O’Snap Review: Another LaCore Enterprises supplement opp
O’Snap operates in the nutritional supplements MLM niche. The company claims it was founded in 2020.
Contradicting this is
- O’Snap’s website domain registration being last updated in February 2021;
- O’Snap’s official Facebook page being created on March 1st, 2021; and
- O’Snap holding a launch event on May 8th, 2021.
Not sure what the story is there.
Heading up O’Snap are John and Najlah Malott. The pair are working with LaCore Nutraceuticals.
O’Snap’s website Terms and Conditions references
O’SNAP ACTIVE LIFESTYLE, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Texas.
Corporate records reveal Terry LaCore (right) is the sole Director of the company.
From this we surmise O’Snap is owned by Terry LaCore and LaCore Enterprises.
This syncs with O’Snap providing LaCore Enterprises’ corporate address on their website.
LaCore Enterprises has become somewhat of an MLM factory over the past years, launching opportunity after opportunity.
LaCore Enterprises MLM companies BehindMLM has reviewed since 2018 include:
- Uforia Science
- Bulavita (sold off to Juuva in early 2021)
- NutriCellix (collapsed mid 2020)
- Lifocity (merged with Liv Labs in early to mid 2021)
- Perfectly Posh
- UR Worth It
John Malott started off his MLM career in Prepaid Legal. I wasn’t able to pin down an exact date, but Malott appears to have left PrePaid Legal around the time it changed its name to Legal Shield.
In 2011 Malott and then wife Tiffaney joined Seacret Direct. In 2013 the couple were credited as Seacret Direct’s first Crown Agents.
Somewhere between 2013 and 2017 John and Tiffaney divorced. John met Najlah in 2017 and married mid last year.
Circa early 2019 John and Najlah (right) signed on as a Uforia Science affiliates.
Uforia Science went through some leadership turmoil in late 2020, prompting Malott to announce he would be launching his own MLM company.
We believe Uforia is a fantastic company. Terry LaCore, the majority owner of the Uforia company, is a close friend.
And he is also now a business partner of ours. You guys can stay tuned because we are gonna be launching a brand new company with Mr. Terry LaCore.
That brings us to the launch of O’Snap earlier this year.
Read on for a full review of O’Snap’s MLM opportunity.

PV stands for “Personal Volume” and is sales volume generated by retail sales and an affiliate’s own product orders.
PV values corresponding with O’Snap’s products and Initial Enrollment Kits are as follows:
- Sleep in a Snap – 25 GV on an affiliate purchase and 20 GV on a retail purchase
- Surge in a Snap – 25 GV on an affiliate purchase and 20 GV on a retail purchase
- Reverse in a Snap – 35 GV on an affiliate purchase and 25 GV on a retail purchase
- Complete in a Snap – 25 GV on an affiliate purchase and 20 GV on a retail purchase
- recruit a PowerPack1 affiliate – 100 GV
- recruit a PowerPack2 affiliate – 120 GV
- recruit a PowerPack3 affiliate – 300 GV
GV stands for “Group Volume” and is PV generated by an affiliate and their downline.
Note that for the purpose of rank qualification, O’Snap limits up to 60% of required GV coming from any one unilevel team leg.
Note that to count towards rank qualification, referred retail customers must be ordering at least 20 PV of product over a rolling thirty-one day cycle.
Retail Commissions
O’Snap affiliates earn a $15 to $20 retail commission on the purchase of products by retail customers.
Recruitment Commissions
If a recruited affiliate signs up with an Initial Enrollment Package, the recruiting affiliate earns a recruitment commission.
- recruit a PowerPack1 affiliate and receive $80
- recruit a PowerPack2 affiliate and receive $140
- recruit a PowerPack3 affiliate and receive $250
Residual Commissions (binary team)
Ambassador Elite and higher ranked O’Snap affiliates qualify for residual binary team commissions.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
At the end of each week O’Snap tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.
A $25 residual commission is paid per 100 GV matched on both sides of the binary team.
Once binary volume has been paid out on it is flushed. Any leftover volume on the stronger binary team side carried over.
Residual Binary Commission Bonus
If an O’Snap affiliate earns $800 in residual binary commissions in a week, they receive a $500 residual commission bonus.
Matching Binary Commissions Bonus
O’Snap pays a Matching Bonus on up to three levels of recruitment.
