Polar Tensor has received a securities fraud warning from Quebec’s Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF).

As per AMF’s June 5th Polar Tensor fraud warning;

Polar Tensor is not registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.

Specific entries named in AMF’s warning are:

  • Polar-Tensor
  • Polar Tensor Global
  • Polar Tensor US LLC
  • Polar Tensor Europe SP ZOO

Cited Polar Tensor website domains are:

  • polar-tensor.com – privately registered April 28th, 2025
  • polartensor-global – privately registered January 31st, 2026
  • polartensor.io – privately registered February 9th, 2026
  • polar-tensor-marketing.com – privately registered March 5th, 2026
  • polartensor.site – privately registered March 23rd, 2026
  • polartensor.cloud – domain suspended June 2nd, 2026
  • polartensor.trade – privately registered April 22nd, 2026

Some of the above domains are not active yet. As  and are assumed to be dormant backups in the event of more domain suspensions (different registrars used).

On that note, WebNic seized Polar Tensor’s .COM domain on June 3rd. This prompted Polar Tensor to switch to the domain “polar-tensor.io”, registered the same day the .COM domain was seized.

Polar Tensor regained control of the domain on June 5th. Why WebNic seized Polar Tensor’s .COM domain is unclear.

In addition to Quebec, Polar Tensor fraud warnings have been issued by Alberta and British Columbia.

In response to Canadian fraud warnings, Polar Tensor revealed “Bitbanki Ltd.” on June 4th:

As evidenced by prior and ongoing fraud warnings, Polar Tensor is not registered to offer securities in Canada.

Polar Tensor is not registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction and continues to illegally solicit investment globally.

Polar Tensor is an AI trading bot ruse MLM crypto Ponzi. The scam is fronted by “Felix Bick”, sometimes played by an actor and sometimes represented by an AI-generated avatar.

As of APril 2026 SimilarWeb was tracking ~102,000 monthly Polar Tensor website visits.

Over the same period top sources of website traffic were Germany (98%) and the US (1%).
