YepBit securities fraud warning from Australia
YepBit has received a securities fraud warning from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
ASIC added YepBit to its Investor Alert List on March 9th, 2026.
[YepBit] may be offering or advertising, or may have offered or advertised, financial services to Australian consumers.
It does not hold an Australian financial services licence or Australian credit licence from ASIC, and is not authorised by a licensee.
ASIC cites the domain “yepbit6.com”, which now redirects to “yepbee.com”.
YepBit is an MLM “click a button” app Ponzi run by Chinese scammers. BehindMLM has documented hundreds of the scams since they first emerged back in 2021.
Part of YepBit’s Ponzi ruse is a partnership with Fidelity Capital Investment Group (FCIG), a fake investment firm.
The same scammers running YepBit are behind FCIG, however official marketing cites Jonathan Brook as FCIG’s CEO:

Brook doesn’t exist and is believed to be an AI creation.
In addition to the domains ASIC cited YepBit also operates from “yepbii.com”, privately registered on December 11th, 2025.
Outside of Australia the Philippine SEC issued a YepBit securities fraud warning on January 26th, 2026. This was followed by a YepBit cease and desist order on February 4th.
