OneCoin criminal indictment sentencing dates
Given the amount of OneCoin scammers that have been indicted in the US, it’s difficult to keep track of the upcoming sentencing dates.
Throw in the pandemic and constant resetting of dates and… well, you’d be forgiven for losing track of who’s being sentenced when.
It’s my job to keep track of these things and when someone asks me even I draw a blank.
Following one such occurrence earlier today, I thought it’d be a good idea to put together the current dates in a separate article.
That means I can point anyone looking for the dates here, as well as being able to update the dates as they’re constantly pushed back.
As it stands seven indicted OneCoin scammers have sentencing dates;
- Karl Sebastian Greenwood (wire fraud, money laundering) – September 12th, 2023, sentenced to twenty years in prison and $300 million in forfeiture
- Gilbert Armenta (money laundering) – February 16th, 2023, sentenced to five years in prison and over $50 million in forfeiture
- Mark Scott (money laundering) – January 25th, 2024, sentenced to ten years in prison and $392.9 in forfeiture
- Konstantin Ignatov (OneCoin CEO after Ruja disappeared, cooperating with US authorities) – March 5, 2024, sentenced to time served and $118,000 in restitution
- David Pike (money laundering) – March 1st, 2022, sentenced to two years probation
- Irina Dilkinska (wire fraud, money laundering) – April 3rd, 2024, sentenced to four years in prison
- Frank Ricketts and wife Manon Hubenthal (money laundering) – January 8th, 2024, sentenced to five and four years in prison respectively
- William Morro – (money laundering) – pled guilty on April 23rd, sentencing scheduled for August 1st, 2024
Ruja Ignatova (OneCoin founder) was indicted in 2017. She remains at large.
I’ll be updating these dates if they change, so if you’re reading this consider the above dates accurate.

The DOJ consented to Scott’s request, but has stated any further requested delays will be opposed.
Update 8th June 2021 – On June 4th the DOJ filed a letter requesting a delayed plea control date for David Pike.
The parties continue to have ongoing discussions about a pre-trial disposition, but have not yet finalized an agreement.

The court granted the request and scheduled a new September 8th plea control date.

The court granted the letter motion later the same day, adjourning the conference to June 16th.
Update 13th May 2022 – Konstantin Ignatov’s sentencing has been rescheduled again.
As opposed to previous requests for an adjournment, which offered up no explanation, this time a filed May 12th motion letter states:
Because the defendant’s cooperation is not yet complete, the Government respectfully requests that the sentencing control date be adjourned for approximately 90 days.
The court granted the motion and has rescheduled Ignatov’s sentencing for August 10th.

Thanks to WhistleBlowerFin for providing a list of the current dates. Made it easy to put this together.
@Oz,notice that Konstantin has no actual sentencing date yet. That’s another control conference date of his sentencing.
As Konstantin is a Government witness testifying against Onecoin, his sentencing date is obviously tied now at least to the Sebastian Greenwood case, so no doubt on November 11 we will get another control date for Konstantin.
And if Ruja will be catched soon, we won’t see Konstantin’s sentencing for quite a long time. But even currently Konstantin’s sentencing goes obviously well in to the next year, as Greenwood’s pre-trial #2 is on December 18th.
A couple of typos slipped by you, there, Oz. In the 2nd sentence, “whose” should be “who’s” (who is).
5th sentence starts “That was,” and I think you meant “That way.”
(I swear, if I tried to publish as much as you do every day, there’d be a LOT more bobbles. Keep up the good work!)
read that two out of three OneCoin criminal indictments are money laundring charges…
Oz If I also read a quote from your article Cloud Horizon Review: SiteTalk and Orientum scams combined;
Those two combined and I wonder if it isn’t time that Frank Ricketts is arrested!
Thanks for the clarification Fin.
@Andy Don’t sweat it. WordPress used to have this “After the Deadline” feature, it helped a lot with grammar/spelling editing.
They canned it last year citing native browser support for alternative extensions. Stupid decision on their part.
I catch most of the spelling mistakes but occasionally grammatical errors get through. I appreciate the extra set of eyes!
There has been developments in the OneCoin Class Action case too.
More defendants were added. The Plaintiffs sued Gilbert Armenta and BNY Mellon and re-sued Sebastian Greenwood:
courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.515064/gov.uscourts.nysd.515064.124.0.pdf
The defendants have to respond to the Amendend Complaint by Oct 26, 2020.
The Amended Complaint contains some new details — largerly based on Konstantin’s co-operation — such as Sebastian Greenwood paying bribes to Japanese ministers:
And how Sebastian had control over OneCoin’s “coin creation” and how he oversaw Simon Le’s scamming activities in USA:
and in order to be able to scam in USA and evade law enforcement, Simon Le instructed his victims to use VPN:
Thanks, I did see the amended complaint filing. I’ll check it for updates versus the original filing tomorrow. Today I just didn’t have enough time.
@Semjon
Using VPN has also been recommended by some OneCoin scammers to manipulate the idiotic petition “FREE KONSTANTIN IGNATOV”!

