Traffic Monsoon was an MLM Ponzi scheme that defrauded consumers out of $207 million dollars.
Traffic Monsoon co-founder Charles Scoville (right), was incarcerated in 2018 on charges relating to child abuse. Scoville pled guilty to attempted child sexual abuse in November 2018.
I believe Scoville was sentenced in early 2019. Details of his plea agreement and sentencing however have never been made public.
Wire and tax fraud criminal charge against Scoville were dismissed in August 2023.

Imtiaz went into hiding. James is still in the UK but apart from some low-level scamming after Traffic Monsoon wasn’t worth tracking.
Both had default judgments rendered against them: https://behindmlm.com/companies/traffic-monsoon/5-new-motions-for-default-in-traffic-monsoon-clawback-suit/
