Zeek Rewards figure Robert Craddock was indicted on charges of wire fraud back in March.

This was followed by an arraignment in April, which saw Craddock plead not guilty.

Following an investigation and court-approved declaration that World Ventures is a pyramid scheme, the company was forced to shutdown operations in Norway.

This, claims affiliate Steinar Husby, has cost World Ventures “many millions in Norway and abroad”.

Husby, credited as the official spokesperson for World Ventures in Norway, joined the company back in 2010.

Desperate to get back to getting paid to recruit new World Ventures affiliates, Husby recently told Norwegian media he ‘forecasts that World Ventures is going to bring proceedings against the Norwegian State.‘

OXO Worldwide launched in 2013 and operate in the health and wellness MLM niche.

For reasons unknown, OXO Worldwide do not list where they operate from on their website (or any social profiles that I could see).

An address in the US state of Nevada is provided in OXO WorldWide’s Privacy Policy, however further research reveals this to be a virtual mailing address provided by Regus.

In this same Privacy Policy, OXO Worldwide claim to be “owned and operated by OXOgenix International Ltd”. The website address provided in the policy for OXOgenix International however points right back to the OXO Worldwide website, so I’m not sure what’s going on there.

In any event OXO Worldwide list Douglas Yates (right) as President and Chief Operating Officer.

As per Yates’ OXO Worldwide corporate bio;

Over the past few years, he has spent more than $450,000 on training and tools, learning from some of the top leaders in the more one billion dollar Internet Marketing industry.

Moreover, Douglas has lead or participated in many product launches, usually generating more revenue in a single launch then the product(s) sold the previous year.

The only MLM opportunity I was able to peg Yates to was something called Global TV Studios, circa 2012.

Yates is credited as Global TV Studios’ “Office Director”, with the company itself appearing to have marketed a video editing tool.

Global TV Studios will offer some of the most amazing HD Video and Audio Technology products ever sold through the network marketing industry.

Not exactly sure what happened there, but the opportunity appears to have flopped and Global TV Studios is not around today.

A year later Yates went on to launch OXO Worldwide.

Of minor note is that Global TV Studios’ “Senior Executive Director”, Steve E. Smith, is credited as OXO Worldwide’s Master Distributor today. Whether or not any other Global TV Studios executives joined Yates in OXO Worldwide is unclear.

Prior to its release, Carlos Costa and the rest of the TelexFree troupe were confident the court-ordered Ernst & Young audit would prove TelexFree wasn’t a $1.8 billion dollar Ponzi scheme.

After a series of delays, the audit finally dropped earlier this year in February.

After months of independent investigation and poring over TelexFree data, Ernst & Young concluded that there was evidence of a Ponzi scheme.

TelexFree were quick to dismiss the conclusion, declaring the report to be “full of errors and inconclusive”.

Accusing TelexFree of creating “social unrest”, Acre’s Public Prosecutors then asked the court to release the report, so that the general public might read it and make up their own mind.

TelexFree vehemently opposed the report being made public, arguing that the contents of the report were “protected by tax secrecy” and full of mistakes.

Judge Thais Borges rejected the argument, later going so far as to declare E&Y’s audit report was indeed conclusive.

In just a short span of 18 months after its inception, PhytoScience’s monthly sales have surged to RM40 million, making it one of the TOP MLM companies in Malaysia.

Credited as Founder and CEO of Phyto Science on its website is Lai Teck Peng (right).

Dato’ Sri Lai brings in more than 26 years of significant network marketing experience and track record as a successful network marketing entrepreneur as well as extensive leadership and operational management skills in global consumer-oriented businesses.

Possibly due to language barriers, I was unable to find anything further on Lai’s MLM history. Phyto Science themselves provide no additional information on their website.

Vizionary operate in the cryptocurrency MLM niche and name Frode Berg as Founder on their website.

As per Berg’s Vizionary corporate bio;

Frode Berg is a highly respected sales and team building professional with over 20 years of experience and a history of success.

During this time he has been a Master Distributor and has built reputation for integrity. Frode is known for being highly innovative and methodical and has also been a Marketing Consultant to various companies.

Further research reveals Berg (right) to have been a major player in the Norwegian pyramid scheme, World Games Inc.

World Games Inc. collapsed in 2004, with over 220,000 affiliates losing “large sums of money”.

In 2008 Berg was again tied to a scam, this time a poker-based scheme called T6 Poker.

YOU get bonus EVERY MONTH even if you do not have a single player in your business and the ENTIRE your downline has stopped working. This is ALL networkers DREAM !!! When people realize this will take COMPLETELY off ….

When contacted by Norwegian media regarding his involvement in T6 Poker, Berg told them “T6poker is far from any pyramid scheme.”

By the end of the year T6 Poker had collapsed, again resulting in the vast majority of investors losing money.

How much Frode Berg made in both WGI and T6 Poker is unclear.

In 2012 Berg resurfaced as an affiliate in Ausante.

As per an interview in the January 2012 Ausante affiliate newsletter (page 6);

Ausante has just been an outstanding company. It has delivered way above my expectations.

I don’t find it hard to introduce people to Ausante, The hardest signup was my brother Thomas, he was fighting
against MLM for 7 years basically hating the way I do business.

But right now he is flying with Ausante. I predict that he will be making a huge success with Ausante.

I am proud to be a member, I love the mission and I love the business opportunity and I can truly say
for the first time I have found what I have been looking for so long.

A home… There is no Plan B….This is IT.

In 2013 former management alleged Ausante was a “worldwide fraud”.

When Berg left Ausante is unclear, but over the last few years he appears to have been concentrating on building an e-cigarette business (non-MLM).

Now it appears Berg is getting back into MLM, hoping to carve himself a slice of the cryptocurrency MLM niche pie.
