme.
Listing ZENIQ on dodgy exchanges doesn’t change the fact Safir International and Zeniq Coin are a Ponzi scheme.
Dubai is a scam-haven. What does or doesn’t happen there doesn’t change the fact Safir International and Zeniq Coin are a Ponzi scheme.
You writing is full of shit. I am in Zeniq and Safir over three months, and I beleive my self in his own blockchain.
Tupan Coin is also on Zeniq blockchain which is only token aproved from USA goverment. Avinoc company is also on Zeniq blockchain. Both Company Zeniq and Safir are registere in Dubai under DIFC.
You can also sold your Coin on Uniswap and after Data migration you will be in change on Pancakeswap.
Also third compapy Coinway under Austrian goverment who owns ATM machines, soon you will can change Zeniq Coins, and they are general partner also.
Man you are full of scam inside yourself, and small mouse in Cripto world.
There’s plenty of nonsense in your comment but this… I…
Best of luck with your new investment and sorry for your loss.
On a related note looks like Safir did their own little Dubai Expo recently:
I’m guessing our friend Poga blew up another one. I hope you get a discount on those things.
The USA Government does not “approve” crypto coins. The rest of your claims are equally inane. You are either in on the scam or a deluded idiot. There can be no middle ground.
On their website (zeniq.com/team/) they say…
100 Fucking Years?! WTF!
“years of experience” = how many years have you been using computers?
Five people who first learned about computers in the 90s. Bam oVeR 100 yEaRs ExPeRiEnCe!
Our IT team is made up of experts who together have over 100 years of experience in the development of technologies,
Maybe their years of experience combined.
@OZ thanks for this review. I wouldn’t say all the things you have said here are % correct or incorrect. If I had seen this review earlier than now, I wouldn’t have invested.
I have sent my upliner this link to take a look at it cos the dude is still promoting it.
Secondly, I had the intention of recruiting people into it but decided to take a tour and stumbled on your reviews. Thanks man.
The take-away is Safir International is running a Ponzi scheme. That is 100% correct.
That’s not an uncommon turn of phrase in marketing-speak. It means if you added the experience level of all team members, it would total 100 years. Is it 10 people with 10 years each? 1200 people with one month each? They don’t say.
They’re probably lying, anyway. That’s what scammers do.
ALERT about ZENIQ on DFSA (Dubai Financial service Authorities) :
Clarification regarding the regulatory status of Zeniq Technologies
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) wishes to clarify the regulatory status of a company operating in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Zeniq Technologies Ltd (Zeniq Technologies)
On a number of websites, it is stated that Zeniq Technologies has “legal status” under the jurisdiction of the DIFC and is licensed by the DFSA.
The DFSA informs you that Zeniq Technologies is NOT, and has NEVER been, authorised by the DFSA to provide financial services in or from the DIFC.
Zeniq Technologies is a company incorporated in the DIFC and is permitted to carry out certain NON-financial services activities in or from the DIFC. However, as the company is NOT licensed by the DFSA, it is NOT permitted to carry out financial services in or from the DIFC.
Damn that’s quite a statement.
Thanks for the update Holger.
JEWELIS Public Notice / December 17, 2021
It Seems that Erwin Doctor and his “team” didn’t leave Juwelis in peace.
Juwelis has published a statement that contradict the presentations of ZENIQ concerning Juwelis HUB failure.
So Juwelis Digital did business with entities it’s totes not affiliated or associated with, and had its members purchase stuff from the companies its totes not affiliated or associated with.
Which of course didn’t work out because Juwelis was the predecessor scam before Safir International.
And what, Dokter just quietly incorporated Juwelis in Germany on his own, ran the business and… this wasn’t a problem till he split to launch another Ponzi scheme?
Some info from Zeniq on this one:
The old “we’re not doing the thing we are doing” scam response. Thanks for sharing!
When we are looking who are the management involved in Zeniq, what shall we think about it ?
Are they really interested in their client profits ? or by their own interests ?

News about whitepaper… Company will grow dramatically on Q1 2022. People that trusted on partial analysis will lose their opportunity.
(Ozedit: spam removed)
Yeah mate, a whitepaper isn’t going to save your Ponzi scheme. Literally nobody in MLM crypto gives a crap about whitepapers.
What is this, 2012?
No new Safir investors = sorry for your loss. Which is why you’re on here shilling spam.
Hi all, thanks for your feedback.
I was minding to invest some euro buying a part of hub but, reading this website( and not only), i just stopped my intention. Really, it seems a scam.
The only thing, Safir Zeniq still going on. I’m wondering to know when they will say goodbye to all with the loot.
When dumbasses stop investing.
what kind of white paper ????
White paper should describe in details the project and the management background history and competences.
Do you really think ZENIQ will mention on the white paper all the criminal history of their management ? 🙂
Or will they keep lying to their “clients” ?
What will come in 2022 ?
New lies ? or great news with other kind of partnership with blanket vendors ? (like Ifiber ?).
Here is some information of Zeniq business structure and its dark connections :
Thank you OZ for your reviews. It keeps me from doing stupid things and reading the comments is very entertaining also. I like that bullshit meters 😀
Glad you got a laugh out of it. I try to keep the articles formal and have a bit of fun in the comments 😀
Tried to withdraw these stupid zeniq tokens to my Metamask one month and a half ago….. Still nothing.
