Your Ad Pays Review: $130 matrix entry buy-ins
The name ‘Your Ad Pays’ implies that if you have an advertisement with Your Ad Pays, that it is this advertisement that pays you.
Unfortunately though when you get into the nuts and bolts of it, Your Ad Pays just winds up being a simple advertising + recruitment matrix combination.

12 Daily Income Review: 12% daily ROI scheme again?
A few days ago I reviewed a new MLM investment opportunity called 12 Daily Profit. The basic idea was that you invest in the scheme and the company pays you out a 12% daily ROI on your investment.
In my review of 12 Daily Profit I uncovered that the company had been launched previously in 2009 and that its current incarnation appeared to be a relaunch with a slightly modified compensation plan.
Just days later after 12 Daily Profit was launched another scheme bearing a strikingly similar name and compensation plan has also been launched.

EOW confirm Speak Asia criminal case charging on
Given that the Solomon James writ 383 case lodged in the Supreme Court is a civil case revolving around the recovery of money from Speak Asia, I myself have maintained that there is little chance it will have any bearing on the criminal investigations into the company.
I wrote the above a few days ago and it pretty much illustrates my thoughts on the Solomon James writ 383 case currently being heard in the Supreme Court.
Ask a Speak Asia panelist (one of the few left who still believe they’re going to get paid thousands of dollars for recruiting people) about the criminal investigations into Speak Asia and your most likely to be told that the Supreme Court will decide everything, criminal or otherwise pertaining to Speak Asia.
Furthermore many believe that it is on the basis of the Solomon James writ 383 case that Speak Asia’s business operations will restart – despite as yet unresolved criminal investigations launched by various agencies (most visibly the EOW and CID).
After publicly failing to clarify the status of their investigation themselves since the Solomon James writ 383 case was launched last year, today finally the EOW have made public how the 383 writ affects their investigations.
The short answer?
It doesn’t. [Continue reading…]
EOW move to freeze Speak Asia Supreme Court case
For as long as I can remember now senior panelists in Speak Asia have been steadfastly pointing to the Solomon James writ 383 and insisting it will decide the fate of Speak Asia on all fronts.
Given that the Solomon James writ 383 case lodged in the Supreme Court is a civil case revolving around the recovery of money from Speak Asia, I myself have maintained that there is little chance it will have any bearing on the criminal investigations into the company.
This is evidenced by Speak Asia’s (and their sidekicks over at AISPA) multiple cases lodged in a number of courts trying to squash FIRs lodged against the company. The company and their legal team seem to be of the belief that by quashing FIRs against the company will somehow negate the criminal liability of running what has been described as the largest MLM fraud India has ever seen.
A few days ago, one such case originally launched by AISPA (now the Crasto writ 3611), took an interesting turn in that one of the named defendants, Navniit Kkhosla, informed the court he’d received his lost money and in light of this ‘does not wish to pursue the complaint (any further)‘.
As usual, the one-sided biased story put out by Speak Asia, AISPA and their senior panelists was that the FIR had been withdrawn and that a significant obstacle had been overcome.
When the order of the March 15th writ 3611 case was made public an hour or so ago however, not surprisingly it painted an entirely different picture. [Continue reading…]
Got Paid Ads Review: Single line investment scheme
In mid February 2012 Dwayne Starchuk went into prelaunch with Xxxtreme Exposure, a Ponzi scheme. To date, Xxxtreme Exposure has attracted 130 members and paid out $1741 in investment returns.
About a week later I learnt Starchuk was also launching another company, Crazy4Ads. Crazy4Ads, which is also a Ponzi scheme, was less succesful than Xxxtreme Exposure attracting just 59 members and paying out $729 in returns.
Prior to both these schemes it seems Starchuk tried his hand at a single line investment scheme with Got Paid Ads. Read on for a full review of the Got Paid Ads MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]
CO2 Rewards Review: Selling carbon offset units?
The idea that people can simply pay money to offset their carbon output has always seemed flimsy to me.
The actual carbon being emitted isn’t reduced meaning people’s pollution habits aren’t changing. Furthermore it’s been reported that less than 30% of money spent in purchasing carbon offsets are actually used to reduce carbon emissions.
Personally I think it’s much more effective to actually change your habits rather than just throw money at it (ride a bike, take shorter showers, don’t leave the lights on etc.).
Nonetheless, seeking to combine the purchase of carbon offset units with a MLM style compensation plan comes the CO2 Rewards business opportunity.

12 Daily Profit Review: 2009 investment scam relaunch
As someone who reviews MLM business models and compensation plan structures, it’s completely out my hands what direction the industry takes or the trends it goes through.
If a particular business model catches the eye of company owners, more often than not clones start to pop up all over the place. And the simpler the business model can be replicated, the more abundant the clones.
As a reviewer, with little to distinguish between the business models being cloned, it can be a challenge at times to keep up. One of the reasons I do try to catalogue as many MLM companies as I can though, is so that I hope to build BehindMLM into a valuable resource over the years that catalogues who ran what and when, to the best of my knowledge.
Just over two years ago the website 12 Daily Profit launched in December of 2009. In its original incarnation, 12 Daily Profit promised up to 12% daily ROIs on investments made with the company over 12 days.
An obvious Ponzi scheme, sometime in 2010 12 Daily Profit went bust and the domain expired. Apparently looking to resurrect the opportunity, the domain has been registered again and a new website was launched a few days ago.

Jamberry Nails Review: Nail art meets MLM
For me fake nails have always been hit and miss. Kinda like breasts, some people prefer natural fingernails (perhaps with a modest paint if the occasion calls for it) and others don’t mind going all-out nuts (nails so blingy they leave you blind).
Personally I find the latter category a bit tacky (on both fronts!) but each to their own.
Hoping to combine the sale of fake nails comes Jamberry Nails. Read on for a full review of this recently launched MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]
Ultra Mega Cash Review: Waaay too much hype here.
Company name that sounds like it’s endorsed by the Power Rangers? Check.
Stock photo image of woman who looks like she’s about to orgasm whilst clutching a big wad of cash? Check.
Old bald guy holding a laptop?… well, ok I guess.
I know that shallow investment schemes have to some extent rely on hype to attract investors… but this it’s been a while since I’ve seen one as over the top as Ultra Mega Cash.

Fast Matrix Return Review: 2×3 matrices & no product
Although the matrix + ‘product that has nothing to do with commissions’ MLM business model is pretty much dead, from time to time we still see hopeful admins trying to resurrect the model.
Not much different from the companies that have come before it, today we review the Fast Matrix Return MLM opportunity. [Continue reading…]
