Xyngular was co-founded by Marc Walker, Rudy Revak, Mary Julich and Steve Kole in 2009.

The company is based out of Utah and operates in the supplements MLM niche.

BehindMLM first reviewed Xyngular in 2014, raising concerns about retail pricing disclosure, mandatory promoter purchases and autoship recruitment.

At the request of a reader, today BehindMLM is revisiting Xyngular for a review update.

The Company

Back in 2014 Xyngular was headed up by co-founder and President Marc Walker. Today there’s no mention of Walker but Rudy Revak is credited as Xyngular’s founder and Chairman.

A 2012 lawsuit squabbling over ownership shares additionally cites Revak (right) as Xyngular’s majority shareholder;

The founders—Revak, Schenkel, Julich, and Kole—then agreed to an ownership structure whereby Revak would become Xyngular’s majority shareholder and the other three founders would become minority shareholders.

They decided that Revak would receive a 51% ownership interest; that Schenkel, Julich, and Kole would each receive a 10% interest.

I wasn’t able to confirm what Xyngular’s ownership structure is in 2026, but it’s assumed the original co-founders, although they’re not publicly associated with the company, are still receiving revenue tied to ownership.

Why Xyngular doesn’t disclose its company history and ownership structure to consumers is unclear.

As September 2024, Xyngular is headed up by President Oliver Dibblee (right).

Dibblee appears to have begun his MLM career with Unicity in the early 2010s. In 2021 Dibblee was appointed Associate Vice President of Sales at Amare Global.

In 2023 Dibblee left Amare Global for Synergy Worldwide (Nature’s Sunshine), serving as Vice President of US Sales and Business Development until early 2024.

In January 2024 Dibblee returned to Amare Global as Chief Growth Officer. That lasted less than a year before Dibblee jumped ship again for Xyngular in September 2024.

PV stands for “Personal Volume”. PV is generated by sales to retail customers and a Xyngular promoter’s own orders.

GV stands for “Group Volume”. GV is the sum total PV generated by a Xyngular promoter and their downline.

Note that for rank qualification, up to 60% of required GV can come from any one recruitment leg.

X5 Bonus

The X5 Bonus is paid out on “inception volume” (IV) generated from personally referred retail customers and recruited promoters.

IV is sales volume generated by orders placed by a retail customer or recruited promoter in their first thirty days. Autoship commitments are also required.

  • generate 600 IV and have five retail customers and/or recruited promoters on autoship and receive a $150 X5 Bonus
  • generate 1000 IV and have five retail customers and/or recruited promoters on autoship and receive a $250 X5 Bonus

IV for the X5 Bonus appears to be tracked monthly.

First Order Bonus

Xyngular pays the First Order Bonus via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original promoter’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Xyngular caps payable unilevel team levels at four.

The First Order Bonus is paid out across these four levels based on sales volume generated by personally recruited promoters within their first thirty days:

  • level 1 (personally referred retail customers and recruited promoters) – 20%
  • level 2 – 10%
  • level 3 – 7%
  • level 4 – 5%

Quick Start Bonus

The Quick Start Bonus pays $100 if a new Xyngular promoter refers four retail customers and/or recruits four promoters with 500 GV in generated sales volume

Another $100 is paid out if 1000 GV is generated.

Note both GV Quick Start Bonus criteria must be met within a Xyngular promoter’s first 30 days.

Launch Bonus

Xyngular rewards promoters for reaching Manager and Silver ranks within set milestones:

  • qualify at Manager within two months of signing up and receive $200
  • qualify at Silver within three months of signing up and receive $500

Xyngular rewards promoters for hitting retail first order and recurring order monthly volume targets:

Xyngular pays residual commissions via the same unilevel team used to pay the First Order Bonus (see above).

Xyngular caps residual commissions at eight unilevel team levels, paid out on subsequent retail and recruited promoter order sales volume:

  • Managers earn 10% on level 1, 7% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 and 4
  • Silver Managers earn 10% on level 1, 7% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 to 5

Xyngular Conclusion

As far as I can tell, Xyngular in 2026 is your regular lineup of MLM supplements wrapped in “biohacking” marketing.

Xyngular’s use of the biohacking buzzword appears directly attributable to Oliver Dibblee;

Oliver spearheaded Xyngular’s rebrand from a traditional wellness company to The Biohacking Company …

Looking back on Xyngular’s lineup in 2014, 2026 sees different product names but largely Xyngular is targeting the same nutritional supplement niche – with a bit of weight loss thrown in.

I did note considerable overlap in Xyngular’s products, particularly with the sleep and weight loss benefits.

One major improvement from 2014 is Xyngular fully disclosing retail pricing and nutritional information. This makes it easy for consumers to compare and analyze Xyngular’s supplements fully before committing.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with Xyngular’s supplements, I just didn’t see anything that particularly stood out.

Moving onto Xyngular’s compensation plan; the amount of front-end bonuses is impressive, provided it drives retail sales and not just promoter autoship.

Xyngular doesn’t have any mandatory retail volume requirements, so it’s up to promoters to balance their own order PV with retail PV.

