Ray Higdon and wife Jessica have settled with the The Traders Domain Receiver for $150,000.

The Traders Domain was a Ponzi scheme the CFTC alleges defrauded consumers out of $280 million.

Ray and Jessica Higdon (right) were The Traders Domain net-winners, meaning they stole more than invested.

An investor database leaked in 2024 suggested $853,727 passed through Jessica Higdon’s The Traders Domain account.

When he approached the Higdons, The Traders Domain Receiver sought recovery of $239,891. Negotiations between the Higdons and the Receiver saw that amount reduced to $150,000.

After negotiation (including the Higdons sharing with the Receiver information regarding their financial condition), the Higdons agreed to repay the amount of $150,000.00, that will be paid in six monthly installments of $25,000 each.

The court approved the Higdons’ The Traders Domain Ponzi settlement on February 5th.

After participating in The Traders Domain Ponzi scheme, Higdon resurfaced with Brilliant Movement last year.

Brilliant Movement appears to have since been abandoned. The company’s former website domain now redirect to Brilliant Perspectives, a religious company run by Graham and Theresa Cook.

Circa late 2025, Brilliant Perspectives marketing material cited Ray Higdon as its Chief Marketing Officer. Today Higdon is not mentioned on Brilliant Perspectives’ website.
