Be Club, SageMaster and Tag Markets have received a scam warning from Slovenia’s Securities Market Agency (ATVP).

ATVP’s April 7th warning accuses Be Club, SageMaster and and Tag Markets of MiCA violations and securities fraud.

The BE / Better Experience / Be Club, SageMaster and Tag Markets are not authorized to provide crypto-asset services, as it does not hold the required license for conducting such activities in accordance with Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (“MiCA Regulation”).

Furthermore, as of the date of this warning, no request for authorization has been submitted to the Agency by this entity.

The BE / Better Experience / Be Club, SageMaster and TagMarkets are not authorized to provide investment services and activities in Republic of Slovenia as it has not obtained the Agency’s authorization to provide such services and activities according to the Market in Financial Instruments Act or any other securities act to carry out services with financial instruments in the Republic of Slovenia.

Furthermore, by the date of this warning the Agency has not received any documentation proofing that the authorization is sought in order to acquire that authorization.

Committing MiCA violations and securities fraud means Be Club, SageMaster and Tag Markets operates illegally in Slovenia.

MiCA violations extend all through the EU. Every country with a regulated financial market also has securities laws and regulations.

Additionally, ATVP noted Be Club’s, SageMaster’s and Tag Markets’ domain registrar “has a high share of fraudulent and scam-related websites”.

Be Club’s and SageMaster’s domain is registered through NameBright. Tag Markets’ domain is registered through NameCheap.

[ATVP] advises investors to exercise extreme caution when dealing with BE / Better Experience / Be Club, SageMaster and TagMarkets due to suspicions of fraudulent activity.

Should an offer be made by BE / Better Experience / Be Club, SageMaster and TagMarkets, investors are urged to take this public warning into account before making any decisions.

Be Club is the latest iteration of a long-running scam run by by co-founders Monir, Moynul (Moyn) and Ehsaan Islam.

Monir and Moynul are former OneCoin Ponzi promoters.

Be Club began as Melius in 2018, following OneCoin’s collapse in 2017. The original scam was offering $50,000 real money trading accounts for $3000.

Melius was rebooted as Be (Better Experience, aka BE Factor) in mid 2020. Since then it’s gone by Be Rules and now Be Club.

Be Club’s latest offering is SageMaster, another fraudulent investment scheme.

In addition to Slovenia, Be Club fraud warnings have been issued by Quebec (2020 and 2026), Colombia (2022), Norway (2023 and 2026), Uruguay (2023), the Philippines (2023), New Zealand (2024), Ontario (2025), Luxembourg (2025), Austria (2025) and Finland (2025 and 2026).

In January 2025 Moynul Islam attempted to downplay Be Club regulatory fraud warnings. Moynul claimed it was “very common for most companies to get some level of warning and fines.”

Tag Markets is an MLM crypto Ponzi factory. It’s believed Be Club’s SageMaster fraud is wholly or in part run through Tag Markets.

Upon learning Crowd1 Ponzi victims were being funneled into it, BehindMLM first came across Tag Markets in October 2025.

Although its associated shell companies are registered in St. Lucia and Mauritius, Tag Markets is run from Dubai by owner Jared Esguerra.

TagMarkets also has purported ties to Colombia, through co-founder and CEO Kevin Marin.

In addition to targeting Crowd1 Ponzi victims, Zeus Funding, Exfusion and Bit1 (Crowd1) are documented Tag Markets scams.

Outside of Slovenia Tag Markets fraud warnings have been issued by Russia and Austria.