Cordel KingJayms James started this extraordinarily successful petition on October 16, 2019. In a whole year 19,673 devout OneCoiners have expressed the wish that the OneCoin fraudster Konstantin Ignatov is set free!
Really fantastic, a bombastic relation to the ~ 3.7 million members worldwide mentioned by the OneCoin scammers in Sofia.
share-your-photo.com/191ebd09d1
We also shouldn’t forget how OneCoin scammer Cordel KingJayms James promoted for his idiotic petition!
BTW, Simon Le isn’t pimping OneLink anymore, as alleged in the Amended Complaint.
He has moved on to a new Ponzi called GSN – Global Sponsorship Network:
youtube.com/watch?v=gVQoMzwm_JU
mygsn.com
A new scam trick seems to be that they apparently managed to get real Money Service Business licenses from USA(FinCen) and Canada (FINTRAC) for their background company “GSN Technologies Inc” . Will not last long if someone alerts these authorities.
And as per latest news Kent K. who abandoned the ship to build Dagcoin with Clown Igor, has now abandoned that shitty coin to create his own company with a worthless coin. His statement says he stopped 9 months ago already to work for them.
I’ve read plenty of messages where people from India, Pakistan and other countries in Asia wish him luck, but some ask where and how they can cash in their Dagcoins! NOT of course.
Where have we heard and seen this before? Looks like a few more million people will have lost their savings and money.
I am surprised with everything going on with Onecoin, no official instances digged deeper yet when it comes to the companies where all the top scammers went to such as Dagcoin Crowd1 BE Geton iML Kuvera Jubilee etc.
You don’t need to be a brain surgeon to see that all these companies are based on start investments (to pay bonuses) and monthly retainers more than bringing value to end users let’s say even bringing an end-user product.
Their distributors are making 90% or more of their income based on new sign-ups or monthly fees to keep the service, rather than using the end product or service themselves to generate money.
Now with the economical crisis related to Covid-19 hundreds of thousands of people are dragged through Zoom webinars into these investment deals and they will lose their last savings.
Gilbert Armenta’s sentencing delayed to Jan 2021.

