BR-USDT Review: Task-based “click a button” app Ponzi

BR-USDT fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

BR-USDT’s website domain (“br-usdt.com”), was privately registered with bogus details on April 16th, 2024.

Of note is BR-USDT’s domain being registered through the Chinese registrar Alibaba (Singapore).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Cryptriva Review: AI trading ruse MLM Ponzi

Cryptriva fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

In fact as I write this, Cryptriva’s website is nothing more than an affiliate signup/log in form:

Cryptriva’s website domain (“cryptriva.com”), was privately registered on January 29th, 2024.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Cryptriva represents it has shell companies registered in the US and Canada.

Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

YIPTG Review: Quantitative trading “click a button” app Ponzi

YIPTG fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

YIPTG’s website domain (“yiptg.com”), was privately registered on January 5th, 2024.

Despite only existing for a few months, on its website YIPTG falsely claims it was “establish[ed] in Nevada, USA in 2012”.

As to being based of Nevada, YIPTG offers up a Nevada shell company certificate for YIPTG LLC.

YIPTG LLC was purportedly registered on January 9th, 2024.

Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

Furthermore a purported shell company connection signifies YIPTG has no actual ties to Nevada.

If we click on the source-code of YIPTG’s chat support service, we find it runs on Meiqia software.

Meiqia is a Chinese software company based out of Beijing. This suggests whoever is running DCPTG has ties to China.

SimilarWeb traffic estimates for YIPTG’s website suggest the company is currently being promoted in Belgium (27%), Ukraine (23%), Russia (15%), Latvia (13%) and Portugal (11%).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Mabcredit Review: Vague finance Ponzi scheme

Mabcredit fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Mabcredit’s website domain (“mabcredit.com”), was first registered in 2009. The registration was last updated with bogus details on June 9th, 2022.

The current Mabcredit website went online on or around 2021. Through the Wayback Machine we can see that prior 2021, the Mabcredit domain was used by an unrelated lighting company:

Despite this, on its website Mabcredit falsely claims it has been around since 2009.

As for Mabcredit being based out of the US, this is tied to a virtual office address in Delaware provided on Mabcredit’s website. Mabcredit doesn’t appear to have any actual ties to the US.

As of March 2024, SimilarWeb tracked top sources of traffic to Mabcredit’s website as the Netherlands (77%), the US (10%), Canada (9%) and Italy (5%).

On the regulatory front, Mabcredit has already received fraud warnings from the Netherlands (AFM, September 2023), Belgium (FSA, September 2023) and Australia (ASIC, December 2023).

If you want the particulars of Mabcredit’s fraud, read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]
