New Zealand’s Commerce Commission has issued an official warning against two Validus promoters. The NZCC operates as New Zealand’s FTC equivalent. Validus has received a securities fraud warning from Dubai. As per a December 22nd alert from the Dubai Financial Services Authority;

Following their nationwide ban in New Zealand, Validus has announced they are disabling withdrawals for newer investors. Older Validus investors who have not ranked are being prioritized (i.e. totally passive investors). Everyone else is screwed.

Following two securities fraud warnings and an interim stop order, Validus filed an appeal against New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority. The High Court dismissed Validus’ appeal, meaning the Ponzi scheme is now permanently banned in New Zealand.

Former UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov looks set to attend Validus’ V-Con Ponzi event in Dubai. The marketing stunt appears to be an attempt to distract Validus investors from disabled withdrawals.

Validus co-founder Mansour Tawafi has issued a statement begging investors to keep recruiting despite withdrawals being disabled.

The Validus Ponzi scheme has collapsed. In an April 20th Telegram group post, Validus informed investors that withdrawals have been disabled.

Validus has received a second securities fraud warning from New Zealand. The warning follows the Financial Markets Authority ordering Validus to cease operations nationwide back in February.
