GreenGold initiates shit token exit-scam

On May 29th BehindMLM published our GreenGold review.

In the review we outed GreenGold’s Boris CEO as an actor from Brazil.

Within a week, GreenGold had disabled affiliate withdrawals. Any images and video footage of GreenGold’s Boris CEO were scrubbed.

Now, almost a fortnight later, GreenGold withdrawals remains disabled.

But good news everyone, GreenGold is coming out with its own shit token. [Continue reading…]

Lucky Dozens Review: OneCoin scammers front illegal lottery

Lucky Dozens provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.

According to Lucky Dozens’ website Terms and Conditions;

The Website is owned and operated by Launch Day S.R.L., a duly registered Costa Rican corporation with corporate id. Number 3-102-810200.

Lucky Draws’ website domain (“12022021.live”) was registered on September 18th, 2020. The private registration was last updated on June 10th, 2021.

Further research reveals Jan-Eric Nyman hosting official Lucky Draws marketing presentations.

Nyman refers to Lucky Draws in the possessive, suggesting he is an executive and/or company owner.

Jan-Eric Nyman is best known in the MLM industry for being part of Duncan Arthur’s OneCoin dev team.

OneCoin is one of the largest MLM cryptocurrency Ponzi schemes to date. It was founded by Ruja Ignatova and Sebastian Greenwood in 2014.

Both Ignatova and Greenwood have since been indicted. Thus far Nyman has faced no legal repercussions for his role in the multi-billion dollar scam.

Nyman’s MLM roots date back to the Unaico SiteTalk pyramid scheme.

After OneCoin collapsed, Duncan Arthur rebranded his work there and continued to develop it as Bycoi.

Arthur retained his OneCoin development team, including Jan-Eric Nyman, to work on Bycoi.

In early 2020 Nyman attempted to seize control of Bycoi. Nyman would eventually go on to launch eComelize.

BehindMLM reviewed eComelize in March 2020. Based on its business model, we concluded eComelize was a pyramid scheme.

eComelize’s website is still up, however Alexa website traffic estimates reveal the site is dead.

Putting two and two together, eComelize collapsed shortly after launch. Fast forward roughly a year later, and that brings us to Lucky Dozens.

It’s worth noting that Lucky Dozens appears to have gone through a few iterations, possible before Jan-Eric Nyman got involved. Lucky Dozens’ official Facebook page was created in June 2018.

A Lucky Dozens “version 2.0” reboot was announced last month:

When eComelize launched Nyman was based out of Malaga, Spain. Presumably he’s still there but I couldn’t find any updates to confirm.

Update 15th June 2021 – I have it on good authority that Jan-Eric Nyman

is back in Sweden.

He had to flee Malaga. He faces some pretty serious charges.

That would mean Lucky Dozens is being run out of Sweden. /end update

In any event Lucky Dozens’ ties to Costa Rica are superficial.

Lucky Dozens has no business operations in Costa Rica. Basic incorporation is meaningless.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Zukul Trading Review: Revisiting Jeremy Rush in 2021

Zukul returned to my radar recently, as a result of owner Jeremy Rush promoting Boris CEO Ponzi schemes.

Zukul was initially reviewed on BehindMLM in February 2016. Zuku’s first incarnation was a pyramid scheme, verging on the launch of an ad-credit Ponzi scheme.

In November 2016 BehindMLM revisited Zukul as “Zukul Gold“.

Jeremy Rush (right) was using Zukul Gold to funnel Zukul affiliates into Eagle Aurum Team, a matrix cycler Ponzi.

By December 2016 Zukul losses were mounting, prompting victims to air their grievances on social media.

At the time Rush claimed he’d initiated legal proceedings against unnamed individuals on Facebook.

To the best of my knowledge no legal action was ever taken.

Zukul continued to decline and all but collapsed going into 2017.

In early 2018 Rush rebooted Zukul as a trading bot Ponzi scheme.

Initially going by Zukul Trader, as reviewed on BehindMLM, the scheme appears to have been renamed Zukul Trading at some point.

A visit to Zukul’s website reveals a pitch of “proven trading bots earning daily on autopilot”. [Continue reading…]

Digital Profit Review: Quad-layer mega securities fraud

Digital Profit provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.

Digital Profit’s website domain (“digitalprofit.io”) was privately registered on February 10th, 2021.

Prior to February Digital Profit was using another now defunct website domain. I believe the company launched mid 2020.

My first inkling of dejavu was a marketing video on Digital Profit’s website, hosted on Beyond Wealth’s official Vimeo channel.

On Digital Profit’s linked official Facebook page, I spotted a video with familiar faces.

The two individuals in the video are Travis Bott (L) and Jeremy Reynolds (R), who I would later confirm as Digital Profit’s co-founders.

Both Bott and Reynolds are based out of Utah in the US. A Singapore corporate address provided on Digital Profit’s website, however it belongs to a “corporate services” company.

Digital Profit is run out of and managed from within the US. Any ties to Singapore are superficial.

Travis Bott first appeared on BehindMLM’s radar in mid 2017. We tied Bott to Divvee’s illegal securities fraud offering, through Ryze AI.

Bott reemerged in late 2017 with Westmyn, a shell company used commit securities fraud through Investview’s Wealth Generators.

Investview was subpoenaed and subsequently fined $150,000 by the CFTC in 2018.

A year later Travis Bott went solo with Onyx Lifestyle.

Jeremy Reynolds purchased MXI Corp in 2017. He began funneling MXI Corp affiliates into Onyx Lifestyle in late 2019.

I’m writing this review introduction in retrospect and, having completed my research into Digital Profit, believe the transition from Onyx Lifestyle to Digital Profit fits better into the conclusion of the review.

If you’re just after information on how Onyx Lifestyle became Digital Profit and what other companies are connect, scroll down.

Otherwise read on for a full review of Digital Profit’s MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]

SuperSports Global Review: MLM + SuperDraft fantasy sports

SuperSports Global provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the company.

In fact as I write this, SuperSports Global’s website is nothing more than an affiliate login form.

SuperSports Global’s website domain (“supersportsvo.com”) was privately registered on March 30th, 2021.

Further research reveals Chris Frere (right) citing himself as co-founder of SuperSports Global on LinkedIn.

According to Frere’s LinkedIn profile, he’s based out of Washington in the US.

Why Frere and the other SuperSports Global co-founders are not disclosed on the company’s website is unclear.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

The FBI are feeling confident about Frank Schneider’s arrest.

German OneCoin money laundering case approved

As I’m used to covering US legal proceedings, how indictments play out in Germany is a little strange. But bear with me.

Last November three OneCoin money launderers were indicted. Those indictments have now been approved by a District Court in Munster, paving the way for a criminal trial. [Continue reading…]
