Prime University Review: Unregistered trading securities fraud
Prime University fails to provide ownership or executive details on its website.
In fact Prime University explicitly hides information about itself, having disabled its website domain:
It goes without saying that any MLM company that engages in this practice is likely doing so to cover up fraud of some sort.
To access Prime University, promoters and potential recruits have to visit two subdomains; “hub.prime-university.com” and backoffice.prime-university.com”.
Both subdomains act as log-in gateways for Prime University affiliates.
For reference, Prime University’s “prime-university.com” website domain was privately registerd on May 2nd, 2024.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Prime University’s Products
Prime University has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market Prime University affiliate membership itself.
Prime University affiliate membership provides access to multiple in-house services:
- Skillz – “daily training sessions with multimillionaire mentors”
- Quantum Trade (aka Quantum AI) – “fully automated” trading scheme pitching 2% to over 12% a month in passive returns

- qualify at National Director and receive a “trip to Dubai”

Prime University Conclusion
Prime University as an MLM opportunity, which I believe is referred to as “Prime Hub”, presents itself as a simple AI grift pyramid scheme:
Recruited Prime University affiliates sign up, pay a fee and get paid to recruit others who do the same.
At no point during this process is anything marketed or sold to retail customers.
Attached to Prime University’s pyramid scheme is securities and commodities fraud.
There are two primary vectors Prime University’s securities and commodities fraud takes place through; Quantum Trade and shady attachments to its “founder” memberships.
Identifying a securities offering within Quantum Trade is easy enough;
Passive returns are pitched ranging from 2% to over 12% a month, through “fully automated” trading.
To be legally compliant, this triggers both securities and commodities registration requirements.
Putting aside Prime University doesn’t have a consumer-facing website, the company provides no indication it has registered with securities and/or commodities regulators in any jurisdiction.
Secondary securities and/or commodities fraud is likely taking place through founder membership access to shitcoin, memecoin and crypto presale investment opportunities.
To summarize, Prime University offers an MLM pyramid scheme attached to a minefield of regulatory non-compliance.
As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will commissions.
This will see those at the bottom of the Prime University pyramid eventually stop paying monthly fees.
This in turn will see those above them stop getting paid. Unless new suckers are found, eventually these affiliates will also stop paying monthly fees.
When enough Prime University affiliates stop paying monthly fees, an irreversible collapse is triggered.
Math guarantees that when a pyramid schemes collapses, the majority of participants lose money.
