Pacific Ads Review: Three-tier ad credit cycler Ponzi
Pacific Ads provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The Pacific Ads website domain (“pacads.com”) was privately registered on April 4th, 2017.
The official Pacific Ads Facebook group has one admin, Shakeel Babar.
On his personal Facebook page, Babar has been promoting the Pacific Ads admin account referral link.
Shakeel Babar is based out of Malaysia and initially appears to have envisioned his company as another MLM altcoin pump and dump scam:
Why Babar scrapped his plans for PCoin is unclear.
Babar began promoting Pacific Ads back in April. Prior to that he was promoting The Ads Team, 10 Ads Pay, Ads Crypto, Elite Earner’s Club, BTC Quake, Adz Firm, My Ads Family, RevCoin, Creative Adz Group, Ad Crump, Green Day Pay, Ultimate Revshare, BeOnPush, and Traffic Hubb Ponzi schemes.
Babar was also an affiliate in the Bit Wins, Crypto 24×7, Passive Crypto, Viral Crypto, Crypto Orbis, Adz Firm, 2×4 Club, Crypto Adz, Paid Rocket bitcoin gifting schemes.

Pacific Ads Products
Pacific Ads has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Pacific Ads affiliate membership itself.
Once signed up Pacific Ads affiliates purchase matrix cycler positions. Bundled with these positions are ad credits, which can be used to display advertising credits on the Pacific Ads website.
The Pacific Ads Compensation Plan
Pacific Ads affiliates purchase positions in three matrix cyclers. Commissions are paid when they recruit others who do the same.
Phase 1 Cycler
Pacific Ad’s Phase 1 Cycler uses a 3×9 matrix.
A 3×9 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with three positions directly under them:
These three positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these three positions into another three positions each.
Levels three to nine of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing three times as many positions as the previous level.
Commissions are paid as positions in the cycler are filled. Positions are filled via position purchases by new and existing Pacific Ads affiliates.
Positions in the Phase 1 cycler start at $15, with there being a total of seven 3×9 matrix tiers to buy into:
- Tier 1 (positions cost $15) – $1 commission per position filled across all nine levels
- Tier 2 (positions cost ($25) – $1.50 commission per position filled across all nine levels
- Tier 3 (positions cost $100) – $5 commission per position filled across all nine levels
- Tier 4 (positions cost $300) – $15 commission per position filled across all nine levels
- Tier 5 (positions cost $600) – $30 commission per position filled across all nine levels
- Tier 6 (positions cost $1000) – $50 commission per position filled across all nine levels
- Tier 7 (positions cost $1500) – $75 commission per position filled across all nine levels
Mini Phase Cycler
The Mini Phase is made up of fifteen 3×1 matrices.
A 3×1 matrix is simple in nature, requiring only three positions be filled before a “cycle” is triggered.
When a cycle is triggered, a commission is paid out and the matrix position cycles into the next matrix tier.
- Level 1 (positions cost $10) – $10 cycle commission and cycles into Level 2
- Level 2 – no commission paid and cycles into Level 3
- Level 3 – $50 commission, generates a new Level 1 position and cycles into Level 4
- Level 4 – $70 commission, generates a new Level 1 position and cycles into Level 5
- Level 5 – $165 commission, generates a new Level 1 position and cycles into Level 6
- Level 6 – $600 commission, generates a new Level 1 position and cycles into Level 7
- Level 7 – $2400 commission, generates a new Level 1 position and cycles into Level 8
- Level 8 – $5000 commission, generates a new Level 1 position and cycles into Level 9
- Level 9 – $2400 commission, generates a new Level 1 position and cycles into Level 10
- Level 10 – $5000 commission, generates a new Level 1 and Phase 1 Cycler (Level 1) position and cycles into Level 11
- Level 11 – $4500 commission, generates a new Level 1 and Phase 1 Cycler (Level 2) position and cycles into Level 12
- Level 12 – $9500 commission, generates a new Level 1 and Phase 1 Cycler (Level 3) position and cycles into Level 13
- Level 13 – $32,000 commission, generates a new Level 1 and Phase 1 Cycler (Level 1) position and cycles into Level 14
- Level 14 – $22,000 commission, generates a new Level 1 and Phase 1 Cycler (Level 2) position and cycles into Level 15
- Level 15 – $130,000 commission and generates a new Level 1 and Phase 1 Cycler (Level 3) position
When personally recruited affiliates cycle out of levels six to fifteen of the Mini Phase Cycler, the following matching bonus is paid out:
- levels 6 to 9 – $60 matching bonus
- levels 10 and 11 – $300 matching bonus
- level 12 – $200 matching bonus
- levels 13 and 14 – $1000 matching bonus
- level 15 – $10,000 matching bonus
Micro Phase Cycler
The Micro Phase cycler utilizes a comparatively small 3×2 matrix.
A 3×2 matrix has the same structure as a 3×9 matrix, however it only extends down two levels (3 positions on the first level, 9 positions on the second).
Positions in the Micro Phase Cycler cost $2.
Upon all nine positions of the matrix being filled, a $4 commission is paid and a new Mini Phase cycler and Micro Phase cycler position are created.
Mandatory Position Repurchase
Each time a Pacific Ads affiliate makes $100, before they can withdraw they have to purchase a new Phase 1 Cycler Position for $20.
These positions cost $15, with the extra $5 paid by affiliates in profit evidently nothing more than a penalty for withdrawing.
Joining Pacific Ads
Pacific Ads affiliate membership is free, however affiliates must purchase either a $15 Phase 1, $10 Mini Phase or $2 Micro Phase cycler position to participate in the attached income opportunity.
Conclusion
After wading through the MLM underbelly throughout 2016 and 2017, Shakeel Babar appears to have reached the conclusion that running scams is far more profitable than losing money in them.
And so we have Pacific Ads, which over the last few months has evolved from a mish-mash of ideas into its current ad credit Ponzi model.
Owing to the non-linear manner in which matrix cyclers populate, the number of position purchases required to cycle even a few positions through the Phase 1 and Mini Phase cyclers run into the millions.
Both cyclers are essentially a quagmire designed to trap affiliate funds when affiliate recruitment dies off and Pacific Ads inevitably collapses.
If I choose to quit using your services after I’ve made a purchase, can I get a refund?
No we dont do refunds [sic].
Ponzi schemes like Pacific Ads pay off a few early investors at the expense of the majority affiliate-base. Shakeel Babar and friends will make some money, everyone else loses out.
