Success Factory collapses, co-CEOs plan MKX reboot
What is left of the Success Factory pyramid scheme has collapsed.
Over the past week co-CEOs Roald Mailly and Jason Tyne have both announced their bailing on the company.
With both CEOs gone, it’s unclear who’s left running Success Factory. The company’s official FaceBook account was abandoned on July 15th.
Success Factory started off as a marketing arm of the DagCoin Ponzi scheme. It was basically a vehicle for former OneCoin scammers Igor Alberts and Andreea Cimbala to recruit new DagCoin victims through.
In February 2022, DagCoin announced plans to bring its Ponzi scheme to the US. What eventually launched in April was securities fraud through “robotic and automated” forex trading.
Success Factory pivoting to forex coincided with DagCoin’s collapse on or around mid 2022.
DagCoin’s collapse prompted Alberts and Cimbala to abandon ship. Founders Nils Grossberg and Kristjan Ress were arrested a few months later in Estonia.
That same month Estonian and Dutch authorities raided Success Factory’s offices in the Netherlands.
In November 2022 we learned Estonian authorities had also arrested DagCoin ringleaders Gilbert Pardla and Gustav Poola.
Grossberg and Ress were released In January 2023. Both men have kept a low profile since being released and there have been no further updates since.
Success Factory limped along with its forex deal but, as previously noted, that has now collapsed.
In marking Tyne’s Success Factory departure, BusinessForHome noted he and Mailly intend to reboot as MKX.
Jason Tyne & Roald Mailly own this company MKX with no partners. They also own all the products you we’re already using.
They have decided to launch their own company to create better transparency and no outside interference on business decisions.
No word yet on whether Success Factory’s automated trading securities fraud will carry over. BehindMLM will of course publish a full review closer to MKX’s launch.
From what is known so far, I can’t see Success Factory’s failed forex offering going anywhere under a new name. If people weren’t interested before, a new coat of paint likely won’t make much of a difference.
Update 28th January 2024 – Nils Grossberg has rebooted Success Factory as Xera.
Update 14th February 2024 – BusinessForHome has deleted its “Tyne’s Success Factory departure” article.
Owing to the BFH article being cited, this article originally contained a link to it. Due to the deletion the previously accessible link has now been disabled.
Indeed they are really scammers and they also consumed my money too here in DRC, Bunia.
Kristjan (Kris) Ress and Nils Grossberg are trying a come back under the name “SF Suite” (SF still stands for Success Factory).
After their union with other Dubai-based frauds under the name of XERA PRO then Homnifi, it was clear that this union of scammers won’t last long due to the cannibalistic nature of these fraudsters and the increasing awareness of people.
Kris and Nils model of operation is still the same: underground communication through Telegram channels and heavy reliance on a network of local marketers who receive very high commissions on victims’ money.
(Ozedit: private Telegram group link removed)
We noted Success Factory being rolled into Xera in our Xera review.
This was obvious due to Grossberg’s involvement. Estonia didn’t finish the job after arresting Grossberg so back to Ponzi scamming he went.
Good morning,
The way of doing business by these characters is bothering me for a long time now.
The way they do business repeats itself over and over again and in essence is very simple.
Success Factory BV
A small part of the money that came in, was to keep the projects (Forex Insiders, The View etc) in the air and to come up with updates which could be sold to the clients as a great step forward, although they knew it wasn’t.
The whole concept was to get people in, spend money and try to keep them happy with worthless promises so they kept hoping to get something back for their money, it was a carefully thought through scam with no intention to give something back.
The rest of money was shared mainly between the key players, Kris Ress, Nils Grossberg and Roald Mailly.
They gave themselves apartments in Dubai, expensive cars, jewelry and they transferred money to their personal accounts via crypto transactions.
Their was also a very strange involvement (read; money laundering scheme) of a Colombian company who got a work project assigned from The View which was way too expensive and could have been done much better by an European company and as said for much less money.
When millions of euros were missing (read; taken by the directors) from the books of Success Factory and the company was tumbling down, Roald Mailly “resigned” from the company and started SF Commerce BV.
The whole idea was to let Success Factory go bankrupt, so the outstanding bills and clients wouldn’t have to be paid and to continue the same scheme.
The employees which he needed were working for SF Commerce now and the rest were fired without receiving their salaries.
When the Dutch IRS (Tax agency) raided the office due fraudulent behavior and banks didn’t want to work with SF Commerce anymore due to this, he (Roald Mailly) just repeated the way he did it with Succes Factory and let SF Commerce and The View B.V. go bankrupt without paying his clients and employees.
Keep in mind that the 3 directors still had their apartments in Dubai, expensive cars, jewelry and crypto currencies in their personal accounts.
After some time of laying low, Roald Mailly started a new company MKX Network BV.
And as you can imagine, it’s the same hoax/ scam as before, by trying to get people to spend their money and they will never get something in return.
His fraudulent behavior just goes on and on, promising people a lot of wealth but in the meantime taking their money without anything in return and not paying people who he owes money to.
