Coin4All Review: Subscription-based bitcoin cash gifting

There is no information on the Coin4All website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The Coin4All website domain (“coin4all.net”) was privately registered on September 16th, 2016.

One point of interest on the Coin4All website is a comparison to MLM underbelly scams:

We’re not huge network marketers. We’ve dabbled here and there in various programs. We’re quick learners and highly creative and problem solvers.

We are a designer, a programmer, and a small business owner who came together around what we think is a brilliant idea.

Building on the success of other programs like Zarfund and Crowdrising, we think we have the perfect system that solves all the problems we’ve seen.

Both ZarFund and CrowdRising are cash gifting schemes, suggesting whoever is running Coin4All has experience in scamming people.

At the time of publication Alexa estimate that Nigeria is the largest source of traffic to he Coin4All website.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Ad My Dream Review: Crowdfunding hides pyramid recruiting

Ad My Dream provide a corporate address in Hong Kong on their website.

Two Directors are listed, Xing Yang and Chelsea Anne Jonch. Purportedly these two individuals are tied to AMD AD Dreams LTD, the sole shareholder of Ad My Dream.

No additional information is provided on either Yang or Jonch, nor is there any third-party information available.

A Chelsea Anne Jonch did register a company earlier this year in the UK, via a personal address in Belize. Whether this is the same person as Ad My Dream’s Chelsea Anne Jonch is unclear.

The Hong Kong address provided by Ad My Dream actually belongs to Offshore Company Corp, who sell “offshore company formation & licensing”.

Ad My Dream doesn’t appear to have any physical presence in Hong Kong.

This, combined with the lack of information about its Directors, suggests Xing Yang and Chelsea Anne Jonch probably don’t exist.

Alexa currently estimate that Germany (48%) and Austria (16%) are the largest sources of traffic to the Ad My Dream website. It’s far more likely whoever is running Ad My Dream is based out of Europe.

This is supported by the fact that certain parts of the supposedly English version of the Ad My Dream compensation plan are still in German.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

My Ads Family Review: Cycler subscriptions & Ponzi revenue sharing

In an affiliate newsletter My Ads Family affiliate claims to be a ‘sister site of ViralCrypto Team‘.

Viral Crypto is a cash gifting scheme launched a few months ago.

Randolph Taylor is purportedly running the Viral Crypto from Italy, however I wasn’t able to independently verify this information.

The My Ads Family website domain (“myadsfamily.com”) was registered on the 27th of November, 2016. Peter Borel is listed as the owner, with a bogus (incomplete) address in Sweden also provided.

Like Randolph Taylor, there’s a good chance Peter Borel doesn’t exist either.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

Zennoa Review: Meh dietary supplement & wave groups

Zennoa operate in the health and nutrition MLM niche and are based out of Utah in the US.

The Zennoa company website lists six founders of the company; John Wadsworth (CEO), Kim Asay (Chairman), Joseph Wadsworth (President), Brad Reese (CSO), David Kasteler (CMO) and Brandon Lloyd (CFO).

John Wadsworth (right) first appeared on BehindMLM as co-founder and President of Tahitian Noni.

Tahitian Noni was founded in 1996 and today goes by the name Morinda.

Kim Asay, Joseph Wadsworth were also involved in Morinda. Brad Reese was Executive Vice President and COO of Avisae until July, 2016.

In a 2011 interview with the Salt Lake Tribune, John Wadsworth claimed Tahitian Noni adopted the MLM business model because he and his partners “ran out of money”.

Wadsworth left Morinda in December of 2015.

There is no information on the BTC Investments website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The BTC Investments website domain (“btcinvestments.co.za”) was registered to “BTC Investments” on December 2nd, 2016.

The South African address used to register the BTC Investments domain, “67 Wessels Str, Johannesburg, Western Cape, 2128”, ZA, has previously been linked to 419 advance fee scams and fake online retailers.

Pet Protector Review: Magnetic and Scalar wave pet parasite discs?

Pet Protector is owned by the GoldStar company. A corporate address in the UK is provided on the Pet Protector website.

The Goldstar Company was founded in 2011. It is the only official owner to the manufacturing and distribution rights of the original anti-parasite disc – Pet Protector. The company’s founder is Steven Williams JR.

Other than what’s provided on the Pet Protector website, details of the company’s corporate structure are scarce.

I wasn’t able to find any third-party information on Steven Williams (right) outside of Pet Protector’s own material. This suggests that through Goldstar, Pet Protector is William’s first MLM venture.

Glow Funds Review: Six-tier matrix cash gifitng

There is no information on the Glow Funds website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The Glow Funds website domain (“glowfunds.com”) was privately registered on November 6th, 2016.

Marketing videos on the Glow Funds website feature an individual with a European accent who identifies himself only as “Alex”.

Whether Alex is running Glow Funds or is a paid actor (the videos have a very “Fivver” feel about them) is unclear.

Alexa meanwhile currently estimate that 66% of traffic to the Glow Funds website originates out of Pakistan.

Donate Pays Review: Five-tier matrix cycler Ponzi

The Donate Pays website domain (“donatepays.com”) was privately registered on the 26th of September, 2016.

The company claims to be based out Canada and run by “Dan, Carol, Randy and Kenny”, who have a ‘total online biz experience of over 40 years.

No specific information is provided on any of these individuals.

The Donate Pays website advises the company is a division of Goldfix11 LLC, a company purportedly registered in Canada.

I myself was unable to find a corporate record for Goldfix11 LLC or the provided Canadian company number.

At the time of publication Alexa estimate that the top sources of traffic to the Donate Pays website are Nigeria (15%) and India (10%).

Chen fighting SEC on monetary relief (USFIA)

Despite having summary judgement granted against him, Steve Chen is still fighting the SEC in court.

The SEC allege Steve Chen’s USFIA was ‘a massive pyramid scheme that defrauded myriad investors‘. Following Judge Klausner’s summary judgement ruling, this is no longer a point of contention.

Rather Chen is challenging the SEC how much monetary relief he should pay. [Continue reading…]

Richmond Berks Review: RBD Ponzi points investment scheme

Richmond Berks claim to be an

international company that traces its history back to 2008.

Two young businessmen John Richmond and Klint Berks met at an auction, fighting over one and the same lot.

One year later together with two other brokers they founded a company that specialized in purchase of real estate at auctions and its further resale at the secondary market.

In 2016 due to the conflict of interests, Richmond and Berks sold their company shares and founded a new corporation – Richmond Berks.

This aligns with the September 29th, 2016 registration of the Richmond Berks company website domain.

That’s about all that aligns however, with there being no information on either John Richmond or Klint Berks predating the launch of Richmond Berks a few months ago.

No detailed biographies for either men are provided on the Richmond Berks website. The website domain itself was registered anonymously.

This is highly suspicious and raises the question of whether these individuals actually even exist.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