Instead of fraud compensation funds, how about launching an European Citizens’ Initiative (europa.eu/citizens-initiative/home_en) to propose a directive to make all MLMs illegal EU-wide? What could a better way to damage MLM industry than to ban it in world’s biggest economic area?
It only needs 1 million votes and European Comission willing to take action. 🙂 But with good campaigning, I think it could be done.
So how show we start driving this forward? 😉
@Semjon
The MLM industry has a strong lobby. The Federal Network Marketing Association (Bundesverband Network Marketing), which supposedly represents the interests of German networkers, has existed in Germany for many years. On the website
bvnm.de/serioese-network-marketing-firmen-deutschland
18 companies are named that should be reputable.
In March 2020, the German magazine NETWORK-KARRIERE complained that only around 1% of the German population was active in network marketing. That would be ~ 830,000 people. For comparison: In the United States, 6% of the population is said to be active in network marketing.
Overall, MLM does not have a good reputation in Germany. Anyone who defends MLM in Germany likes to use this name: Professor Dr. Zacharias. This “professor” is a strong lobbyist with his own website:
zacharias-akademie.com
His latest book is: “Network Marketing PRO & KONTRA”
Another lobbyist group in Germany is the Federal Association of Direct Selling (Bundesverband Direktvertrieb e.V.) with the website direktvertrieb.de, which however only plays a minor role in network marketing.
What role does MLM play in other European countries? Do you know more?
Konstantin has received a May 2021 sentencing date.
I saw a screenshot of this Letter on InnercityPress Twitter account, but can’t find it in Konstantin’s Case Docket.
twitter.com/innercitypress/status/1326232786731212800/photo/1
I saw that filing on Konstantin’s personal case docket.
I think most of the filings show up on Mark Scott’s docket but I check the individual ones just in case.
The sense of waste just devastates me. So many lives have been ruined, fortunes stolen and for what?
Assuming the court in May is impressed with his cooperation and generously only gives him ten years… By that time he will have served just over two years.
A Federal sentence requires 85% time served so he’ll face about another seven.
He has a forfeiture order, his family ages, friends drift off, etc. Assuming the court takes into account his dishonesty when arrested, the scam lives on, not much can be recovered, etc, and he could face fifty like happens sometimes after cooperating.
And still they carry on at OL.
@Oz and everybody who has Pacer accout. Please use the Recap plugin so that the documents end up also in Courtlistener and help everybody to have access to the actual documents.

Mark Scott’s sentencing delayed to February 2021.
David Pike guilty plea delayed to March 4, 2021.
Dayum, everyone and everything getting delayed :(.
edit: Oh this is a control date, not sentencing. Thought I missed something phew!
Has anyone qualified checked on the Rule 29 Motion and Forfeiture opposition by Scott? Seems to have very strong arguments.
Also seems that he had zero connection to the US victims. He was not charged with scamming people at all. Any attorneys on here that can shed some light?
I went over it in early Dec. Didn’t bother covering it.
https://behindmlm.com/mlm/regulation/doj-wants-mark-scott-to-forfeit-392-million-dollars/#comment-431519
Same failed arguments that led to Scott’s conviction. Probably going to see him get steamrolled in court (again).
Armenta’s rescheduling to April added.
Mark Scott’s sentencing is about to be delayed again….to somewhere mid April.
courtlistener.com/docket/7829201/358/united-states-v-scott/
Yeah, Scott’s sentencing scheduled now for April 14th.
I lost count how many time this has been already delayed.

@Oz, could you update Mark Scott sentencing to April 14th.
Here is the judge order:
courtlistener.com/docket/7829201/359/united-states-v-scott/
Done, thanks.
Aaand the other guys want delays as well..
The already delayed guilty plea of David Pike, set for March 4, is requested by him – with the US’ consent – to be move back yet another 90 days.
innercitypress.com/onecoinicp8scottdelaypike020921.html
EVERYBODY GETS DELAYS! DELAYS ARE THE NEW CANDY!
FFS! Hold the bastards accountable, finally!
Do the Feds NOT realize the criminals are still chumming the bottom of the gene pool?
Personally, I think all these delays are due to them wanting to work out a plea deal.
If the talks are looking like a deal can be reached, the government will go along with the delay to determine if a deal can be reached.
A lot cheaper than having to go to court. But if the prosecution thinks this is just a ploy to delay the inevitable and they aren’t serious about a deal, they will stop it and go to trial.
@Oz, please update.
David Pike’s plea hearing is adjourned to June 4, 2021.
Only reason for the delay mentioned is the Covid crisis.
courtlistener.com/docket/16817637/361/united-states-v-scott/
Thanks for the update Fin.
You guessed it… Another delay!

Tough gig, indeed. And thanks a lot: now you have me picturing the folds of fat…down…there…(shudder).

