As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Incomatrix’s Products

Incomatrix has no retailable products or services. Incomatrix affiliates are only able to market the income opportunity itself.

Incomatrix’s Compensation Plan

Incomatrix affiliates invest 75 TRX into a smart-contract Ponzi scheme.

Commissions are paid on recruitment of new affiliate investors.

Recruitment Commissions

Incomatrix pays recruitment commissions through a 1×3 and 2×2 matrix.

A 1×3 matrix is simple in nature, requiring only three positions to be filled to generate a cycle.

A 2×2 matrix starts with a position at the top of the matrix, under which there are two positions:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Incomatrix refer to their recruitment matrices as i3 (3×1) and i4 (2×2).

i3 Recruitment Matrix (3×1)

The i3 matrix is funded by 25 TRX of the original 75 TRX buy-in.

80% of 25 TRX is paid when the first two positions of the matrix are filled via direct recruitment.

Filling the third matrix position, again through direct recruitment, triggers a new 3×1 matrix position at the 25 TRX tier. This is referred to as a “cycle”.

In addition to the first 25 TRX tier, the i3 tier has fifteen additional cycler tiers.

Payments across all sixteen i3 recruitment matrix cycler tiers are as follows:

  • i3 Tier 1 – 25 TRX buy-in, 40 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 1 position
  • i3 Tier 2 – 50 TRX buy-in, 80 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 2 position
  • i3 Tier 3 – 100 TRX buy-in, 160 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 3 position
  • i3 Tier 4 – 150 TRX buy-in, 240 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 4 position
  • i3 Tier 5 – 200 TRX buy-in, 320 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 5 position
  • i3 Tier 6 – 250 TRX buy-in, 400 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 6 position
  • i3 Tier 7 – 300 TRX buy-in, 480 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 7 position

  • i3 Tier 16 – 15,000 TRX buy-in, 24,000 TRX payout and filling third position generates new Tier 16 position

i4 Recruitment Matrix (2×2)

The i4 matrix is funded by 25 TRX of the original 75 TRX buy-in.

80% of 25 TRX is paid when the first three positions on the second level of the matrix are filled via direct or indirect recruitment.

Filling the fourth position on the second matrix level, again through direct and indirect recruitment, triggers a new 2×2 matrix position at the 25 TRX tier. This is referred to as a “cycle”.

In addition to the first 25 TRX tier, the i3 tier has fifteen additional cycler tiers.

Payments across all sixteen i4 recruitment matrix cycler tiers are as follows:

  • i4 Tier 1 – 25 TRX buy-in, 60 TRX payout and filling fourth position on second level generates new Tier 1 position
  • i4 Tier 2 – 50 TRX buy-in, 120 TRX payout and filling fourth position on second level generates new Tier 2 position
  • i4 Tier 3 – 100 TRX buy-in, 240 TRX payout and filling fourth position on second level generates new Tier 3 position
  • i4 Tier 4 – 150 TRX buy-in, 360 TRX payout and filling fourth position on second level generates new Tier 4 position

  • i4 Tier 16 – 15,000 TRX buy-in, 36,000 TRX payout and filling fourth position on second level generates new Tier 16 position

Indirect Matrix Cyclers

Incomatrix uses 20% of cycler buy-ins to fund two sixteen-tier cyclers, Ai3 and Ai4.

Entry into the Ai3 cycler is generated once an Incomatrix affiliate has cycled out of their second 25 TRX (first tier) i3 cycler.

Entry into the Ai4 cycler is generated one an Incomatrix affiliate has cycled out of their second 25 TRX (first tier) i4 cycler.

Ai3 is a 1×3 matrix cycler and Ai4 a 2×2 matrix cycler. These both function exactly the same as the i3 and i4 cyclers detailed above.

The differences between the Ai and i cycler variants are:

  • payments from the first Ai3 cycle is used to fund a next tier position
  • in Ai3 100% of payments are kept after the first cycle (as opposed to 80% in i3)
  • payments from the second and third positions on the second level of the first Ai4 cycle are used to fund a next tier position
  • in Ai4 on the first cycle 100% of one position on the second level is paid out, from the second cycle 100% of payments generated from the first three positions on the second matrix level are kept (as opposed to 80% in i4)

Payments across all sixteen tiers of the Ai3 matrix cycler are as follows:

  • Ai3 Tier 1 – no commission payments, funds entry into Tier 2
  • Ai3 Tier 2 – generates a new Tier 3 position from first cycle, from second cycle onward generates 80 TRX payout and new Tier 2 position
  • Ai3 Tier 3 – generates a new Tier 4 position from first cycle, from second cycle onward generates 160 TRX payout and new Tier 3 position

Optional i16 2×4 matrix cycler

Incomatrix’s i6 cycler is marked “will be launched two weeks after contract launch”.