I think it’s the beginning of the end!!!
ZENIQ and OCS have divorced.
Sudden announcement from Zeniq that they are not in relation anymore with OCS.
OCS commodities web page has suddenly deleted the link related to Julian Rifat Al Sayed.
OCS commodities is now an empty bank page. ocs-investments.com
OCS has not been replaced yet.
——— Message transmitted by our cooperation partner ZENIQ————–
I will share my experience with Zeniq, but not from ‘technical’ or expert side, but from my personal experience and some red flags which made me suspicious right from the beginning.
A woman that I know had told me about this ‘huge thing’ that made her over 15k euros in less than 2 months already. She even showed me a screenshot of her account and there was no reason not to trust her.
I have invested 800 euros and I’ve bought half of the hub which was making me over 40 zeniq tokens a day (and it still produces but not that much). Before I decided to bring my friends in I wanted to make sure that it was legit.
So I asked her how could I sell my newly minted tokens (sorry guys if I am not using right terminology…I am not an expert and english is not my native language..) She was shocked that I was going to sell tokens and almost felt insulted.
I explained to her that I only wanted to make sure that it works before I persuade my friends to invest their money into it.
She then told me that it was still not possible but they were working on it and soon it would be possible to sell zeniq tokens.
It really did happen after a while but I already lost my confidence in her since she didn’t tell me everything in the beginning.
Anyway, the day has come when they changed the website and zeniq was listed on uniswap. So again I was going to trade some coins. Again, it was confusing so I asked for a help from the people in the facebook group chat (she created it and added all her downlines).
When I asked for a help to sell some tokens I’v got attacked by so many people, they even insulted me that I was stupid, a clown, a retard etc.. because I was going to sell my tokens which, according to them, will worth millions very soon (yeah, right….).
Everybody was convincing me that I should not be selling whatsoever..and she even became passive agressive to me, as if I was doing something bad to her personally.
At the same time, I’ve noticed on uniswap that a huge amounts of zeniq were being traded for Ethereum. I figured out that big players were exchanging it for something real while they still can. So I did the same..
One of the things that was really bothering me was that rhetoric in the group.. Messages full of emoticons with skyrockets, stars, dollar logos etc. Everything was designed to make people believe that they were part of something huge. And it was a persuation all the time, even a pressure for the people to bring in more people.
It felt like if I was part of some crazy cult, a sect, and not part of a legitimate business thing…..And few of us who asked questions were immediatelly bullied and ‘the queen’ was very mad at us.. The queen was a woman who brought us all in..That’ how many called her in the chat.
Also I was wondering howcome some of them were able to bring in so many people so fast and to earn those bonuses..But then one of those guys mentioned how grateful he was to her and a few other people eversince they were together part of other projects over the years.
So I figured out that this small group of people were not new to pyramid scheme…They’ve been doing that for so long in different projects and this time they made really serious money.
I’ve managed to transfer my tokens to my metamask wallet and to convert them to ethereum so hopefully if ethereum increases the value I will make some money but I never brought anyone in as I never really believed into the project. I mean once I got involved I immediatelly figured out that it was not what it was presented to me.
I hope my experience helps others not to become part of this scam.
P.S. someone in the comment section said he is still waiting for the transfer of his tokens to metamask wallet. I also had to wait almost 2 months. I hope you will recieve them and be able to convert them to ethereum as I did.
Convincing others not to withdraw while those who got in earlier withdraw is par for the course in MLM shit token schemes.
If she couldn’t tell you where the money she made came from, you had every reason not to trust her. Lesson learnt I hope.
“Business for Home” review : Zeniq is a fraud
BusinessForHome is a bit of bizarro land at the moment.
You’ve got MLM crypto Ponzis being called out on the same page MLM crypto Ponzis are being promoted.
probably OmegaPro or Xifra paid Ted to give a competitor review.
Ted is just a gun for hire.. Ted never build an organisation himself.
he lives on bribes and google clickbait, an embarrassment for the industry.
Oz, but you are saying this things repeatedly for an year already. Just wondering: when it is going to happen?
Dunno and don’t care. Safir International and Zeniq Coin are a Ponzi scheme regardless of when they collapse.
1-What is the real story the partnership with OCS international finance ltd and Avinoc aviation.
2- The Dubai trade license will expired on 26 May 2022 , this month , are they going to renew ?
3- i heard they suppose to introduce the exchange plateforn this month now they postponed it to 3rd Quarter .
1. The real story is legitimacy via association isn’t a thing so it doesn’t matter. Safir International is a Ponzi scheme, who they do or don’t partner with is irrelevant.
2. Dubai is a crime den. Licenses there are meaningless.
3. Ponzi go boom?
This Shitcoin still exists and they still try to bring me in. lol
Any news about this MLM? I’ve seen people still investing in this.
I was approached to by a friend of mine. What about, still a scam?
If the business model is the same then Safir International and Zeniq are still a Ponzi scheme.
This doesn’t change just because a bunch of new suckers sign up to lose money.
