TexitCoin’s Bobby Gray to meet with SEC in UK
Following confirmation the SEC is looking into TexitCoin, founder Bobby Gray claims to have met up with federal investigators in the UK.
Speaking on an episode of the ironically named “Honest Money Hour” on May 21st, from what appears to be a moored luxury yacht, Gray revealed he’d flown his wife out for a visit.
[1:06] We’re gonna spend a couple of weeks together out here, and then we get to go back through London, England, as we meet up with counsel and sit down with our friends at the SEC which I’m very excited about.
“Here” presumably refers to Singapore, Gray’s last known location after leaving the US earlier this year. Gray previously stated he will not return to the US until he was “one hundred percent sure that this thing is not gonna devolve into criminal charges.”
“This thing” refers to ongoing state-level TexitCoin fraud proceedings initiated by Texas, an ongoing SEC federal investigation into TexitCoin, and a question mark over a federal criminal investigation.
What is unclear is whether “go back” refers to the US or another hideout location. Also unclear is whether the SEC will meet up with Gray in the UK or online.
The SEC does not have a permanent physical office or staff presence in the UK.

With subpoenas having already gone out to Gray and top TexitCoin promoters, it’s assumed the SEC’s TexitCoin investigation is well underway. Nonetheless Gray framed the meeting as an opportunity to help the SEC understand
[1:43] what we’re doing, who we are, what we’re doing, how we’re doing it, why we’re doing it. All that stuff – which they may or may not so far understand.
TexitCoin was an unregistered MLM investment scheme built around Gray’s texitcoin cryptocurrency (TXC). Investors were lured in on hard representations by Gray that TXC would passively hit $16 by February 2026.
As of May 2026, TXC is publicly trading at around 12 cents. Pending the outcome of the SEC’s investigation, TexitCoin victim losses are unknown.
Gray is believed to be funding his offshore lifestyle, including legal costs and flights around the world with his wife, with misappropriated TextiCoin investor funds.
Getting back to “Honest Money”, Gray’s “I’m always the smartest person in the room” schtick is a reliable constant in TexitCoin investor communications.
[21:41] The world’s going digital. We’ve gotta move fast. We’ve only got so much time left before, y’know, this dollar is done completely. We gotta get rich now.
People have gotten rich in bitcoin and crypto. Crypto might just be the best money that planet Earth has ever seen. I’m the guy for the job. You guys need me.
That’s when I started TexitCoin. So, um.
So when I started TexitCoin, and of course I put it together in a fashion that looks a lot like the projects that have come before it that have been busted, and have put people in jail. Uh, sent people to jail.
So everyone’s like, “What are you doing? That’s gonna get busted, you’re gonna go to jail.” And I said, “I don’t think so. I’ve studied these things.”
In addition to Gray, TexitCoin insiders “Jay” and “Chris” purportedly had SEC meetings on Tuesday the 26th and Thursday the 28th of May respectively.
