The SEC’s delicious deposition of Faith Sloan
As part of their civil TelexFree case, on October 4th and November 5th the SEC deposed Faith Sloan.
Whereas Sloan certainly isn’t the first prominent MLM underbelly figure to be deposed, what makes this deposition unique is that the SEC has made the entire transcript public.
Sloan’s deposition provides revealing insight into the mind of a serial-scammer.
Her responses are simultaneously raw, incriminating and at times frustratingly elusive. But they’re nonetheless real and make for a thoroughly interesting read.
In essence, this is probably as close to an “ask me anything” we who keep track of the MLM underbelly are going to get. [Continue reading…]
SEC slams Faith Sloan’s fraud, seeks $1.2 million partial judgment
What kind of MLM marketer is Faith Sloan?
According to the SEC she’s one that
has participated in at least nine multi-level marketing programs (including TelexFree) in which a promoter recruits other promoters and is compensated according to the number of persons recruited.
Yep. The SEC just publicly slammed Faith Sloan for serial scamming the public through pyramid schemes. [Continue reading…]
OneCoin’s Sebastian Greenwood arrested, extradited to US
The regulatory noose around Ruja Ignatova’s neck has tightened even further, following the arrest of Sebastian Greenwood.
We all seem to have slept on the news, which was reported in a throwaway paragraph by the Bangkok Post on November 5th. [Continue reading…]
Premier Income Plan Review: Rodney Brace still at it 5 years later…
If you visit the Premier Income Plan website without an affiliate referral link, you are automatically placed under the position “Rodney Brace, Founder”.
According to the “About US” section of the Premier Income Plan website;
Premier Income Plan is owned and operated by Hyphen Tech Inc.
On its website, Hyphen Tech Inc. claims it’s ‘a product-driven company offering the BEST online communication products in the Industry‘.
The “About Us” section of the Hyphen Tech Inc. website reveals;
Hyphen Tech Inc. is owned and operated by Rodney Brace in Newfoundland, Canada.
This is presumably also where Premier Income Plan is being operated from.
Brace himself first appeared on BehindMLM as admin of All Teamed Up back in 2013.
All Teamed Up was a matrix cycler pyramid scheme, which touted $7000 a month on a $25 monthly spend.
Not really sure how long it lasted but All Teamed Up is long gone.

Crypto Pros Review: Stacked 2×20 matrix-based pyramid scheme
Crypto Pros doesn’t appear to currently have a functioning website.
“Founding members” are being recruited through private Google Forms and YouTube videos.
Crypto Pros will be launching soon. You have an opportunity to become a Founding Member and be placed in the 2 x 20 matrix prior to the public launch by pre purchasing Crypto Pros ad packages.
Positioning will be by time stamp order with sponsor protacol [sic] maintained.
An email address used to coordinate “Founding Member” payments points to the domain “cryptopros.biz”.
The domain was privately registered on May 5th, 2018, and is currently not configured to point at a website.
Further research reveals Crypto Pros marketing videos hosted by Frank Hester (goes by Robert Hester on Facebook).
In a November 14th video on his “Coinpressions Official” YouTube channel, Hester (right) states:
Hey guys, Frank here. Just a real quick update for our Founding Members in Crypto Pros.
It is Wednesday November the 14th and we’re getting close to the delivery date for the script that I ordered for Crypto Pros.
This all but confirms Hester is the admin behind Crypto Pros.
Frank Hester resides in the US state of Texas, which is also presumably where Crypto Pros is being operated from.
Prior to Crypto Pros Hester ran Coinpressions, a matrix-based pyramid scheme.
Alexa traffic estimates for Coinpressions show a steady decline throughout 2018. This coincides with the launch of “Coinpression2” in January.
Coinpressions launched in late 2017 (~September) and appears to have gone into decline and collapsed within a few months.
Coinpressions2 went the same way with Hester laying the foundation for Crypto Pros’ launch back in August:
Crypto Pros will be Hester’s third company launch in just over a year.
Other MLM companies Hester has promoted throughout 2018 include MyEcon, Team National, Eyeline Trading, Qube Trade (collapsed crypto Ponzi, rebooted as Trio Trader), NetQube, 1 Online Business, 3T Networks, Crazy Ad Profits, CryptoTab and Savings Highway.
Most of the companies above are outright pyramid and/or Ponzi schemes.

