Cloud 9 Life Review: Nutritional drinks and capsules

Cloud 9 Life operates in the nutritional supplement MLM niche.

The company is based out of Florida and headed up by CEO A.K. Khalil.

In 2013 Khalil (right) was appointed President of Zrii. I wasn’t able to pin down when Khalil left Zrii but in 2017 he was appointed CEO of Gold Canyon.

Gold Canyon shut down last month. Again, not sure when Khalil left the company but Cloud 9 Life’s official Facebook page was created in June 2019.

Read on for a full review of Cloud 9 Life’s MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]

Unitex Capital Review: Ponzi returns of up 4.2% a day

Unitex Capital operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche.

Supposedly heading up Unitex Capital is Director Matthew Stevens.

Our director is Matthew Stevens, he was born in Croatia on May 11, 1987.

As far as I can tell, Matthew Stevens doesn’t exist.

Unitex Capital represents it is is incorporated as Unitex Capital Limited in New Zealand.

For regulatory purposes, incorporating a shell company in New Zealand with bogus details is meaningless.

At the time of publication Alexa cites Vietnam (28%), Brazil (16%) and Russia (16%) as the top three sources of traffic to Unitex Capital’s website.

As opposed to New Zealand, it is highly likely that whoever is running the company is based out of one of these three countries.

Unitex Capital’s website domain (“unitex-capital.com”) was privately registered on January 23rd, 2020.

Despite only coming into existence a few months ago, on its website Unitex Capital falsely claims it has been providing ‘risk-free and stable income to New Zealanders since 2017’.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Diamonds Capital Review: 3.5% a day Ponzi scheme

Diamonds Capital operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche.

The company represents it is headed up by CEO Robert Clarkson. Clarkson is apparently

a Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, and also a specialist in various fields of mathematical analysis.

No specific information about Clarkson is provided, nor does he exist outside of a paragraph on Diamonds Capital’s website.

It is thus assumed Clarkson, as represented on Diamonds Capital’s website, doesn’t actually exist.

In attempt to appear legitimate, Diamonds Capital provides a UK incorporation certificate for Diamonds Capital Limited.

Diamonds Capital Limited was incorporated in the UK on September 2nd, 2019.

UK incorporation is dirt cheap and effectively unregulated. It is a favored jurisdiction for scammers looking to incorporate dodgy companies.

At the time of publication Alexa cites South Korea (49%), Taiwan (24%) and Vietnam (5%) as top sources of traffic to Diamonds Capital’s website.

Despite that, it is likely that whoever is running Diamonds Capital is based out of eastern Europe.

On social media, Robert Clarkson is played by this individual:

The man has a distinct eastern European accent, making him a prime candidate for a Boris CEO actor.

In attempt to mask the actor’s ethnicity, Diamonds Capital’s earlier marketing videos were poorly dubbed over.

Diamonds Capital also provides the obligatory rented office space filled with actors video for your viewing pleasure.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Quantum Supremacy Review: Magic hologram wristbands

Quantum Supremacy is run as part of one of Alexander (Alex) Loyd’s websites (“dralexwholelifehealing.com”).

Lloyd styles himself as a Doctor, through a PHD ND (Naturopathic Doctor).

Lloyd’s website links to Quantum Nutritional Life (“quantumnutrtionallife.com”), which is owned and operated by Larry Napier.

Napier and Lloyd appear on Quantum Supremacy webinars together. As far as I can tell they are the two principals behind Quantum Supremacy.

Their respective roles within the company however are not clarified.

To the best of my knowledge Quantum Supremacy is both Alex Loyd and Larry Napier’s first MLM opportunity.

Update 26th April 2020 – I’ve received confirmation that prior to Quantum Supremacy, Larry Napier was promoting the OneCoin Ponzi scheme.

Napier was part of Denis Murdock’s team of US OneCoin promoters (2018-2019). /end update

Vestige Marketing operates in the ecommerce MLM niche. The company was founded back in 2004 and is based out of New Delhi, India.
