Silver Partners for Profits Review: T.J. Rohleder cash gifting

Silver Partners for Profits’ front-facing webpage doesn’t provide any company ownership information.

At the end of the website’s “Terms, Conditions, & Privacy Policy” however, T,J, Rohleder of The Direct Response Network is cited as the company owner.

A PO Box address in Goessel, Kansas is also provided.

Elsewhere on the internet Rohleder (right) claims to have

launched the Direct Response Network in 1996 with an emphasis on teaching direct response marketing strategies.

Rohleder refers to himself as “America’s Blue Jeans Millionaire”.

Before Silver Partners for Profits Rohleder was promoting the MOBE pyramid scheme.

The FTC alleged MOBE was a pyramid scheme, through which promoters such as Rohleder “bilked consumers out of over $125 million.”

After the FTC shut down MOBE in mid 2018, Rohleder showed up on BehindMLM to defend the scam’s owner Matt Lloyd.

MOBE is a truly great company. Matt Lloyd is one of the most brilliant entrepreneurs I have ever met. He and his company will pull out of this and be victorious.

In March 2020 the FTC secured a $318 million dollar fraud judgment against MOBE and Lloyd.

Touchstone Success Review: Life lessons pyramid scheme

Touchstone Success operates in the personal development MLM niche.

The company is based out of Virginia and headed up by founder Danny Pollard (right).

Curiously, Pollard cites his location as North Carolina on his personal LinkedIn profile.

According to said profile, Touchstone Success started back in 2011.

Prior to 2011 Pollard was a distributor in something called Message of the Month.

Message of the Month distributors paid $25 a month and received a personal development audio CD.

As far as I can tell, MOM’s messages were recorded by Tom Danley. In creating Touchstone Success, Pollard simply replaced Danley with himself.

Over the past ten years, Pollard doesn’t appear to have done much online outside of Touchstone Success.

During Winter Storm Uri Griddy customers were hit with massive bills. This led to Electric Reliability Council of Texas cutting Griddy off from the power supply.

A billion-dollar consumer class action was also filed against the company.

On March 15th, Griddy announced it was filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. [Continue reading…]

Bitflow Asset Review: Hourly ROI bitcoin Ponzi scheme

Bitflow Asset provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.

Bitflow Asset’s website domain (“bitflowasset.com”) was privately registered on September 8th, 2020.

A marketing video on Bitflow Asset’s website features some guy standing infront of a greenscreen.

The video gives off a strong Fiverr actor vibe, because that’s exactly what it is:

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Bitflow Asset provides a UK incorporation certificate on its website.

Bitflow Investments 427 Limited was incorporated back in 2015. Whether it has anything to do with Bitflow Assets is unclear.

In any event, UK incorporation is dirt cheap and effectively unregulated. It is a favored jurisdiction for scammers looking to incorporate dodgy companies.

For the purpose of performing MLM due-diligence, UK incorporation is meaningless.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
