Aeonit Review: Quantitative trading “click a button” Ponzi

Aeonit fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Aeonit’s website domain (“aeonitgroup.com”), was initially registered in April 2022.

The private registration was last updated on March 3rd, 2023. On or around this date is when the current owners took possession.

If we visit the “APP download” section of Aeonit’s website, we find Chinese in the source-code:

This strongly suggests whoever is running Aeonit has ties to China.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Cappmore FX Review: “Copy trading” securities fraud

Cappmore FX fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Cappmore FX’s website domain (“cappmorefx.com”), was first registered in November 2021.

The private registration was last updated on January 18th, 2023, which appears appears to be the time Cappmore FX’s owner(s) took possession of the domain.

This is based on Cappmore FX’s official FaceBook page being created in March 2023.

Further research reveals Cappmore FX affiliates citing Ajay Arya as CEO of the company.

Other than noting Arya appears to be an Indian national, I wasn’t able to put together a verifiable history.

Cappmore FX marketing material cites Arya as founder of “The Teachable Tech”:

This corresponds with Saksham Trading Academy, an Indian company offering forex trading courses:

We, SAKSHAM TRADING ACADEMY (The Teachable Tech), situated at Karad, Maharashtra are one of the leading institutes for stock market trading and offer the best and uniquely designed courses.

This would suggest Cappmore FX is also being operated out of India.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Bitcoin Trading World D&R order from California

Bitcoin Trading World has received a Desist and Refrain Order from California’s Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.

On June 28th, DFPI cited Bitcoin Trading World and Antonije Stojiljkovic for securities fraud.

Just one problem though… Bitcoin Trading World is long gone and Stojiljkovic is already serving time in prison. [Continue reading…]

The Super Patch Company Review: Vibrotactile technology?

The Super Patch Company was referred to me for review as a spinoff of VoxxLife.

There’s no direct acknowledgement of VoxxLife on The Super Patch Company’s website but there are indirect links.

A marketing video featured on The Super Patch Company’s website cites Jay Dhaliwal as founder of the company.

Dhaliwal is the founder and CEO of VoxxLife.

Meanwhile over on VoxxLife’s website, The Super Patch Company’s products are front and center:

Although I’ve only recently just heard about it, The Super Patch Company’s website went live in November 2022:

The Super Patch Company went on to officially launch in March 2023:

Dhaliwal is based out of Canada, making The Super Patch Company and VoxxLife Canadian MLM companies.

Launched back in 2015, VOxxLife is believed to be Dhaliwal’s first MLM venture.

Read on for a full review of The Super Patch Company’s MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]

BonavestStockFX Review: 10% a day “auto trading” Ponzi

BonavestStockFX fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

BonavestStockFX’s website domain (“bonaveststockfx.com”), was privately registered on March 9th, 2023.

If we look at the website source-code for BonavestStockFX, we find references to Vintage Plus Trade.

Vintage Plus Trade uses the same website template as BonavestStockFX.

Vintage Plus Trade pitches returns of up to 180,000%, making it an obvious Ponzi scheme.

The same scammers behind Vintage Plus Trade appear to be behind BonavestStockFX.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Diamond Jubilee 7 Review: Tron adcredit gifting scheme

Diamond Jubilee 7, also known as DJ7, operates from two known website domains:

  1. diamondj7.info –  registered by “Diamond Jubilee 7” on November 23rd, 2021
  2. diamondj7.com – privately registered on June 13th, 2021

Heading up DJ7 is creator and CEO Maxsam Madume.

On FaceBook Madume goes by Wamambo Maxsam.

Madume claims he was “born in Zimbabwe and now based in United Kingdom”. Assuming he’s still in the UK, this means DJ7 is operated from the UK.

Madume has been promoting fraudulent investment and gifting schemes since at least 2016:

FutureNet started off as an adcredit Ponzi cycler in 2014. Following multiple reboots, FutureNet owners Roman Ziemian and Stephan Morgenstern were arrested in late 2022.

Other Ponzi and gifting schemes Madume has promoted include DataBank, CoinMarketBull, Girali, Ikonbot, Forsage, SuperOne, Doubleway, Eagle Bit Trade and Mass Cryp.

Mobicryp Review: Tronado TRDO token side-Ponzi

As per its logo on the right, Mobicryp represents its “powered by Tronado”.

Tronado is an MLM crypto Ponzi built around the TRDO shit token.

We don’t know who exactly is running Tronado but they’re believed to be from India.

Like Tronado, Mobicryp fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Mobicryp provides a UK incorporation certificate for Mobicryp Minting Solutions Limited.

An MLM company operating or claiming to operate out of the UK is a red flag.

UK incorporation is dirt cheap and effectively unregulated. On top of that the FCA, the UK’s top financial regulator, do not actively regulate MLM related securities fraud.

As a result the UK is a favored jurisdiction for scammers looking to incorporate, operate and promote fraudulent companies.

For the purpose of MLM due-diligence, incorporation in the UK or registration with the FCA is meaningless.

Further undermining its UK shell incorporation, in the footer of its website Mobicryp represents it’s based out of Dubai, UAE.

Due to the proliferation of scams and failure to enforce securities fraud regulation, BehindMLM ranks Dubai as the MLM crime capital of the world.

BehindMLM’s guidelines for Dubai are:

  1. If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
  2. If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.

If you want to know specifically how this applies to Mobicryp, read on for a full review. [Continue reading…]

Tronado Review: TRDO token Ponzi scheme

Tronado fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Tronado’s website domain (“tronado.io”), was privately registered on July 28th, 2020.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Tronado provides incorporation details for Crypque LTD.

Crypque LTD was incorporated in the UK on April 20th, 2022.

Putting aside shell incorporation in any jurisdiction is meaningless, whether Crypque LTD has anything to do with Tronado is unclear.

Tronado’s official FaceBook page was abandoned in June 2021. Nonetheless, we can see it is/was adminned from India:

This strongly suggests whoever is running Tronado is based out of India.

It appears Tronado’s last marketing hurrah was held in late 2022. Several October 2022 marketing videos on Tronado’s official YouTube channel depict Indians giving speeches:

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
