Daisy Global Ponzi victims are being funneled into an unregistered trading scheme run by Tag Markets.

News of a sixth Daisy Global reboot were revealed about a month ago, on a February 5th marketing webinar.

[3:42] We’re excited today to announce a partnership, a joint venture between EndoTech, who is gonna be the exclusive copy trade auto trading technology, for a brand new crypto exchange called Bit1 – that is going to be launching on February 20th.

The pitch is another EndoTech AI trading bot ruse, this time operating on Bit1.

Roma represented Bit1 to be a new crypto exchange with an attached MLM compensation plan.

As far as I can tell, Bit1 doesn’t exist. Daisy Global victims are signing up on a “limitless” subdomain, hosted on the domain “ibportal.io” (“limitless.ibportal.io”).

Ibportal.io is a domain used to host various Tag Markets fraudulent investment schemes. Roma came up with Limitless branding after the fourth Daisy Global collapse in late 2023.

Roma is the second serial fraudster known to have sold his investor database to Tag Markets. BehindMLM came across Jonas Werner funnelling Crowd1 victims into Tag Markets in October 2025.

Standalone Tag Markets Ponzi schemes BehindMLM has reviewed are Zeus Funding and Exfusion.

Tag Markets is operated by co-founders Jared Esguerra, Kevin Marin and Niklas “Nik” Freihofer.

Esguerra and Freihofer (below) are based out of Dubai, the MLM crime capital of the world.

Marin, cited as Tag Markets’ CEO, is based out of Colombia.

Freihofer made his debut appearance as CEO of Bit1 on a February 28th Daisy Global webinar:

Tag Markets has already attracted the attention of financial regulators in Austria and Russia.

The Central Bank of Russia issued a Tag Markets securities fraud warning on January 29th. Austria’s Financial Markets Authority followed with a second Tag Markets fraud warning on February 20th.

Jeremy Roma is a US national who is believed to be residing in California. Despite Daisy Global losses being pegged internally at over a billion, US authorities have yet to take action against Roma or Daisy Global, Limitless and/or Bit1 promoters.
