OmegaPro’s Dilawar Singh appears to have been arrested in Spain.

Over the last 24 hours Spanish press has lit up with reports of an “FBI fugitive” arrested in Tenerife.

It should be noted that Singh has yet to be publicly named. That said, based on available information I’m 99.9% sure the man arrested is Singh.

As reported by The Olive Press on June 4th;

ONE of the ringleaders of a Ponzi scheme that netted over 650 million US dollars has been arrested in Tenerife.

The unidentified man was detained by the Guardia Civil on an international warrant issued by the FBI in the United States.

He was a director of the OmegaPro company that operated worldwide and was staying at a hotel on the island.

OmegaPro was an MLM crypto Ponzi fronted by three directors; Andreas Szakacs, Mike Sims and Dilawar Singh.

Following OmegaPro’s collapse in November 2022, Mike Sims remained in the US, Andreas Szakacs and Dilawar Singh fled Dubai for Turkey and Spain respectively.

Andreas Szakacs was arrested in Turkey in August 2024. Mike Sims was arrested in the US in July 2025.

Unless there’s a fourth OmegaPro director hiding in Spain I’m not aware of, the Guardia Civil have picked up Dilawar Singh.

The arrested man was brought before a local judge who remanded him into custody before being transferred to the National Court in Madrid which will process the American extradition request.

Mike Sims is in US custody and is scheduled to face trial on November 9th, 2026. There have been no updates on Szakacs’ status since his arrest in Turkey.

If Singh is approved for extradition, it’s assumed his US indictment will be unsealed. It’s unclear how long Singh’s extradition proceedings in Spain will take.

A quick Google search suggests if Singh doesn’t contest, a few weeks. If Singh does contest, five to nine months.

US authorities have pegged OmegaPro victim losses at over $650 million. Stay tuned…