How do you have forfeiture and sentencing issues going on for so long?
What are they doing, sending one word emails back and forth?
One thing we have to consider is that the Mayor of New York City and the Governor of New York are idiots when it comes to COVID19 rules and regulations. They make it up as they go along. They talk out of both sides of their mouths and arses at the same time.
While Federal Courts in other states and cities are getting back to normal, not in New York or New York City.
I don’t know if this has hit the press yet, but FEMA has been quietly mobilizing as many first-responders as they can to be ready to rapidly converge on New York City in particular. They’re seeing numbers that indicate a flood of serious cases is in the offing.
Publicly, they’re supporting vaccination efforts, but privately they’re preparing for the excrement to impact the spinning blades of a rudimentary air handling appliance.
In the words of one EMT: “They’re offering to pay us a lot. They sound pretty nervous.”
A German newspaper has again published a very detailed article.
Obviously Konstantin Ignatov reads the numerous articles in this newspaper about the OneCoin scam, because he did not like a photo and complained about it.

In Germany at least they keep this file alive for the public.
It still mind-boggles me on the other hand that Sebastien, and rightly so, is in jail, but the other whales who are on the pictures and stole tens of millions each, guys such as Juha, Igor, José and the 3 brothers are not bothered at all.
These guys are responsible for at least halve of the money lost.
I remember there was a warrant against José but I haven’t heard any of that lately and he seems to continue business, do presentations, selling his books on how to become a Millionaire and so on.
He is hiding in plain sight as we call it and nobody seems to care because they have 3 people in prison those that will return zero money to victims.
The money to recuperate is with the whales that are still out there to my opinion.
@Melanie nrwz.de didn’t realize that USA unsealed a week ago an old Greenwood indictment from October 2017 which has only 3 counts. So it is not really relevant new news.
The latest superseding indictment against Greenwood with 5 counts was unsealed a year ago already and was originally filed in February 2018.

@ WhistleBlowerFin
nrwz.de is a small newspaper that is only distributed regionally. This newspaper often reports on the deception of Ruja and Konstantin because these two con men grew up in this region (Schramberg).
But many other regional newspapers have also taken up the topic. Just two examples:

I put this down to European regulatory incompetence. They were abysmally incompetent while OneCoin was running, why would that change now?
@Fin
I too saw that article and did the excited/straight face guy meme.
Was like “oh sweet, new indictment! Hey waitaminute… this is a reupload :(“.
Konstantin’s sentencing has been pushed back again to November 12th.
Wonder if Frank Schneider’s arrest had any impact.
I am sure it does. In fact I was expecting it to be delayed until after Sebastian’s trial, or plea deal.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it was delayed until 2022 if more arrests are made.
Technically it’s not Konstantin’s sentencing date which got pushed back to November 12. It was sentencing control date. Sentencing control date ≠ sentencing date.
Mark Scott sentencing has been delayed once again. This time to September 15, due to “health reasons”.
The Government consents to this request but plans to oppose any additional request for adjournment..
courtlistener.com/docket/7829201/378/united-states-v-scott/
First thought: Not another delay…
Second though: Oh crap, September isn’t that far off…
@Oz, don’t forget to update your article. 😉
Thanks. Was having a dinner break. Working late tonight.
Looks like there will be an adjournment regarding David Pike’s plea control date which was supposed to be next Friday June 4th.
The parties believe they can reach a pre-trial agreement and requested about 90 days more time.

David Pike’s plea hearing is now set to September 8, 2021.

@Oz please update the article.
And Scott’s sentencing will be moved to September 8 as well apparently:

Thanks. Had another vet day. Going to have a quick nap and will then get stuck into it.
Wonder how much dirt Pike has on Schneider. I smell a guilty plea + cooperation agreement.
Re. Scott rescheduling, my next docket check is Thurs. Will update if there’s an order made by then.
One week earlier! World’s gone bonkers.
So, new date for Gilbert Armenta sentencing is October 13, 2021…

Thanks mate.
Mark Scott’s sentencing now officially rescheduled for September 8, 2021.