The Matching Bonus is paid as a percentage of residual binary commissions, based on rank:
- Silver ranked affiliates earn a 10% match on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
- Gold ranked affiliates earn a 15% match on level 1
- Platinum ranked affiliates earn a 20% match on level 1
- Ruby ranked affiliates earn a 25% match on level 1 and 10% on level 2
- Emerald ranked affiliates earn a 25% match on level 1 and 15% on level 2
- Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 30% match on level 1 and 20% on level 2
- Blue Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 35% match on level 1 and 25% on level 2
- Red Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 40% match on level 1 and 30% on level 2
- Crown Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 50% match on level 1 and 45% on level 2
- Crown Royal ranked affiliates earn a 50% match on levels 1 and 2 and 15% on level 3
Residual Commissions (unilevel team)
Bronze and higher ranked O’Snap affiliates qualify for residual unilevel team commissions.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
O’Snap caps payable residual unilevel commissions at seven unilevel team levels.
Residual unilevel team commissions are paid out as a percentage of sales volume generated across these seven levels, based on rank:
- Bronze ranked affiliates earn 7% on levels 1 and 2
- Silver and Gold ranked affiliates earn 7% on levels 1 to 3
- Platinum and Ruby ranked affiliates earn 7% on levels 1 to 4
- Emerald and Diamond ranked affiliates earn 7% on levels 1 to 5
- Blue Diamond and Red Diamond ranked affiliates earn 7% on levels 1 to 6
- Crown Diamond and Royal Diamond ranked affiliates earn 7% on levels 1 to 7
Profit Sharing Pools and “Trips and Promotions”
O’Snap’s compensation plan references Profit Sharing Pool and “Trips and Promotions”.
No specifics are provided. Rather O’Snap advises “TBD at our First National Event”.
Joining O’Snap
O’Snap affiliate membership is $49.
This fee is waived if a new affiliate signed up with an Initial Enrollment Pack:
- PowerPack1 – $300
- PowerPack2 – $500
- PowerPack3 – $1000
The primary difference between the Initial Enrollment Packs is bundled O’Snap products.
O’Snap Conclusion
When he announced what would eventually launch as O’Snap this year, John Malott stated:
We’re going to be creating an unbelievable culture, active lifestyle based company. It’s gonna be very simple but unique.
To that end I assessed O’Snap’s products looking for something unique.
- Complete in a Snap – general multivitamin
- Sleep in a Snap – active ingredient is “PharmaGaba” from Pharma Foods International
- Surge in a Snap – active ingredient is S7 blend from FutureCeuticals
- Reverse in a Snap – active ingredient is AC-11 from Optigenex
You’re paying $59.95 for Sleep and Surge and $74.95 for Reverse, with each providing twenty-eight serves at that price-point.
With not much effort I found
- a PharmaGaba supplement retailing at $28 for 60 serves of 100 mg capsules, or $51 for 60 serves of 250 mg capsules
- an S7 supplement in capsule form (50 mg), retailing at $39.95 for 45 serves (currently on sale for $29.95)
- an AC-11 supplement in capsule form (350 mg), retailing at $29.99 for 30 serves
Granted O’Snap’s formulations do tend to offer more mg in key ingredients, plus other ingredients.
I haven’t named any competitors because the point of the search was to establish that O’Snap’s product line isn’t all that unique (I don’t consider a liquid formulation unique over a capsule formulation).
On the MLM side of things O’Snap’s compensation plan is straight-forward, and that’s a positive.
Retail qualifiers kick in at the Bronze rank, which is pretty early on. I’m not 100% convinced it’s a low enough starting point though.
Traditionally we know that most MLM affiliates don’t make it past the first one or two ranks.
Bronze is the third rank in O’Snap’s compensation plan.
If enough affiliates are at the Ambassador ranks and they’re self-qualifying for commissions, paid on those they’ve recruited also at Ambassador doing the same, O’Snap could still operate as a pyramid scheme.
Pushing the retail customer requirement up to Ambassador Elite would solve this issue.
One other oddity I found was the PV values skewed towards affiliate purchases. This made little sense as the wholesale cost of products is the same between affiliate and retail purchases.
So why is the sales volume higher on affiliate purchases?
It’s good to see LaCore Enterprises revealing themselves in the companies they own and operate.
I still think there’s room for better transparency though. LaCore Neutraceuticals is only mentioned in T&C, which you have to go looking for.
As stated in our other LaCore Enterprises reviews, I maintain one central company would probably work out better than a stable of rotating companies with rotating management.
Not to take anything away from John and Najlah Malott, we’ll see how things play out. The Uforia Science departure however remains strange.
Good luck!
Researching John and Najlah Malott is a bit of a self promotional marketing rabbithole.
I didn’t include it in the review proper as it doesn’t really have anything to do with O’Snap.
It does feel a little off though, which might play into the Malotts as O’Snap executives. (and someone else will probably bring it up so let’s just get it over with)
I came with same conclusion. However, I do think the snap pack liquid is somewhat unique. I am receiving my supply today.
Hit me up for an interview in a few weeks to hear my opinion of the Osnap product.
