Club Cornerstone operate in the e-commerce MLM niche and is headed up by Tom Kudirka, who serves as Club Cornerstone’s CEO.
A corporate address in the US state of Nebraska is provided on the Club Cornerstone, however further research reveals this address belongs to a local post office (UPS).
According to Tom Kudirka’s Club Cornerstone corporate bio;
Tom worked as a Field Engineer for AT&T for over 15 years. He earned an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems.
Tom is an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for business. In 1997 he founded 2015 Games and created “Medal of Honor: Allied Assault” for Electronic Arts, garnering both critical acclaim and commercial success.
Many of the team members from 2015 went on to form Infinity Ward, developing the Call of Duty/Modern Warfare series generating billions in sales. Yeah, that’s right, he started all that.
Kudirka doesn’t appear to have a background in MLM, with Club Cornerstone marking first MLM venture.

Dynamico was founded in April 2016. The company does not provide any information on its website suggesting where it is being operated from.
Identified as founders of Dynamico on their website are Philip Mongelluzzo, Jr and T.V. Wilson (left and right respectively below).
From their respective Dynamico corporate bios;

He has spent over 30 years in Relationship Marketing as a top trainer, recruiter and has earned Millions with multiple companies at record pace.
Prior to founding Dynamico, Philip Mongelluzzo was an affiliate with Visalus (2012-2014).
T.V. Wilson was an affiliate with Monavie a few years back and before that YTB Travel.

Avalon Life claim to be incorporated in Costa Rica as “Avalon Life AG”.
The company is headed up by Tom Koller (right), who serves as CEO and CTO.
On his LinkedIn profile Koller lists his location as the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, which is likely where Avalon Life is actually being operated from.
On a blog pitching “VIP Coaching”, Koller reveals he was formerly an affiliate with Monavie (circa 2011). Koller’s Twitter profile also ties him as an affiliate to FGXpress (2015).

Q Sciences Review: Brain & central nervous system formula
Q Sciences launched in 2013 and are based out of Utah in the US.
Heading up the company is Founder, President and CEO, Daren Hogge.
As per Hogge’s Q Sciences corporate bio;
In his 28 years in the network marketing industry, Daren Hogge has built a reputation as a dynamic leader with the ability to turn vision into reality.
Daren began his career as a CPA for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served as a financial consultant to one of the founding companies in the network marketing industry.
It wasn’t long before the head of that company invited Daren to join the executive team as its Director of International Finance.
Daren later went on to become President, during which time the company opened new international markets and more than tripled its distributor force.
The company not named above is Nature’s Sunshine. Hogge (right) left the company in 2004.
Hogge went on to launch GoYin, which was sold off to Genesis Today in 2008. Hogge stayed on and, according to Lisa Young, a Q Sciences affiliate,
was able to guide this company into profitability in a very short period of time and sales grew every single month since the merger.
Genesis Today was relaunched as Genesis Pure in 2009, with Hogge serving as President up until 2012 (I couldn’t pinpoint the exact date). Q Sciences was launched a year later.

Trustee clawbacks on hold till Merrill’s criminal trial
Back in April the TelexFree Trustee filed a host of clawback adversary proceedings against TelexFree insiders.
The Trustee was required to commence the Adversary Proceeding before the
Criminal Action could be resolved because the expiration of the Statute of Limitation relevant to these actions was approaching and was clearly going to expire before the Criminal Action was resolved.However, in commencing these actions, the Trustee does not intend to interfere with the proper administration of the Criminal Actions nor prejudice the Government’s prosecution of those actions.

FTC send out $9 million to Pure Health consumers
Lindsey Duncan, founder of Genesis Pure, was last year fined $9 million by the FTC.
The fine was the result of Duncan’s
acts and practices mislead the public into believing that he is disseminating health advice or knowledge.
In January 2015, a court ordered Duncan to ‘pay the FTC five million within two weeks and a further four million over the next nine months‘.
That appears to have been paid on schedule, with the FTC today announcing over $9 million in checks have been sent out to consumers. [Continue reading…]

In what is either the mother of all coincidences, or proof Sanderley Rodrigues was running the scheme, the iFreeX website went offline within days of Rodrigues’ arrest for visa fraud.