Thanks for the update!
(Had another vet day this week so been behind with everything. Should be able to catch up over the weekend.)
Oh wait what, they moved it forward a week?!
Bizarro world confirmed.
Per the procedual schedule we should see new filings soon:
(storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.482287/gov.uscourts.nysd.482287.378.0_1.pdf)
Government forfeiture reply hasn’t been filed yet, unless it’s the sealed document that appeared on August 13th on the docket. Which I think is likely given the fact that it would be otherwise late, because with the current date, the 3 week prior deadline for the reply was August 18th.
It’s probably sealed because it contains the “ongoing investigations sensitive” explanation for the “missing” 16 million that Scott’s defense complained about, which I think were likely related to Lacorne-Chris Principe “Moonlearning” money laundering/bank fraud scheme, as I expained here: https://behindmlm.com/companies/onecoin/sebastian-greenwood-rejects-plea-deal-tons-of-new-evidence/#comment-438595
Surprise surprise, Mark Scott is requesting another adjournment just 2 weeks before his scheduled sentencing date.
twitter.com/innercitypress/status/1430310703416717313
Let’s see if the DOJ stick to their word and oppose.
Indeed US Gov now opposes any adjournment past 4 weeks. Scott tries to get a new trial. Basis of Scott’s request for new trial remains entirely sealed.

Mark Scott sentencing adjourned to November 9 (InnerCityPress has wrong date in the tweet, but you can see the picture)
twitter.com/innercitypress/status/1430916935529676810
David Pike plea hearing adjourned to October 19.
twitter.com/innercitypress/status/1430995123605757958
So lots of adjournments again, weeeee..
Wheeeeeeee!
Looking like Gilbert Armenta’s sentencing will be pushed back:
Will check back on Tues and add an update if approved.
As of October 6th, David Pike’s change of plea hearing is still on for October 19th.
Confirmed Armenta’s sentencing has been pushed back to December.
Scott’s sentencing has been pushed back to Dec 8th.
What do you think about Konstantins perjury (laptop/Dilinskaja)in the Scott trial? Meanwhile in Münster Frank R., Manion H. and Martin B.
face at least two years imprisonment, the presiding Judge told them and asked them to think about an aggreement/guilty plea, your comments are welcome.
Martin Himmelheber (I am the author of most OneCoin-Stories in NRWZ and follow behind MLM for quite a while.)
@ Martin Himmelheber
I take it you mean Irina Dilkinska?
share-your-photo.com/a9247b8a42
BTW, I love your articles on the OneCoin scam! On this portal you can name the defendants in full – i.e. Frank Ricketts, Manon Hübenthal and Martin Breidenbach.
Hi Martin,
Don’t think it’s that serious outside of Konstantin tanking his own plea deal.
Scott did what he did and even with a retrial the evidence is there.
The DOJ can always put Scott’s co-conspirators on the stand, they’ve already plead guilty and no doubt have cooperation agreements.
SO at this rate Scott spends Christmas in prison. And next Christmas. And the one after after. And the next. And so on. You get the picture
Scott’s out on house arrest isn’t he? Or did that change and I missed it?
Yep, Scott is out on house arrest, on bond since April 1, 2020.
We got the new Chief of the Criminal Division involved in Mark Scott’s case now:
And of course that means more delays:
Letter was filed with the court on November 15th. No ruling yet.
^ Then it’s only Armenta left this year.
Let’s see if Armenta’s sentencing will be moved to 2022, then it’s a wrap.. 😀
So at the moment there’s no official sentencing date for Scott:
courtlistener.com/docket/7829201/429/united-states-v-scott/
If they grant this, Scott effectively walks surely?
Until the next time around. By then nobody will be interested.
I think he could get a new trial at best unless it can be demonstrated the prosecutor deliberately hid exclupatory evidence.
If he has a new trial; he better have a good defense as the prosecution has already had a trial run.
Since K is going nowhere and Greenwood is on deck, the case would surely be refiled.
DOJ does not like lawyers who violate banking laws. The Court could also just go ahead and sentence and let Scott file a post conviction and sentencing appeal or a writ.
Gilbert Armenta’s sentencing will be adjourned to March 2022.
This marks the 8th time Armenta’s sentencing has been delayed already.. Are the going for some kind of record??
courtlistener.com/docket/13349011/34/united-states-v-armenta/
Armenta’s sentencing adjournments listed below:
2020:
June 3 -> July 23
July 23 -> Oct 21
Oct 21 -> Jan 29
2021:
Jan 29 -> Apr 2
Apr 2 -> July 14
July 14 -> Oct 13
Oct 13 -> Dec 16
Dec 16 -> Mar 2022
Armenta’s sentencing got actually delayed to April. The actual sentencing date is April 7, 2022.
courtlistener.com/docket/13349011/35/united-states-v-armenta/
Thanks Fin. Updated Armenta today.
David Pike’s sentencing is probably going to be delayed.
The DOJ has requested a 45 day extension from the previously scheduled January 21st date.
Stated reason for the requested delay is ” health
concerns arising from the surging COVID-19 pandemic and related travel complications”.
Will update when there’s a ruling.
Article updated with David Pike’s February sentencing date.
Article updated with Pike and Greenwood delays.
Gilbert Armenta’s sentencing was delayed for the 9th time in row (no joke). New sentencing date is July 27, 2022.

