France blacklists Legacy Group’s Altior Capital for fraud
Altior Capital has been blacklisted by France’s Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF).
AMF added Altior Capital to its nationwide blacklist on May 5th, 2026.
As per AMF’s Altior Capital blacklist entry, the company “offers financial services or products without being authorized”.
Failing to register a securities offering violates French financial law and constitutes securities fraud.
Legacy Group is an MLM crypto Ponzi launched in mid to late 2025. Altior Capital features on Legacy Group’s website as “the investment platform of the future”.

Attempts to visit Altior Capital’s standalone website (“altior-capital.io”), return a CloudFlare “suspected phishing” fraud warning:

Legacy Group is fronted by Dubai-based fraudster Remy Nurdin (aka Remy Capital).

Nurdin, a French national, has been absent on social media since April 1st, 2026.

To hide this exact Cloudflare “Phishing” warning from their community, the Legacy Group admins have now completely pulled the DNS for altior-capital.io. The site is currently dead.
They are actively trying to cover their tracks and will likely claim a “technical maintenance” or a “hacker attack” to explain the outage during their upcoming weekly Zoom call.

That was quick. But is a 403 error any better than a CloudFlare phishing warning?
From a psychological standpoint, a 403 error is much better for the operators of the network.
A big red “Phishing” warning from Cloudflare shatters trust instantly and implies malicious intent. A 403 or DNS error is a neutral technical code. It gives the admin team the perfect excuse to tell their community: “We are doing server maintenance” or “We are migrating to a safer offshore host, please be patient.”
It buys them time to relocate their back-office without causing immediate panic.
The company is run by a duo at the helm. Remy doesn’t “play” alone:
* The main communicator and host is Josué Gabriel, who goes by the name “Jaydan Gabriel”. He takes up the vast majority of the speaking time, presents himself as the President and CEO of Legacy Group, and acts as the public figure outlining the company’s vision. He is also the sole registered director of the UK shell company LEGACY QUANTUM LTD (Company No. 16564667).
* Rémy Nurdin acts as support. He presents himself as the CEO of Vantis Labs and the “technical architect,” explaining that he operates in the background to manage the ecosystem’s technological infrastructure.
