Terrence Pounds claims he isn’t running Keep It 100
After “launching his own project” and “lying to people for 6 weeks”, as his investors put it, Terrence Pounds now claims he doesn’t own Keep It 100.
Pounds’ announcement comes less than 48 hours after BehindMLM reported on Pounds pleading guilty to thirteen counts of COVID-19 loan fraud. [Continue reading…]
Metogence Review: AI trading bot ruse MLM crypto Ponzi
Metogence fails to provide verifiable ownership or executive information on its website.
While Metogence does provide a list of executives, they are fictional identities represented by stolen photos:
Metogence’s website domain (“metogence.com”), was privately registered on April 20th, 2023.
In an attempt to appear legitimate, Metogence provides shell company registration details for the UK, US, Uganda an d Nigeria.
Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.
Although not definitive, it’s worth noting that Metogence’s official marketing material is put together by someone going by “Umesh”.
A quick Google search reveals the name “Umesh” is typically associated with India.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
Xaindex: SUT token AI grift Ponzi scheme
Xaindex fails to provide verifiable ownership or executive information on its website.
While Xaindex does provide a list of executives with photos.
I don’t have any specific names but Xaindex COO “Sergio Askovich”, who purportedly “has over 8 years of experience building models for business owners to interact with their audiences”…
…is a model/actor with a distinct hairline:
I couldn’t find the obligatory Boris CEO marketing video bux Xaindex does appear to be using its actors as part of its marketing:
Presumably this means Xaindex’s model/actor executives have been contracted to make appearances.
Boris CEO schemes are typically the calling card of Russians. Xaindex’s Russian connection, at least publicly, is through Master Distributor Dill MadDeuce.
“MadDeuce” appears to be a throwback to Dill’s failed music career.
On FaceBook Dill goes by his actual name, Dil Narzi.
Not sure how Narzi wound up Master Distributor for a Boris CEO Ponzi scheme, but whoever is running Xaindex is also likely in and/or has ties to Russia.
In an attempt to appear legitimate, Xaindex touts its ASIC registered Australian shell company.
ASIC are known for non-regulation of MLM fraud. Furthermore anyone can register a company with ASIC using whatever bogus details, there is no verification.
For this reason ASIC registration is favored by scammers residing outside of Australia.
With respect to MLM due-diligence, ASIC registration certificate as proof of legitimacy is therefore meaningless.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
BigWhale claims no association with Quizam Media Corp
A few days ago BehindMLM published a review on BigWhale.
We found the a typical MLM crypto Ponzi scheme, with a potential link to a publicly traded Canadian firm being an interesting twist.
Being outed for committing securities fraud and running a Ponzi scheme has evidently terrified whoever is running BigWhale, such they sent in a “legal notice” earlier today.
It’s been a while since I’ve publicly dressed down crypto scammers pretending they’re above the law. Let’s get into it. [Continue reading…]
Keep It 100’s Terrence Pounds indicted for C-19 loan fraud
BehindMLM published a review of Terrence Pounds’ Keep It 100 Ponzi scheme earlier this month.

Collect Direct Review: Collectibles & autoship recruitment
Collect Direct’s website is currently locked behind a password:
Seeing as Collect Direct is signing up distributors…
…I’m not sure why this is the case.
Collect Direct’s official FaceBook page suggests the company is in prelaunch:
Note this profile isn’t linked from Collect Direct’s website. Either way, if Collect Direct is in prelaunch then this isn’t at all communicated from their website.
Through a bit of research we come across Don and Nancy Carson, Collect Direct’s Master Distributors:
As per the March 22nd YouTube video above, the Carsons name Dave Jordan as Collect Direct’s owner and CEO.
Dave Jordan (right) is best known in the MLM industry as the founder and CEO of Valentus. The Carsons are former Valentus top earners.
Valentus launched in 2014 sold a range of “functional beverages”. On the MLM side of things Valentus ran an autoship recruitment focused compensation plan.
Over the course of business, Valentus was constantly dogged by controversy;
- in 2017 Valentus was at the center of a counterclaim alleging raiding, extortion and RICO violations;
- in 2017 Valentus’ then coffee supplier filed suit alleging they were owed $3.18 million;
- in 2017 the UK cracked down on the sale of Valentus products nationally;
- in 2019 Valentus’ coffee tested positive for amphetamines;
- in 2019 New Zealand authorities warned the public not to consume Valentus coffee;
- in 2019 the FDA issued Alternative Laboratories, a supplier of Valentus’ supplements, a warning notice; and
- in 2019 Singapore issued a health warning for Valentus’ coffee after it detected phenethylamine (PEA)
- in 2020 the FDA informed Dave Jordan that it classified certain Valentus’ products as “drugs under section 201(g)(1)(B) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act”
In March 2023 Dave Jordan announced he had sold Valentus off to Paul Pearson.
Under Pearson’s ownership, Valentus continues to operate as Valentus Global.
Collect Direct’s website domain registration was last updated on February 24th, 2023 – before Validus’ sale was made public.

