NZ Commerce Commission warns local Validus promoters

Validus has received a securities fraud warning from Dubai. As per a December 22nd alert from the Dubai Financial Services Authority;


Validus disables withdrawals for newer investors

Following their nationwide ban in New Zealand, Validus has announced they are disabling withdrawals for newer investors. Older Validus investors who have not ranked are being prioritized (i.e. totally passive investors). Everyone else is screwed.


Validus Ponzi permanently banned in New Zealand

Following two securities fraud warnings and an interim stop order, Validus filed an appeal against New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority. The High Court dismissed Validus’ appeal, meaning the Ponzi scheme is now permanently banned in New Zealand.

Second Validus securities fraud warning from New Zealand

Validus has received a second securities fraud warning from New Zealand. The warning follows the Financial Markets Authority ordering Validus to cease operations nationwide back in February.

Validus and its promoters have been ordered to cease all business operations in New Zealand. The Financial Markets Authority’s interim stop order was issued on February 16th.
