Coincidence or not I have no idea but less than 24 hours after we called them out on it, Investview disclosed iGenius in new SEC filings. Well, sort of.

Rather than take responsibility for investor losses, Kuvera Global has palmed them off to Westmyn. Westmyn in turn is tied to the recently busted BitClub Network Ponzi scheme. And linking all of this together is Travis Bott.

France’s Financial Markets Regulator has issued an investment warning against Kuvera Global.

Last year Kuvera Global was soliciting investment into the Ryze AI trading bot. The company’s broker of choice was Capital City Markets. Almost a year on from the CFTC clamping down on Investview, Kuvera Global’s parent company, affiliate investors still have funds tied up in Capital City Markets.

Investview’s unregistered securities offering is on the rocks, following the announcement Kuvera Global is suspending ROI payments effective immediately.

The CFTC has issued a press-release confirming iMarketsLive and Wealth Generators were ‘illegally offering forex and binary options to retail investors in the United States‘. According to the CFTC, both MLM companies failed to register their respective offering, making the businesses illegal.