Seeing as the company launched well over two weeks ago, I’m assuming the i16 cycler has been added.

A 2×4 matrix is much the same as the 2×2 matrix used for the i4 matrix.

Whereas a 2×2 matrix has two levels, a 2×4 is expanded by two additional levels. These levels house eight and sixteen positions respectively.

Other than that the i16 matrix functions the same as the other cyclers. Positions are filled via direct and indirect recruitment, recycling buy-in funds as commissions.

Each i16 matrix pays a percentage of funds generated on each level:

  • 20% of each position on level 2 (4 positions)
  • 30% of each position on level 3 (8 positions)
  • 50% of each position on level 4 (14 positions), buy-ins from last two positions are used to generate new cycler position on same tier

As with the i3 and i4 cyclers, the i16 matrix cycler has sixteen tiers in total:

  • i16 Tier 1 – 50 TRX buy-in, 510 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 1 position
  • i16 Tier 2- 100 TRX buy-in, 1020 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 2 position
  • i16 Tier 3 – 150 TRX buy-in, 1530 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 3 position
  • i16 Tier 4 – 200 TRX buy-in, 2040 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 4 position
  • i16 Tier 5 – 250 TRX buy-in, 2550 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 5 position
  • i16 Tier 6 – 300 TRX buy-in, 3060 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 6 position
  • i16 Tier 7 – 400 TRX buy-in, 4080 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 7 position
  • i16 Tier 8 – 500 TRX buy-in, 5100 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 8 position
  • i16 Tier 9 – 1000 TRX buy-in, 10,200 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 9 position
  • i16 Tier 10 – 1500 TRX buy-in, 15,300 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 10 position
  • i16 Tier 11 – 2000 TRX buy-in, 20,400 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 11 position
  • i16 Tier 12 – 3000 TRX buy-in, 30,600 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 1 position
  • i16 Tier 13 – 6000 TRX buy-in, 61,200 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 13 position
  • i16 Tier 14 – 9000 TRX buy-in, 91,800 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 14 position
  • i16 Tier 15 – 12,000 TRX buy-in, 122,400 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 15 position
  • i16 Tier 16 – 15,000 TRX buy-in, 153,000 TRX payout and filling fifteen and sixteenth positions on fourth level generates new Tier 16 position

i-Global Pool

The i-Global pool is made up of 20% of each Ai3 and Ai4 TRX buy-in (across all tiers).

Although not explicitly clarified, I believe this also includes the i16 cycler buy-ins.

The i-Global Pool is distributed equally to each Incomatrix affiliate who has bought in for 75 TRX.

Joining Incomatrix

Incomatrix affiliate membership is tied to an initial 75 TRX buy-in.

Full participation in the attached income opportunity costs 153,550 TRX (i3 + i4 + i16 all tiers).

Note that Incomatrix charges a 5% withdrawal fee after 75 TRX has been withdrawn.

Conclusion

Incomatrix is an attempt to stretch 75 TRX as thinly as possible across a bunch of matrix cyclers.

By way of the small initial buy-in, these cyclers start off small but eventually hoover most of the funds up into the higher tiers, where they are paid out to the Incomatrix admin and early adopters.

Incomatrix’s smart-contract recycles shuffles funds around to generate payments, functioning as a Ponzi scheme.

In a pointless attempt to appear legitimate, Incomatrix claims it generates external revenue through the “stock exchange and mining revenue”.

Smart-contract Ponzi schemes are a zero-sum equation. And Incomatrix themselves acknowledge this in their explanation of how buy-ins are used to make payments:

In summary, Incomatrix is yet another smart-contract Ponzi scheme running the same matrix cycler Ponzi models that were a thing a decade ago.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new buy-ins.

This will see Incomatrix’s cyclers stall, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
