Touch Life Global Review: Jesus powered seven-tier matrix cycler

Touch Life Global claims to be a ‘non- governmental organization register(ed) and established in Nigeria‘.

As to who specifically owns and runs Touch Life Global, the company fails to provide that information.

The Touch Life Global website domain (“touchlifeglobal.org”) was privately registered on July 28th, 2018.

The African link seems to check out, with Alexa citing Ghana as the primary source of traffic to the Touch Life Global website (75%).

Interestingly enough, when I punched in the provided Nigeria address on the Touch Life Global website into Google, I was taken to a shed that had Alliance in Motion marketing on it.

As of January 2017 (the map date), it appears whoever is running Touch Life Global is/was an Alliance in Motion Global affiliate. Oh and Touch Life Global might also be “Jesus Powered”.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Trinity Mining Review: Renewable energy crypto mining Ponzi

Trinity Mining provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

The Trinity Mining website domain (“trinitymining.tech”) was privately registered on February 15th, 2018.

A corporate address in Panama is provided on the Trinity Mining website. Further research however reveals the address actually belongs Regus, meaning it’s virtual in nature.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

NuMedia Review: TVizion piracy continues through shell company

TVizion was a pirated streaming service offered through 247 SmartLife.

A few months ago Dish Network sued 247 SmartLife, TVizion and owner Ferras Jim Pshehalouk for copyright infringement.

In response to the lawsuit, Pshehalouk took down the TVizion website. The 247 Smartlife website is still up but traffic wise is pretty much dead.

Rather than defend the Dish Network lawsuit, Pshehalouk just ignored it.

In late July default was entered against 247 SmartLife, TVizion and Pshehalouk, with damages yet to be determined.

In the meantime, 247 Smartlife affiliates were told TVizion had been acquired by NuMedia for around $220 million.

Other than claiming to be a “Nevis corporation”, NuMedia provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.

The NuMedia website domain (“numedia.biz”) was privately registered on June 13th, 2018.

Considering Dish Media sued 247 SmartLife and TVizion on April 27th and the NuMedia “sale” announced on May 11th, it’s pretty obvious it was hastily put together.

Outside of potentially registering a shell company there, NuMedia obviously has no physical business operations in Nevis.

The NuMedia Distributor Agreement states the chosen venue for mediation and arbitration is Oregon.

Either directly or indirectly, it’s a safe assumption that Pshehalouk retains control of the company.

To confirm this however one need only look at the source-code for the NuMedia website;

As above, the NuMedia affiliate backoffice is hosted on the domain “myhbn.net”.

The My HBN domain registration lists Jim Ferras as the owner, through a Texas address.

It’s also worth noting the NuMedia Distributor Agreement on the My HBN website cites California as the venue choice for arbitration.

This is the same as 247 SmartLife and TVizion, confirming where NuMedia is actually being operated from hasn’t changed.

Crowdfunding International claims funds seized by Dutch authorities

Crowdfunding International’s business model is simple:

You buy in for 200 EUR and then, through a series of matrix cycler tiers, steal money from affiliates who buy in after you.

Naturally when recruitment of new affiliates slows down, the scheme collapses.

Rather than simply acknowledge that happened, Crowdfunding International published a “letter from our lawyer” on August 30th.

In the letter, the attorney Johan Vissers claims the Dutch government has seized an undisclosed amount of funds. [Continue reading…]

Cellis Review: Valentus “healthy coffee” spinoff?

Cellis operate in the nutritional supplement MLM niche and are based out of Texas in the US.

The company is headed up by Cellis’ Founder and CEO, Korey Johnson.

It’s worth noting that Johnson (right) resides in North Carolina, which is presumably where Cellis is actually operated from.

As per Johnson’s Cellis corporate bio, he has ‘29 years in industry with high level field leadership experience‘ and has been a ‘6-figure earner in multiple companies‘.

Two MLM companies I was able to tie Korey too were Waiora (circa 2010) and more recently, Valentus (2017).

Johnson appears to have left Valentus in late 2017 or early 2018, however I wasn’t able to ascertain why.

Qualpay & Synovus Bank file appeal over $6.3 mill MOBE funds

Rather than accept an August 8th ruling denying them $6.3 million in stolen MOBE victim funds, Qualpay and Synovus Bank have filed an appeal.

The previously granted TRO directed MOBE’s bank and payment processors to turn over any funds related to the business to the Receivership. [Continue reading…]

Genesis Mining confirms no partnership with Now Mining

Now Mining launched late last year and billed itself as the “official marketing arm of Genesis Mining”.

Despite the claim, Now Mining went on to collapse shortly after launch.

Headed up by Luis Ortega, recently Now Mining has been relaunched as VIP Mining.

There’s no mention of a Genesis Mining partnership in the latest incarnation, however that didn’t stop the company from reaching out to me to confirm no partnership with Ortega or VIP mining. [Continue reading…]

NuYugen Review: CBD and cannabinoid herbal blends

The NuYugen website contains no information about who owns or runs the company.

In fact, as I write this NuYugen are expecting people to sign up without disclosing any information about what it is they’re signing up to.

Further research reveals NuYugen marketing material identifying Richard Sharp as CEO of the company.

Why executive information, along with at least basic product info, is not provided on the NuYugen website is unclear.

As far as I can tell, Richard Sharp (right) has no prior MLM executive experience.

Sharp’s NuYugen corporate bio identifies him as editor of “The Hemp News” website and an ‘authority on hemp-derived CBD‘.

Note that as at the time of publication, The Hemp News website appears to be defunct.

Default entered against Trevon James in BitConnect class-action

Despite being served notice of a BitConnect class-action in which he’s a named defendant, Trevon James has failed to file a response.

James, whose actual name is Trevon Brown, was initially served notice of the class-action on April 12th.

He was then served again after a third amended complaint was filed.

As of the date of this filing, Defendant JAMES has not filed any paper in response to the Complaint or any of its subsequent amendments.

On August 23rd the class plaintiffs filed a motion requesting an entry of default be recorded. [Continue reading…]