Maybe they should change that to July 22, 2027…
Romanian OneCoiners are making a big deal about how they have “donated” 100,000 OC to their friends in Ukraine.
As hopeless gestures go, you don’t get more meaningless than this.
Even if the OC could be transferred, what are the recipients supposed to do with them? Buy crap on DealShaker or an educational pack to read in a cellar or in line at the Polish border?
This is insulting.
Cristi Calina again has revealed that there are no limits to promoting himself and the scam regardless of the context.
Out of all the footage I’ve seen from Ukraine, I can’t think of one instance where 100,000 OneCoin Ponzi points would come in handy.
I suppose a parchment certificate could be used to give some Russian conscript a wicked paper cut, but otherwise… nope.
“Don’t shoot, don’t shoot! Hi, I’m Boris. Can I interest you in some OneCoin?”
“BORIS! GET DOWN! What are you doing?!”
“Sir… watch.”
*later that night*
“The Russian army has unexpectedly abandoned their posts and pulled out of Ukraine.
We’re still waiting on an official response but there appears to be some commotion over “the future of money”.
Russian Soldiers are reported to have returned to their towns to recruit “OneCoin investors”. Vladimir Putin is believed to have initiated a transition of power to a… Dr. Ruja Ignatova? We’re not sure who that is.
Intelligence agencies are still scrambling to decode what all of this means. For now though, we have peace in Ukraine.”
Article updated with latest adjournment to Greenwood’s pre-trial conference.
All credit to the US authorities for their dogged pursuit of OneCoin principals. I look forward to details of Konstantin’s forthcoming sentencing. Would anyone care to open a book on the length of his sentence?
That’s assuming he doesn’t disappear into a witness protection programme. I should imagine his myriad tattoos won’t help him blend into the background if that’s the case.
Does anyone have any inkling if lower-level players are in the sights of the authorities?
Konstantin Ignatov’s sentencing has been delayed again.
We at least now know though that he’s still cooperating with the DOJ in some fashion.
Ten day delay on Sebastian Greenwood’s status conference due to ongoing lockdown problems at MDC, Brooklyn (prison).
No more status conferences in Greenwood case, it goes to trial.
Greenwood’s trial date has been scheduled for May 15, 2023.
courtlistener.com/docket/17059467/485/united-states-v-scott/
Thanks for the update.
Kinda stuck with a broken PC here at the moment (OS). Hoping to fix it up tomorrow with a reset.
Article updated with Greenwood’s new trial date. Also updated Rickett’s German case trial status.
Konstantin Ignatov’s sentencing has been delayed again (Nov 2022).
This isn’t a guarantee but it’s looking like Gilbert Arementa’s sentencing might finally be going ahead.
On Sep 6th. Armenta’s attorney filed a motion requesting permission for Armenta to travel to NY
The motion was granted later the same day.
Any thoughts as to what Armenta will get? Less than 15 to 20 and a forfeiture order to wipe that smug smile off his face and I will be disappointed.
On paper he’s looking at decades. He plead guilty to all five counts.
Hard to predict what he’ll actually get.