Canadian DFRF Enterprises promoters fined $956,000
Three Canadian DFRF Enterprises promoters have been fined $956,000.

Stock Mageworld Review: Unique HYIP Designs script Ponzi
Stock Mageworld fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
Stock Mageworld’s website domain (“stock-mageworld.com”), was privately registered on April 29th, 2023.
Despite only existing for a few months, on its website Stock Mageworld falsely claims it has been around for six years.
If we look at the source-code of Stock Mageworld’s website, we find a reference to Unique HYIP Designs:
Unique HYIP Designs sells Ponzi scripts and “HYIP Packages”.
“HYIP” stands for “high yield investment program”. This is code for “Ponzi scheme”.
Unique HYIP Designs sells a “HYIP Manager” Ponzi script for $166. Cheaper website templates and “exclusive themes” are also available.
Based on its website domain registration, Unique HYIP Design has been flogging scam scripts since late 2018.
Unique HYIP Designs’ Facebook page itself is owned by “Mijanur Rahman”.
On its Facebook page Unique HYIP Designs represents it is based out of Dubai. The WhatsApp support number provided on Unique HYIP Design’s website however is a number from Bangladesh.
Once purchased, Unique HYIP Designs’ scripts are run on a standalone server:
What do you get? Theme content (.zip file).
How to install? Download the template .zip file; Upload it to your hosting/server; Then extract it.
This appears to be how Mega Capital has been set up.
Stock Mageworld’s website is a lazy HTTP copy of Deer Capitals.
A marketing video on Stock Mageworld’s website is hosted on a YouTube channel bearing the name “Kriptolic Cyprus”.
A number of marketing videos for various schemes appear on the channel:
Deer Capitals, Roitronix, Elevation Firm, Capital Treasure, Global Finance, FX Minning LTD, Coin Stack Invest, Dex Finance, Investopedia Investment INC, Capital Gains, Charter Trade Finance, Mutual Gain Trade Limited, Alliance Growth Limited, Mondex Insured Company, Growth Affirm, Global Markets Online and Kriptolic all appear to be Unique HYIP Designs Ponzi schemes.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
BeeKonnected Review: Marketing suite with securities fraud
BeeKonnected fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website. At least not directly.
Marketing videos on BeekKonnected’s website reveal the company was cofounded by Tonya Hofmann and Johnny “JR” Read.
I wasn’t able to put together an MLM history on Hofmann. Her LinkedIn profile however suggests she has a background in marketing.
Johnny Read’s LinkedIn profile ties him to BTG180.
BTG180 was Robert Craddock’s attempt to reboot the Zeek Rewards Ponzi scheme. Whether Read was also a Zeek Rewards investor is unclear.
There are some other companies listed on Read’s LinkedIn but these are all long-gone. Read purportedly signed on as COO of BeeKonnected in February 2020.
Both Hofmann’s and Read’s LinkedIn profiles place them in the US state of Texas.
It follows that BeeKonnected is also based out of Texas.
That said BeeKonnected’s website terms and conditions cites BK Worldwide Inc., which as far as I can tell is a Nevada shell company.
Read on for a full review of BeeKonnected’s MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]
