Speed Feeder Review: 2×2 matrix three-tier Ponzi cycler
If you visit the Speed Feeder website with a referral link, you’re presented with a message from Clay Montgomery.
This matches the Speed Feeder website domain, which Montgomery registered on August 4th, 2016.
Montgomery (right) claims he launched Speed Feeder as an alternative for people who can’t afford to join his Exitus Elite and Digital Altitude downlines.
For the past 6 months I have been building two separate high ticket businesses. Digital Altitude and Exitus Elite.
While I have earned a substantial amount in commissions in both programs, I learned something along the way that ultimately paved the way for the birth of Speed Feeder.
For every 1 person who joined my business, there were at least 3 other prospects who really loved the opportunity and the products and wanted to join but simply did not have the means to come up with the money.
The original Exitus Network launched in 2014 as a $12,000 cash gifting scheme. After it collapsed Exitus Network was rebooted as Exitus Elite in mid 2016.
Digital Altitude combines chain-recruitment and pay to play with “wealth building” courses that cost as much as $27,997.
Alexa traffic estimates for both Exitus Network and Digital Altitude show a slump in the last quarter of 2016.
Other MLM opportunities Montgomery has signed up for include Empower Network and the collapsed My Advertising Pays and Infinity2Global Ponzi schemes.
With both Exitus Elite and Digital Altitude dependent on affiliate recruitment, their respective slowdowns have likely prompted Montgomery to launch Speed Feeder.
Read on for a full review of the Speed Feeder MLM opportunity.
The Speed Feeder Product Line
Speed Feeder has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Speed Feeder affiliate membership itself.
Once signed up, Speed Feeder affiliates purchase matrix cycler positions to participate in the attached income opportunity.
Bundled with a cycler position purchase is access to an internet marketing training library
The Speed Feeder Compensation Plan
The Speed Feeder compensation plan sees affiliates purchase positions in a 3×2 matrix three-tier cycler.
A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting each of these three positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
The six matrix positions are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of new Speed Feeder affiliates. Once all positions in a matrix are filled, a “cycle” commission is paid out.
How much of a commission is paid out is determined by what tier of the cycler a position cycles out of:
- Stage 1 Matrix (positions cost $100) – no commission and cycles into Stage 2
- Stage 2 Matrix – $100 commission, generates a new Stage 1 position and cycles into Stage 3
- Stage 3 Matrix – $1850 commission and generates a new Stage 1 position
A 100% referral commission is paid out when personally recruited affiliates cycle out of Stages 2 and 3, paying $100 and $1850 respectively.
Joining Speed Feeder
Speed Feeder affiliate membership is tied to the purchase of at least one $100 matrix cycler position.
Conclusion
Speed Feeder markets itself as a “money multiplier” and advertises a $1950 ROI on a $100 investment.
A Speed Feeder affiliate invests $100 and through recruitment of new affiliates who invest the same, eventually earns a $1950 ROI. The ROI is funded by subsequent investment, making Speed Feeder a Ponzi scheme.
Taking into account the matching bonus, a minimum of thirty-nine $100 payments to generate one $1950 cycle ROI.
The bundled internet marketing library is neither here nor there, serving only as pseudo-compliance in an attempt to legitimize financial fraud.
Please note that the product package is the same whether you purchase 1, 2 or 3 positions, which is why we offer insane value with our product package.
Cycler positions are what is actually being purchased by Speed Feeder affiliates.
Speed Feeder is set up to benefit owner Clay Montgomery, who through one or more preloaded positions under the affiliate account “join” will receive the most cycle commissions. Speed Feeder affiliates who join and invest early get what’s left.
Once affiliate recruitment drops off, positions within the Speed Feeder cycler will stall. This will eventually result in a collapse.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
We have a NO REFUND policy.
At that point Speed Montgomery keeps funds attached to non-cycled matrix positions, with the majority of affiliates losing money.
And he doesn’t reside at the address he lists either and the telephone numbers also aren’t his any longer. Wonder what else he is hiding?
Hi Oz. What’s the URL of the site? I tried the obvious dot com and just got a blank logon page. Thanks Chris
.NET
I found the site through Alex Wong at cashlikespeed.
A video by Frank Calabro tells a story of how he sold a car. For about $1200 and turned it into a million dollars in 28 months.
I seem to remember that a about a year ago he spent $18 to join 4 corners (another ponzi), and in no time at all he bought a new Truck and a cute little house along with his new Simmons living room suit (I sold furniture and that’s cheap stuff).
So I wonder which story is right? KEEP YOUR $100 IN YOUR POCKET!
The dude who created Speedfeeder is an even larger than thou con, cheat and Ponzi Pimp. Check out his past endeavors and learn his history.
Both will be fattening their dirty little pockets while all their idiot followers will soon learn they’ve been scammed by two very seasoned Ponzi Pimps.
Wonder when the Feds are gonna be tipped off? Continue to blast all your stacks of cash Dum Dum Calabro the Feds will soon catch up with ya both.
yeh, all that money he is showing on face book, wounder if that’s for real?
I’m sure the Feds can determine if it’s for real or not. Wonder if he is claiming it all on his taxes? Under reporting of your income is illegal Dum Dum.
Duh! But wait, does Ponzi Pimping fall under the guidelines of income?
