NexusICO Review: NICO token Boris CEO Ponzi scheme

NexusICO operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche.

NexusICO’s website domain (“nexusico.com”), was privately registered in October 2019.

The company provides three corporate addresses on its website, in Seychelles, the UK and US. None of these appear to be addresses that have anything to do with NexusICO.

Heading up NexusICO is this “crew of professionals”:

None of these people exist outside of NexusICO marketing. This makes “Geri Smoll” a prime Boris CEO candidate.

The actor playing Smoll appears in NexusICO marketing videos, however nothing recent (NexusICO stopped uploaded videos to its YouTube channel in June 2021).

At a Boris CEO ceremony marking NexusICO’s first year anniversary (June 2021), the actor playing Smol gave a speech. From this we learn he has what appears to be a Central or South American accent.

The rest of NexusICO’s “professional crew” don’t appear to be in attendance, suggesting the other actors have moved on.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, NexusICO offers up this nonsense in their FAQ;

With the rise in Cryptocurrency scams, it is natural for the user to mistrust new Companies.

NexusICO Capital LLC is a subsidiary of Nexus Group and is formed with experts in the ICO and Blockchain space.

The Company is registered with the Companies House, UK, and the excerpt of the Registration Certificate is attached for everyone to check and verify.

We are not just entitled to the UK registrar but with multiple countries as our sub-branches legally.

Our director’s identity and company office addresses are proof verified by regulatory authorities which resulted in NexusICO to operate worldwide.

This is meaningless waffle. Basic incorporation, especially in the UK, is meaningless. Scammers incorporate shell companies with bogus information with relative ease.

Take NexusICO’s revoked “Nexus ICO LLC” shell incorporation in Arkansas:

None of that submitted information is legitimate.

The strongest hint we get of where NexusICO is being run out of is their official FaceBook page. It is being managed from India and Pakistan.

As opposed to Seychelles, the UK or the US, it is highly likely NexusICO is being run from India and/or Pakistan.

SimilarWeb reports top sources of traffic to NexusICO’s website as Italy (50%), Ghana (34%, down 89% month on month) and Indonesia (16%).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money. [Continue reading…]

PlayCare Health Review: Heart rate monitor + nutrition supps

PlayCare Health is a LaCore Enterprises MLM company. The company combines the personal development and nutritional supplement MLM niches.

PlayCare Health Inc. was incorporated in Texas in February 2022. Terry LaCore is listed as the sole Director of the company.

While PlayCare Health and LaCore Enterprises are owned by LaCore, he typically doesn’t front the MLM companies he launches.

To that end we have Ron Williams heading up PlayCare Health.

The above is from an official PlayCare Health marketing video. No, I don’t know what look Ron was going for there either.

William’s executive role within PlayCare Health isn’t specified on PlayCare Health’s website. Marketing videos however cite him as PlayCare Health’s founder and CEO.

Ron Williams has been around the MLM industry for decades.

Williams launched Brain Garden in 1998. The company was sold a few years later with Williams going on to launch ForeverGreen in 2004.

In 2006 ForeverGreen purchased Brain Garden, integrating the business into ForeverGreen’s operations.

Williams resigned as ForeverGreen’s CEO and President in April 2017.

He next popped up as founder and CEO of Uforia Science in late 2018. Uforia Science was launched after LaCore Enterprises acquired what was left of Foru International.

Williams disappeared from Uforia Science mid 2020, following a failed merger with MaVie.

A year later Williams resurfaced as President of SuperDraft Pro.

Today SimilarWeb reports virtually no traffic to SportsDraft Pro. The website itself is just an affiliate login form.

When exactly Williams left SuperDraft Pro is unclear.

In a marketing video on PlayCare Health’s website, Williams suggests his time at Uforia Science was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Words cannot express the gratitude for what I’ve just been through. A couple of years ago I’m cruising along, a serial creator, leader and successful entrepreneur. [footage of Uforia Science plays]

Filled with certainty and confidence. Taking on the challenges and thrills of life, along with my precious kids.

Then one day our world as we know it changes. Suddenly I’m looking in the mirror asking questions like, “What just happened?”

As per Williams’ detailed executive history above, this is misleading. Williams was very much active in the MLM industry throughout the pandemic.

Rolvi Trading Review: Boris CEO Ponzi offering 2.85% a day

Rolvi Trading operates in the trading MLM niche.

Rolvi Trading’s website domain (“rolvi.com”), was first registered in 2016. The private registration was last updated in August 2021, which is when the current owner(s) took possession of it.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Rolvi Trading provides US and UK incorporation certificates.

For the purpose of MLM due-diligence, basic incorporation in any jurisdiction is meaningless.

This is due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus data.

In a recent June 2022 marketing video with a cringetastic laugh-track, Rolvi Trading represents it is headed up by CEO “Richard F. Asperger”:

Asperger is actually Wesley Johnson, a US actor based out of California:

Rolvi Trading provides other executives in their website. None of these actors appear in videos though, so I didn’t bother digging any further.

Rolvi Trading’s official company documents were put together by “Zahra Tariq”. This could be a link to Dubai but I’m trying not to read too much into it.