Fintegri Review: WCX Ponzi altcoin fails, FINT exit-scam initiated
Fintegri began with the launch of World Cryptocurrency Investment in 2017.
World Cryptocurrency Investment was founded by Edward Hartley, Daniel Grenon and Touhid Rahman, all former OneCoin Ponzi scammers.
Following founder Hartley’s death in July 2017, World Cryptocurrency Investment was renamed to World Cryptocurrency International.
In April 2018 Grenon and Rahman retreated into the shadows. John Rock then emerged as Worldwide Cryptocurrency International’s new CEO.
Rock was formerly Compliance Officer for the Banners Broker Ponzi scheme.
In September 2018 Rock announced Worldwide Cryptocurrency International was rebranding as Fintegri.
The stated reason for the name-change was banks had effectively blacklisted the company.

Universal Crypto Mining Club Review: Two-tier crypto ebook cycler
Universal Crypto Mining Club provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The Universal Crypto Mining Club website domain was privately registered on July 24th, 2018.
One thing we do learn from the registration however is that the Universal Crypto Mining Club domain uses Traffic Slider name-servers.
Traffic Slider appears to be a collapsed ebook pyramid scheme.
The Traffic Slider website domain registration lists Rohit Kumar Seth as the owner, through an address Delhi, India.
The email address Seth used to register the Traffic Slider website domain points to YourFreeScripts.
YourFreeScripts is an Indian outfit that sells scam scripts to budding MLM underbelly admins.
Beyond that there doesn’t appear to be any specific information on Seth available.
Finally, the Universal Crypto Mining Club website FAQ states:
Universal Crypto Mining Club Opened this Community Platform to the Public on 08,8,18 under the management of AVZ Ventures Incorporated a duly SEC Registered Direct Selling company for health and wellness products in the Philippines..
AVZ Ventures Incorporated appears to be a failed product-based pyramid scheme headed up by President and CEO, Vangie Arrieta (right).
Possibly due to language-barriers, I was unable to find anything further on Arrieta.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
Sanki Global Review: Sanki Mayor supp with cringe marketing
Despite its far-east sounding name, Sanki Global is a US-based MLM company with a focus on Mexico.
At the time of publication Alexa cite Mexico as the predominant source of traffic to the Sanki Global website (96%).
The company does however acknowledge that it’s “origins come from Japan”.
The origins of Sanki and our name come from Japan.
The meaning of our name is the link between San (respect to highest degree) and Ki, (vital energy).
To ensure the absolute highest quality possible, Sanki owns, manages, and directs every aspect of our production.
This ranges from our beautiful olive and rosemary groves in Spain to our laboratories in Japan.
A corporate address in the US state of Nevada is provided on the Sanki Global website.
Heading up the company is Co-founder, CEO and President Alejandro Lopez Tello (right).
As per Tello’s Sanki Global corporate bio, he’s
a chemical engineer from the UNAM with executive education in business entrepreneurship and risk capital from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).
He has sixteen years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, development and launching businesses.
Today he is Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Sanki Global.
Of Tello’s sixteen years in the MLM industry, eight have been with Sanki Global.
Sanki Global launched in 2010. Possibly due to language barriers, I wasn’t able to piece together Tello’s prior MLM history.

Pro HealthyWayz scammers arrested in India ($4.1 million lost)
From the sounds of it, Pro HealthyWayz was your typical MLM autoship recruitment scheme.
Following the duping of 40,000 affiliates for just over $4 million two years ago, an investigation by Indian authorities was launched.
That investigation has now led to the arrest of nine ringleaders behind the scheme. [Continue reading…]
