Talk Fusion facing class-action RICO pyramid lawsuit
When I reviewed Talk Fusion back in 2014, I found it odd their flagship product was a $1499 video communication package.
Given the abundance of free alternatives around, who in their right mind was paying $1499 for video communication… without the attached Talk Fusion income opportunity?
Seems like I’m not the only one with this question, with Talk Fusion now the defendant in a recently filed RICO lawsuit. [Continue reading…]
Fantasy Draft Review: Fantasy sports contests
There is no information on the Fantasy Draft website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The Fantasy Draft website domain (“fantasydraft.com”) was registered on the 27th of June 1995. The MLM opportunity as it exists today however was only launched late last year in December.
Further research into Fantasy Draft reveals the Charlotte Agenda citing Robert Stevanovski and Stephen Krombolz as co-founders and Grant Yoder as CEO.
Why this information is not available from the Fantasy Draft website is unclear.
Stevanovski being a co-founder and the Chairman of ACN, was probably a key factor in Fantasy Draft’s use of an MLM business model.
Grant Yoder on his LinkedIn profile also cites himself as a co-founder of the company.
Yoder (right) doesn’t appear to have any executive MLM experience, with his LinkedIn profile listing investment sales, professional services and business development roles.

Infinii abandon Springboard seats securities offering
The major red flag identified in our BehindMLM Infinii review was the company’s Springboard seats securities offering.
In a nutshell, Infinii affiliates were to invest in “seat” positions which would eventually pay out a passive ROI.
Following publication of our review, Infinii removed their official compensation plan documentation. New documentation was made available, with the Springboard seats component removed.
Infinii then went on to host two webinars about the business, with neither mentioning Springboard seats.
This lead to confusion among affiliates and myself, as there was no official announcement regarding Springboard seats being dropped or not (see comments on our Infinii review).
Were they still in the comp plan and just not being mentioned, or had Infinii canned the concept altogether?
In an attempt to suss out whether Kevin Thompson was endorsing Infinii, another of the claims going around, I reached out to Thompson for clarification.
I can now reveal that Infinii have indeed dropped the Springboard seats securities offering. [Continue reading…]
Miessence Review: Certified organic products & autoship
Miessence as a product range was launched in 1997, with the MLM side of the business launched through the Organic & Natural Enterprises Group in 2003.
When it first launched, Miessence was known as “One Group”.
The company is based out of Queensland, Australia, with three Directors listed on the Miessence website; Narelle Chenery, Colin Chenery and Alf Orpen (right).
Founders Narelle and Colin Chenery, Alf Orpen and John Hunter established the Organic & Natural Enterprises Group in 2003 to develop a comprehensive range of organic home, health and beauty products under the Miessence name.
Perusal of Narelle and Colin Chenery’s LinkedIn profiles suggest that Miessence was their first venture into MLM.
Alf Orpen meanwhile is heavily involved in organics, particularly organic farming.
On the regulatory and legal side of things, Miessence appear to be in the all-clear – which is impressive for a fifteen year old MLM company.

American Bill Money Review: Oldschool postcard recruiting
American Bill Money claim to have ‘completed ten years in business‘, with Paul Korzeniowski credited as company President on their website.
The American Bill Money website domain (“americanbillmoney.com”) was registered on the 9th of November 2001, with Korzeniowski (right) listed as the owner. A PO Box address in the US state of Virginia is also provided.
Despite claims of “31 years experience” on the American Bill Money website, whether or not Korzeniowski has been involved in other MLM opportunities over the years is unclear. MLM related information online only ties Korzeniowski to American Bill Money.

Holiday Cheer Review: $30 matrix Ponzi cycler
As per the Holiday Cheer website (“holidaycheer.info”), the President and CEO of the company is Scott Buchanan.
The Holiday Cheer domain registration also lists Buchanan as the owner, with an address in the US state of North Carolina also provided.
Due to the generic nature of the name and lack of additional information provided, I was unable to find anything further on Buchanan’s MLM history.

World Ad Pays Review: Recruitment & 5-tier matrix cycler
There is no information on the World Ad Pays website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The World Ad Pays website domain (“worldadpays.com”) was registered on the 23rd of July 2015, with “Sukhminder Singh” of “Classic International” listed as the owner. An address in Delhi, India is also provided.
Singh has previously launched MyBlogPays, a binary-based recruitment scheme.
MyBlogPays affiliates pay $20 to $2000 for membership, with commissions paid when newly recruited affiliates do the same.
Alexa traffic estimates for the MyBlogPays website domain suggest the opportunity never took off.
Of note is that World Ad Pays appears to have been initially launched in August as “Traffic Lagoon”, an ad-credit based Ponzi cycler.
As per a 15th August post on the World Ad Pays official Facebook page:
We have just decided to postpone the launch as this is not the correct time we feel, lot of new sites are up and we do not want to fail just because of that.
Then on the 27th of November:
Jabar Meman changed the name of the group “Traffic Lagoon Official” to “WorldAdPays.com”.

Rodrigues & SEC still at odds in contempt motion
Earlier in August the SEC filed a Motion For Contempt against Sannderly Rodrigues.
In their motion, the SEC argued that Rodrigues had failed to provide the regulator with detailed accounting records for over a year. This, the regulator contended, was grounds to send Rodrigues back to jail until the court order had been complied with.
Rodrigues’ initial defense against the motion saw him hilariously claim he doesn’t speak English.
After the SEC declared this to be “nonsense“, Rodrigues dropped the defense and instead claimed that providing the requested information might incriminate him in related investigations.
That was back in October, with mediation efforts continuing between the SEC and Rodrigues in an attempt to resolve the ongoing issue.
Now, in a Status Report filed by the SEC on November 30th, it has been revealed that these mediation efforts have failed to resolve the matter.
The parties have not resolved the issue of the return of funds reflecting dissipation of assets by Rodrigues in violation of this Court’s Asset Freeze order.
That’s not to say the SEC didn’t obtain the information they wanted though… [Continue reading…]
