Cryptonomics Capital Review: Unregistered securities ICO investment
Cryptonomics Capital operate in the MLM cryptocurrency and appear to be based out of Russia.
The company provides a corporate address in California on their website, however further research reveals a number of virtual office providers operating from this address.
Heading up Cryptonomics Capital is founder Nikolay Evdokimov.
Evdokimov appears in a marketing video on the Cryptonomics Capital website wearing a sequined skull shirt and godfather rings:
Note the title of the video, hosted on the official Cryptonomics Capital YouTube channel, is mostly in Russian.
Pretty much all of the company’s marketing material is in Russian and as per Alexa, Russia is currently the top source of traffic to the Cryptonomics Capital website (31%).
According to his Cryptonomics Capital corporate bio, Evdokimov has ‘lots of experience in creating and developing innovative blockchain projects‘.
Evdokimov’s Twitter profile (“Nick Evdokimov”) cites his location as California in the US.
In 2015 Evdokimov placed 11th in a list of Russia’s “most successful young entrepreneurs”.
Nikolay started his activities in search engine optimization (SEO) during his studies at Faculty of Energetics in Moscow State Technical University of Bauman.
He got big success in 2008 – soon after its launch, his service Seopult became a leader in the SEO market and started bringing $500 000 per month.
Further, the revenue has been doubling on an annual basis. In 2013, last year, when Pult Group (the name of the holding that combines assets of Evdokimov and other shareholders at Seopult) was disclosing its financial indicators, the revenue increased by more than 80% and exceeded $50 mln.
Last year Seopult seemed to reach its ceiling – its growth has slowed down.
According to the latest data, the revenue of the service was around $53 mln adapted to the pre-crisis exchange rate, which means $30 mln with the current level of exchange rate.
I wasn’t able to tie Evdokimov to the MLM industry, suggesting Cryptonomics Capital is his first network marketing venture.

At the time of publication the “Our Team” section of the NetQube website is non-functioning.
Further research reveals NetQube affiliates naming Dan Wolfanger (right) as CEO of the company.
Prior to NetQube Wolfanger was promoting Divvee. He appears to have left the company sometime in the second half of 2017 (the NetQube website domain was registered in September, 2017).

Good Time Life Review: UTA altcoin pump and dump points
Good Time Life launched in mid 2017 and operate in the cryptocurrency MLM niche.
The company is headed up by founders Linda Hong and Alex Lee, who both run the company as CEOs.
No additional information about either CEO is provided, nor does the Good Time Life website provide any contact information.
The Good Time Life website domain (“goodtime.life”) was privately registered on October 25th, 2016.
Marketing material suggests Hong and Lee are based out of Seoul, South Korea (major cringe warning):
It is highly likely that Korea is also where Good Time Life is being operated from.
Why this information is not provided on the Good Time Life website is unclear.

OneCoin still banned in Italy, claims Italian Consumer Center
Last month we reported on the lift of a ban that prevented OneCoin from operating in Italy.
That article was based on a 19th February published decision, which suggested that both the suspension and 2.5 million EUR issued fine had been rejected by the Regional Administrative Court (Sixth Section).
In an April 4th article titled, “OneCoin allowed again – hardly!”, the Consumer’s Center for South Tyrol (Vzs) now claims only the fine was suspended. [Continue reading…]
eXeR VIP Club Review: Viridi Coin “medical marijuana” pump & dump
eXeR VIP Club provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The eXeR VIP Club website domain (“exervipclub.com”) was privately registered on May 31st, 2017.
A diagram on the eXeR VIP Club website suggests its parent company is eXeR Canaplus Ltd:
A certificate provided on the eXeR VIP Club website suggests eXeR Canaplus Ltd. was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on December 28th, 2017.
As the above diagram shows, eXeR Canaplus Ltd. operates as a separate company from its own website domain.
The eXeR Canaplus Ltd. website domain was registered on November 2nd, 2017.
Daniel Pasetti of Fides Invest AG is listed as the owner, through an address in Moors, Liechtenstein.
A Google search of the address reveals multiple businesses using PO Box variations of the same address. This suggests Fides Invest AG exists in Liechtenstein in name only.
Again referring to the diagram above, Fides Invest AG is cited as the “financing sister company” of eXeR Canaplus Ltd.
Further research (right) reveals Fides Invest AG to be a pretty shady sounding finance company.
Daniel Pasetti meanwhile also owns “CanaPower KLG”, a company incorporated in Switzerland on October 5th, 2017.
CanaPower KLG incorporation details reveal Pasetti, whose full name is Daniel Dragan Lorenz Antunes Pasetti, is working with Radovan Dokic, purportedly a Serbian citizen.
From this it is assumed Pasetti and Dokic own and operate eXeR VIP Club, possibly in partnership with additional persons unknown.
Two possible candidates are Dennies Pettersson and Hans Pettersson.
On their respective Facebook profiles, Dennies Pettersson refers to himself as a “Business Development Executive” for eXeR VIP Club and Hans Pettersson a “Business Developer”.
Dennies Pettersson is a scammer from Sweden, primarily known for running a porn extortion scheme.
In 2013 authorities estimated Pettersson’s various scams over the last ten years had generated over a billion kronor ($119.2 million USD).
I wasn’t able to find anything concrete on Hans Pettersson, other than the name possibly being an alias for Dennies Pettersson (unconfirmed).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
