FXTrading Corp Review: 500% ROI through cryptocurrency arbitrage?
FX Trading Corp operates in the MLM cryptocurrency niche and represents it is based out of South Korea.
To that end a tax certificate for “FX Trading Corporation” is provided on the company’s website.
Heading up FX Trading Corp are co-founders Young Min Oh (CEO), Joon Park (CFO) and Yang Jae Seok (CMO).
No information about any of these individuals is provided. Possibly due to language-barriers, I was also unable to find anything further myself.
What little I did find was tied to FXTrading Corp itself. This is a red flag as it suggests the co-founders have no digital footprint outside of the recently launched company.

The Berlin Group collapses, Laurie Suarez touts Ugandan reboot?
The Berlin Group launched on the promise of a 168% ROI every 60 days.
ROI revenue was claimed to be generated via a “recycle bot”, specific details of which were never provided.
As I write this only a few months out from The Berlin Group’s launch, the company website is offline, invested funds have disappeared and management are feeding victims excuses. [Continue reading…]
Noble 8 Revolution event reveals religious elderly scam victims
Within the MLM matrix cycler niche is a subset of schemes that carrot dangle.
Perhaps the most memorable example I can give you over the past few years is Sheila Tabarsi’s SVM Global Initiative.
Tabarsi essentially crafted a list of people willing to hand over money in exchange for nothing.
After hitting up said list for fee payments over a few years, SVM Global Initiative was quietly dropped. Despite being a relatively simple and straight-forward Ponzi cycler, the scheme never launched.
Last I heard Tabarsi was funneling her list into various MLM crypto scams, but I digress.
Today we’re checking in on a more recent carrot dangle scheme, Noble 8 Revolution.
And Just a heads up, if you’re having a good day you might want to skip this one – it’s pretty depressing. [Continue reading…]
IQ Legacy Review: Ormeus Global reboots for third time
Ormeus Global emerged as a faceless company in mid 2017.
In our published Ormeus Global review, our research revealed the company was John Barksdale jumping on the MLM cryptocurrency bandwagon.
Ormeus Global had no retailable products or services. Its affiliates invested funds into B2X89, a “bot trader” that Ormeus Global marketed a 160% ROI through.
Rather than operate legally, Barksdale chose to market Ormeus Global in countries with less than diligent regulation. [Continue reading…]
Qdynamics Global Corporation Review: Cancer curing minerals
Qdynamics Global Corporation operates in the health and wellness MLM niche.
The company launched in 2008 and is based out of the Philippines.
Heading up Qdynamics Global Corporation is founder and CEO, Delia C. Maceda (right).
As per Maceda’s Qdynamics Global Corporation corporate bio, she’s an obstetrician-gynecologist.
Dr. Maceda, fondly called “Doc Del”, is an acclaimed member of the Filipino Inventors Society.
She had undergone extensive training in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine here and abroad.
On their website Qdynamics Global Corporation claims to have ‘countless clients in Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Papua New Guinea, London, Dubai, Australia, Canada, Israel, India, Germany and Italy‘.
Alexa traffic estimates for the Qdynamics Global Corporation website however cite the Philippines as providing 100% of traffic.
This suggests that Qdynamics Global Corporation has little to no operations outside of the Philippines itself.

Jeunesse RICO settlement challenged
Back in August it was announced Jeunesse had settled a lawsuit alleging RICO violations for $2.5 million.
Through an amicus curiae brief filed on December 7th, Truth in Advertising (TINA) has opposed the settlement.
According to the consumer advocacy organization, Jeunesse’s settlement ‘provides no meaningful benefit to‘ victims and permits ‘Jeunesse to continue unfettered with the fraudulent scheme that forms the basis of this case‘. [Continue reading…]
Melius Review: $50,000 passive forex trading account for $3000?
Melius operates in the forex and cryptocurrency MLM niches.
The company provides corporate addresses in Dubai and the UK on their website.
The UK address is a virtual office, I wasn’t able to verify the provided Dubai address.
Somewhat curiously, early Melius marketing material claimed the company had a third office in the US state of Nevada:
Melius has since removed any reference to their Nevada corporation and office from their website and marketing material.
Speaking of Melius’ website, on it the company identifies Jeremy Prasetyo as CEO and co-founder of the company.
Melius’ other co-founders are not disclosed.
As far as I can tell, Melius is Prasetyo’s first MLM venture as an executive.
Prasetyo’s social media profiles suggest he has spent much of the past year speaking at and promoting various cryptocurrency events (non-MLM).

Uforia Science Review: Foru International bought out, rebooted
Uforia Science operates in the nutritional supplement MLM niche and operates out of Utah in the US.
Unfortunately Uforia Science provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
Further research reveals Uforia Science marketing material naming Ron Williams (right) as founder and CEO of the company.
Why this information is not provided on the Uforia Science website is unclear.
According to a Harcourt Health article published in September 2018, Uforia Science is owned by Terry Lacore.
This is a game changer, and Williams knows that. He has partnered with Terry Lacore of the Lacore Enterprises fame.
Williams successfully ran Forever Green and Lacore successfully runs Lacorre Enterprises.
Both men are used to the multi-million dollar health and nutritional space.
In fact, they met during a law suit. Lacorre [sic] was suing Forever Green over the formula for a keto drink.
Williams won, but in the end, Williams also won over Terry.
The CEOs decided they really liked each other, so Terry offered Ron the chance to head up the Üforia line, and Ron jumped at it.
I believe the lawsuit referenced is that of Pruvit vs. ForeverGreen.
BehindMLM reviewed ForeverGreen in 2013. Based on the company’s compensation plan, we found ForeverGreen was heavily focused on affiliate autoship recruitment.
Ron Williams resigned as ForeverGreen’s CEO and President in April 2017. Williams remains tied to the company however as a standing member of ForeverGreen’s Board of Directors.