Brief update on Greenwood proceedings. Oral argument on the US or worldwide conduct sentencing issue has been pushed back to April 11th.
Greenwood was scheduled to be sentenced on April 5th. On April 3rd a consent letter motion was filed requesting a 60 day adjournment on Greenwood’s sentencing.
I figure sentencing will be scheduled after the US/worldwide conduct issue is resolved on April 11th (or delayed again as everything OneCoin in the US seems to perpetually be).
Nothing on Greenwood’s docket today regarding the jurisdiction hearing. Will check back later in the week.
From Inner City Press:
innercitypress.com/sdnygraf1onecoingreenwoodicp041123.html
Gee, who didn’t see that coming? Apart from that one guy going on and on about how the DOJ has no idea what it’s doing and a US court is really going to let multi-billion dollar scammers off the hook…
I’ll have a full report up when Pacer updates (hopefully overnight).
nrwz.de/featured/onecoin-ignatovas-ex-geliebtem-greenwood-drohen-bis-zu-60-jahre-haft/399435
The court published a one-page order today.
Hearing was on April 11th so I think that’s a typo. In any event, not much to update so I won’t put out a separate article.
I didn’t cover the original motion as I felt it was a non-issue (Greenwood’s motion was unlikely to be granted but I’d have covered it as unusual if it was).
Looking forward, I expect we’ll get a Greenwood sentencing date soon. I expect he’ll be going away for a long time.
Article updated with new Sebastian Greenwood sentencing date and rescheduled Konstantin Ignatov sentencing date.
Article updated with adjourned Konstantin sentencing control date.
Also as far as I know Greenwood’s September 12th sentencing is on.
On August 29th Greenwood’s attorneys asked for “time served or, alternatively, a period of home detention to be served in Sweden.”
Greenwood has been incarcerated since 2018.
Is there any way of knowing if, when and how Greenwood complied with the forfeiture order?
Letting him go or sending him to the kind of prison that passes for a prison in Sweden with him still holding stolen funds does not sit well
I’m in the middle of putting together an article on Greenwood’s filed sentencing memorandum. There’s a bit about restitution and monetary penalties in there.
It’s 52 pages long so give me a bit.
Added Irina Dilksinka’s guilty plea and sentencing date.
Konstantin’s sentencing was pushed back again into 2024.
In an update, German journalist Martin Himmelheber reports that the sentencing of Konstantin Ignatov will take place on February 28, 2024.

Thanks Melanie. Article updated with Konstantin Ignatov’s Feb 2024 sentencing date. Not anticipating any further delays.
Mark Scott’s December 12th sentencing is likely to be delayed.
As per a filed November 22nd letter motion;
Kinda confusing but Scott’s had some medical procedures done and they want to wait for “information”. I guess they’re hoping the “information” will be usable in sentencing submissions (towards a reduction).
The week of Feb 12th, 2024 has been put forth. No order from the court yet.
The German journalist Martin Himmelheber has informed me that the sentencing of Konstantin Ignatov has been postponed to March 5, 2024.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Ignatov gets time served. He’s been doing charity work, cooperated and, for all intents and purposes, been serving a sentence for years already (albeit not quite the same as prison).
There are/were probably legitimate safety concerns for him in gen-pop, potentially jeopardizing some of the other OneCoin cases if he was taken out.
Insider knowledge aside, he only kind of got really involved towards the end of OneCoin.
Added William Morro to the OneCoin criminal list.
So William Morro was finally sentenced last Friday (18th). He managed to dodge a prison sentence.
Morro’s sentencing isn’t on the case docket though yet, I’ve been waiting for that.
Single felony, no jail, no forfeiture – readacted information in the OAG letter to the court – all potential indicators of a cooperating party being brought in to wrap up the case
Still no update on Morro’s case docket.
