Green Compass Review: CBD oils & autoship
Green Compass operates in the CBD MLM niche.
Two corporate addresses are provided on Green Compass’ website; one in North Carolina in the US and one in London, UK.
The US address belongs to a UPS store. The UK address belongs to shared office spare provider WeWork.
Heading up Green Compass are co-founders R. Sterling Cook, Jr. (CEO) and Meredith Cook (President).
According to his Green Compass corporate bio, Cook, Jr. has a background in agriculture and finance. His wife Meredith has a background in anesthesiology.
As far as I can tell, Green Compass is the first MLM venture for both Cooks.
As per a January 2020 interview with Direct Selling News, Meredith Cook began taking CBD oil after her first pregnancy.
“I found that the majority of CBD was from hemp grown in China, even though it’s ultimately manufactured in the U.S.,” she explains. “I realized that not all hemp is created equal.”
“Our friends were growing hemp through the program and had a tiny extraction machine,” she recounts.
“They’d already tested their plants and found it was some of the cleanest hemp they’d seen, so I asked them to make some for us.
This one made me feel completely like myself again. I felt comfortable giving it to my kids and could tell a difference with them.”
Meredith and her husband Sterling Cook saw the potential of CBD and knew that their newfound passion combined with Sterling’s background in agriculture could lead to something big.
They partnered with Adam and George Wooten to explore the possibility of growing hemp and manufacturing CBD products, giving birth to a new company—Green Compass Global.
The Cooks are based out of North Carolina. UPS addresses aside, this appears to be where Green Compass is operated from.

Neworkoin Ponzi reboots for third time with Ulyfe
About a week ago a reader wrote in asking I take a look at Ulyfe. At the time Ulyfe’s website was just a “coming soon” message.

There wasn’t any other information to go on. Nevertheless I added Ulyfe to the review list, expecting additional information to surface by the time it came up.
Today Ulyfe’s website is still “coming soon”, but we’ve since learned it’s a reboot of the failed Neworkoin Ponzi scheme. [Continue reading…]
InnovaTech Review: 4 year ROI Ponzi scheme
InnovaTech provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the company.
In fact InnovaTech doesn’t provide any information whatsoever. As I write this InnovaTech’s front-end website is nothing more than an affiliate login form.
InnovaTech’s website domain (“innovatechinternational.com”) was privately registered on October 1st, 2019.
The majority of InnovaTech’s official marketing videos are in Spanish. This is also true of InnovaTech general marketing.
At a minimum, this suggests whoever is running InnovaTech has ties to a Spanish-speaking country.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
Rapido Run Review: ETH smart contract Ponzi cycler
Rapido Run provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.
Rapido Run’s website domain (“rapido.run”) was privately registered on June 23rd, 2020.
At the time of publication Alexa cites India at the top source of traffic to Rapido Run’s website (73%).
Such a high percentage suggests whoever is running Rapido Run is likely based out of India.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
Jay Noland unlikely to get Enhanced Capital Funding funds
A tentative ruling has signaled it is unlikely Jay Noland will gain access to ~$450,000 tied up in Enhanced Capital Funding.
Enhanced Capital Funding (ECF) appears to be a shell company partially owned by Noland.
The FTC asserts Noland owns 80% of ECF, with the remaining 20% owned by his wife Lina. [Continue reading…]
MoneyMaking Review: MMC Ponzi points
MoneyMaking’s website doesn’t directly provide information about who owns or runs the company.
An embedded YouTube video is titled “Message from CEO Eduina Rojas de Gonzalez“.

The video features Gonzales standing in front of a greenscreen (note the shadow behind him), reading off a script.
As Gonzales’ reads the script finance related stock footage is played.
The provided location for Gonzales’ video is Panama, however this is unverifiable and therefore meaningless (anyone can put in anything).
Later in the video Gonzales appears in what is obviously a rented office, complete with MoneyMaking’s logo digitally added behind him:

Naturally if you go looking for information on Gonzales, nothing comes up. This makes Gonzales a prime Boris CEO candidate, meaning he’s played by an actor and doesn’t exist.
The only other video on MoneyMaking’s official YouTube channel is “Message from our official distributor Rodrigo Kaito from South America!”.

Kaito identifies himself as the owner of CopyInvest. That lead me to Kaito’s real name, Rodrigo Kawamura.

Kawamura uses CopyInvest to promote various cryptocurrency scams:

Call me cynical but I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest Kawamura is running MoneyMaking. Or at least is close to whoever is.
As per his Twitter profile, Kawamura is based out of Parana, Brazil.
At the time of publication Alexa cites Venezuela (18%), Argentina (7%) and Algeria (6%) as the top three sources of traffic to MoneyMaking.
Be it Brazil or a neighboring country, it should be obvious that MoneyMaking is being operated out of South America.

Profit Finance Option Review: Quadrillion dollar Ponzi?
Profit Finance Option provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.
In an attempt to appear legitimate, Profit Finance Option provides a UK incorporation certificate for “Profit Finance Option Limited” on their website.
Profit Finance Option Limited isn’t incorporated in the UK, the company doesn’t exist.
Profit Finance Option’s website domain (“profitfinanceoption.online”) was privately registered on October 11th, 2019.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]
