Binaxx Review: Sann Rodrigues still pushing Ponzis in 2022
Binaxx provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the business.
What its website does provide is links to its socials. Once of those accounts is Binaxx’s official YouTube channel, on which we see Sann Rodrigues hosting Binaxx corporate marketing videos.
Binaxx’s Zoom account name is “Binaxx”, signalling he’s representing corporate and not a promoter.
That said Rodrigues has been personally promoting Binaxx on social media since last October.
Binaxx’s website domain (“binaxx.com”), was privately registered on August 31st, 2021.
Rodrigues doesn’t clarify his exact role within Binaxx. He’s clearly either running it though, or working very closely with whoever is.
Rodrigues, full name Sanderley Rodrigues De Vasconcelos, is best known as the top promoter of TelexFree.
TelexFree was a $3.6 billion Ponzi scheme. Rodrigues himself pocketed over $3 million.
In 2017 Rodrigues settled TelexFree fraud charges with the SEC for $1.7 million.
The disgraced scammer is believed to have left the US to settle in Portugal.
Brazilian authorities have an open investigation into Rodrigues. In Feb 2020 it emerged Rodrigues managed to flee Brazil for the US with the aid of Federal Police.
At the time criminal proceedings against Rodrigues barred him from leaving the country.
As of July 2020, Brazilian authorities had made two arrests; one of the police officers involved and an attorney. Over $340,000 in cryptocurrency had also been seized.
After TelexFree, Rodrigues went on to promote iFreeX, BitinForex (Top10Cap) and Clube365.
These were all Ponzi schemes.
Clube365 popped up in early 2020. A visit to the scam’s website reveals Clube365’s website domain is for sale.

Dragon Global Finance Review: Anthony Norman still at it…
Dragon Global Finance provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.
The company’s website domain (“dragonglobalfinance.com”), was privately registered on January 28th, 2020.
Further research reveals Dragon Global Finance corporate presentations being given by Anthony Norman.
Norman, as Anthony John Norman, is also one of the listed Directors for the UK shell company Dragon Global Finance LTD.
BehindMLM last came across Norman, who sometimes goes by “Antony Norman”, back in 2019.
At the time Norman was running Welmont Capital. Through Welmont Capital Norman acquired IQ Legacy.
IQ Legacy was the failed third reboot of the Ormeus Global Ponzi scheme.
What was left of IQ Legacy was being funnelled into The Sprinkle Group, in preparation for a Liber8 token Ponzi launch.
Not really sure what happened after that.
What we do know is early 2021 Norman gobbled up what was left of Wazzub and its YEM token bagholders.
The current iteration of Dragon Global Finance appears to have launched in early 2021.
Dragon Global Finance also goes by Dragon Global Solutions. Under either name, it is the current incarnation of Norman’s MLM business interests.
Based on Dragon Global Finance webinars, Norman, originally from Europe, appears to be hiding out in the Southern Hemisphere.
Alexa currently ranks Saudi Arabia as the only notable source of traffic to Dragon Global Finance’s website (96%).

OmegaPro trots out scam ambassador Steven Seagal
Unable to rest on the legitimacy of their fraudulent business models, Ponzi schemes often push legitimacy via association.
The basic idea is you associate your scam with seemingly legitimate people or companies. This is done to detract attention away from fraud.
It also presents in marketing as “but surely X wouldn’t be involved if Y was a scam?”
OmegaPro’s recent Global Convention was a great example of this. [Continue reading…]

Life Activated Brands Review: LaCore Ent. multi-niche opp
Life Activated Brands operates in the nutritional supplement, weight loss and CBD MLM niches.
Life Activated Brands don’t provide a corporate address on their website. Company documents however list an address in Melissa, Texas.
This address belongs to LaCore Enterprises.
LaCore EnterprisesĀ is owned and operated by Terry LaCore (right).
Over the past few years LaCore has launched a stable of companies through LaCore Enterprises.
In a potential violation of the FTC Act, LaCore Enterprises ownership is never disclosed on these company websites.
LaCore himself never fronts LaCore Enterprises MLM companies.
In the case of Life Activated Brands, it’s headed up by “co-founders” Jessica Hayes and Kimberly Coleman.
Jessica’s husband, Brandon Hayes, serves as Life Activated Brands’ CEO and President.
The Hayes’ brand themselves as the “Freedom Couple” on social media.
Prior to launching Life Activated Brands in 2019, the Hayes made a name for themselves in Zija.
Zija was acquired by Isagenix in 2019. Rather than continue on with Isagenix, the Hayes’ went on to launch their own company.
Interestingly enough Life Activated Brands was incorporated in 2018. This suggests planning behind the company started before Isagenix’s Zija acquisition.
Kimberly Coleman’s Life Activated bio credits her with “8 successful years in Network Marketing”.
I wasn’t able to independently verify this. In fact I couldn’t find anything on Coleman, which I’m flagging as odd.

StakeBNB Review: 200% ROI “staking yield farm” Ponzi
StakeBNB provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.
StakeBNB’s website domain (“stakebnb.io”), was initially registered in June 2021.
The private registration was last updated on November 23rd, 2021.
Traffic to StakeBNB’s website picked up in early January 2022. Alexa currently ranks Togo as the only notable source of traffic (30%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
