Power9 Matrix Review: Seven matrices and $200,000?

power9-matrix-logoOne would think at this stage the era of matrix based MLM companys that don’t even try to mask the fact that they are just recruitment driven opportunities would be far and inbetween.

Yet it still amazes me that companies like Power9 Matrix are being launched every other week. Read on for a full review of the Power9 Matrix opportunity. [Continue reading…]

Ultamex Review: A world-wide recruitment scam

ultamex-logoUltamex set themselves some pretty steep goals and to state their company mission statement is ambitious is a bit of an understatement:

-eliminate world poverty

-eliminate debt

Those are some pretty mighty claims so naturally the burning question is ‘do Ultamex deliver’?

YouTube bans Max Stiegemeier for promoting scams

Over the past few years Max Stiegemeier has launched a series of matrix based recruitment scams that, particularly over the last six months or so, have been launched with increased frequency.

With all of Stiegemeier’s MLM opportunities having no retail product offering and relying on the recruitment of new members to generate commissions for existing members, sooner or later Stiegemeier’s companys always fizzle out and he finds himself having to relaunch the same concept over and over again under different branding.

Common to all of his company’s are the marketing videos Max, who refers to himself as ‘the Internet’s TOP super affiliate‘, uploads to YouTube to market them. Usually consisting of Max sitting infront of a few computer screens assuring viewers that they’ve stumbled across ‘the most important website they’ll ever visit’ or some such, Stiegemeier usually used these videos on the homepages of his companies to promote them.

Not anymore.

Sometime over the last week YouTube decided they’d had enough of Stiegemeier promoting his recruitment scams on their website and have suspended Stiegemeier’s ‘gcfglobalsystem’ YouTube account. [Continue reading…]

Biz Power Extreme Review: Another recruitment scam

biz-power-extremeBiz Power Extreme launched on the 2nd of January 2012 and is based in the US state of Florida.

Unlike most matrix-based MLM opportunities, Biz Power Extreme name its admin as a one Mr. Paul Skulitz.

Skulitz appears to have been a member of AutoXTen (source) and at one point was promoting the ‘Mega 10 Success’ business opportunity.

Both of these opportunities are matrix based and offer training tools with no retail offerings. The model used by these two companies appears to be the inspiration behind Skulitz’s company Biz Power Extreme.

As late as January 4th 2012, Skulitz was promoting another MLM opportunity, Skin La-La on his personal blog. From all appearances, Biz Power Extreme appears to be a side project of Skulitz’s rather than a primary business opportunity he is focusing on.

One might even be tempted to suggest that Biz Power Extreme is nothing more than a feeder program for Skulitz’s Skin La-La business. [Continue reading…]

Manoj Kumar listed as co-founder of Mister Colibri

speak-asia-online-logoBack in early December of last year, I was contacted by a Brazilian national who was concerned over the MLM company ‘Mister Colibri’ and the similarities it appeared to have with the AdMatrix.

The AdMatrix being a scam run by Seven Rings International that paid members to watch Youtube videos and paid out commissions on the membership fees of new members who joined the company.

Being an obvious ponzi scheme, once the new memberships dried up and the company was no longer able to operate, the AdMatrix collapsed and management went into hiding.

Upon looking at the Mister Colibri scheme and comparing it to the AdMatrix, I found that the websites (even so far as to share the same source-code), business model, marketing material and basic layout of the two companies was near identical.

Perhaps more interesting than all that however, was the fact that unlike the AdMatrix, Seven Rings International were listed as the creators of Mister Colibri.

To my surprise, a Mr. Manoj Kumar popped up as an investor into Mister Colibri and was named by Mister Colibri members  Lilian Oliveira (alias ’Lilian Matias’) on her blog ‘ColibriMakeMoney’. [Continue reading…]

Alphay International Review: Chinese MLM enters US

alphay-international-logoHaving banned MLM in China back in 1998 because the government believed ‘it was often used as a cover for evil cults, secret societies and lawless and superstitious activities‘, China legalised the industry only six years ago now – back in 2006.

Despite the time that has passed, the industry in China is still heavily regulated and only a handful of companies are represented, with a mixture of US-based companies and Chinese upstarts.

Today we’re going to look at one of the Chinese MLM companies that have made the list and have their roots in manufacturing Chinese traditional medicine components all the way back since 2002.

Read on for a full review of the Alphay International business opportunity. [Continue reading…]

EOW confirm Bajpai on the run, move to cancel bail

“Tarak Bajpai has disappeared and we don’t know where he is.”

I am sure it cannot be an officer from the EOW (who said this), as they will not make such wrong comments.

Ashok Bahirwani, AISPA Secretary (currently on the run from the EOW)

Tarak Bajpai is in Mumbai under the gaze of the EOW. Nobody is running away, they’re fighting hard.

Anju Argarwal, daughter of AISPA Secretary Ashok Bahirwani

speak-asia-online-logoThe last we heard of Tarak Bajpai, he was hiding out in hospital and upon being discharged in October, had applied for anticipatory bail so that the EOW or anybody else couldn’t arrest him again and bring him in for questioning.

Upon hearing the case, a judge denied Bajpai anticipatory bail and instead released him on regular bail with the condition that he  ‘furnish personal sureties from Mumbai, Thane and Panvel within eight weeks‘.

These personal sureties included reporting to ‘the investigating officer/office every week‘.

Shortly after Bajpai (photo right) was granted bail, the EOW stated that he had infact gone into hiding and they had no idea where he was.

Contrary to the reports of those involved with Speak Asia, such as Ashok Bahirwani and his daugher’s statements quoted above, the EOW today confirmed that Bajpai hasn’t been seen or heard from since he was granted bail.

With more than eight weeks passing since October, today the EOW has now ruled out the possibility of Bajpai surfacing and have been left with no other conclusion to draw other than the fact that Speak Asia’s COO Tarak Bajpai has, as they’d previously stated, dissappeared. [Continue reading…]

WMI sues former corporate staff. Ariix to blame?

wealth-masters-international-logoIn late 2010 Wealth Masters introduced a marketing system for its members called ‘WMI Marketing’.

WMI Marketing’s implementation was largely credited to then Vice President of Marketing at Wealth Masters, Michael Hamburger.

Hamburger left Wealth Masters for Avant in late October/early November 2011 and roughly a week later WMI went on the offensive sending out a ‘Corporate Staff’ list to any free article directory or press release site they could find.

Titled ‘FACT OR FICTION; WHAT DO THESE 27 HAVE IN COMMON?’, with the recent very public exodus of several key corporate management staff, Wealth Masters sought to introduce some of its lesser known corporate executives to the WMI memberbase.

Two particular names of interest on that list are Jesse Musick and Pat Berry.

Why?

Sometime between December 23rd and 29th 2010, Wealth Masters launched legal action against the pair of marketers and their company, ‘Office VP LLC’. [Continue reading…]

ED lodge money laundering case against Speak Asia

speak-asia-online-logoEarlier this evening it was observed that the Supreme Court had received former Justice Ramesh Lahoti’s report following the conclusion of the Lahoti Committee.

Setting a hearing date of January 9th, many Speak Asia panelists have deluded themselves into thinking this is some kind of final judgement on the business operations of Speak Asia.

Whilst it is true that the particulars of the Solomon James writ 383 petition do mention a restart of business operations, the fact of the matter is that a petition filed by a civilian, even in the Supreme Court, is not simply going to override months of criminal investigation into Speak Asia.

The fruits of such investigations we are only beginning to see. [Continue reading…]