If that’s not happening and all a promoter does is autoship qualify 125 PV each month and recruit others who do the same, that promoter is running their Xyngular business as a pyramid scheme. And if that’s happening company-wide, Xyngular itself is a pyramid scheme.

One other thing that immediately stood out to me was Xyngular’s first promoter rank, Manager, having a 2000 GV a month requirement.

My gut feeling is probably upwards of 95% of Xyngular promoters are not going to be generating 2000 GV each month.

I went to verify my gut instinct but the last Income Disclosure Xyngular published if from 2024, the year Oliver Dibblee signed on.

Nonetheless for 2024, 81.83% of Xyngular promoters weren’t generating 2000 GV a month. And just 9.64% had qualified at Manager.

I’d be very surprised if that Manager percentage didn’t drop over the past year.

What I don’t understand is why Xyngular’s Manager rank GV requirement is so high. The company is literally gatekeeping its MLM opportunity from its promoters.

The only thing I could think of is Xyngular adopting a carrot-dangling strategy, wherein the company banks on the overwhelming majority of promoters trying to hit 2000 GV but failing. That not-paid-out commission volume is kept by Xyngular.

Bit nefarious if that’s what’s going on. I’m leaning towards giving Xyngular the benefit of the doubt but otherwise can’t see any justifiable reason for 2000 GV a month to start with.

The good news is, in addition to monthly PV, Xyngular’s 2000 GV a month starting point gives prospective Xyngular recruits an additional data point to analyze.

First off you want to know how much of your potential upline’s 120 PV a month is retail volume. If it’s 100% or close to their own monthly order and there’s no 1:1 matching retail volume – that’s enough to be wary of what you’re getting into.

If there is equivalent retail PV, ask your potential upline if they’re Manager qualified. If so, how much of their 2000 GV a month is verifiable retail volume (watch out for traps like “my downline and I do purchase our required GV but we resell it to retail customers, promise!”).

If both of those data points check out, the next thing you want to do is compare the Xyngular supplements you’re interested in with alternatives.

Again, to their credit Xyngular provides nutritional information for each of their products and, as previously stated, I didn’t see anything that looked unique, so this shouldn’t be difficult to do.

This is what your retail customers are going to do, so if Xyngular’s pricing doesn’t make sense to you that’s something to be aware of.

Good luck!

Update 12th April 2026 – Perhaps pursuant to Xyngular’s supplement offering being “ho-hum”, the company has awkwardly pivoted to “medical weight loss”.

There’s no mention of XMD Wellness on Xyngular’s website. There was one mention of XMD Wellness on Xyngular’s FaceBook page back in November 2025, but that appears to be it.

I was tipped off to XMD Wellness by a reader in the comments below.

XMD Wellness is set up on the domain “xmdwellness.com”, privately registered on August 20th, 2025. XMD Wellness has its own FaceBook profile, but it hasn’t been updated since a profile picture was set in September 2025.

Through XMD Wellness, Xyngular sells compounded and branded Ozempic and Zepbound (semaglutide and tirzepatide respectively):

XMD Wellness don’t disclose who their medical partners are, stating only that they wash their hands of any liability;

XMD Wellness LLC is not licensed to practice medicine and does not provide any healthcare service.

XMD Wellness LLC does not control or interfere with the provision of Healthcare Services provided by any Provider, which include medically trained clinicians and their affiliated Medical Groups, each of whom is independent from XMD Wellness LLC and solely responsible for the healthcare service you receive.

You understand and agree that XMD Wellness LLC is not responsible for any Healthcare Service provided by a Provider or their Medical Group, including any personal injury or property damage.

Personally I’d be wary of any company that doesn’t stand behind its product or service. It’s not like Ozempic and Zepbound are hard to come by.

One reason XMD Wellness isn’t featured on Xyngular’s website might be the conflict between its existing weight loss supplements.

Xyngular as an MLM opportunity isn’t marketed on the XMD Wellness website, however it’s believed sales volume funnels back into Xyngular’s compensation plan.

As to how XMD Wellness fits into this review, I can see why Xyngular pivoted from its supplements. How they’ve done it feels a bit shady though.

Presently you’ve got Xyngular and XMD Wellness being marketed on their respective websites. There’s obvious benefit crossover (weight loss), weighed towards XMD Wellness’ “medical weight loss” over Xyngular’s supplements.

If Xyngular wants to argue that’s not the case (ie. have their cake and eat it too), it begs the question as to why XMD Wellness isn’t part of Xyngular proper? Why create separate branding on a separate website to compete against yourself?

If the Xyngular supplements are dead, drop them and go all-in on the Ozempic bandwagon. If they’re not, drop the biohacking branding and properly integrate XMD Wellness into Xyngular to avoid confusion.

The elephant in the room is Xyngular’s supplements might not be the only casualty if the company goes all in on Ozempic;

All medical guidance comes from healthcare professionals, not Xyngular or its distributors.

We do not control or interfere with the medical advice of the independent clinicians offering services through the XMD Wellness platform.

You don’t really need promoters if they’re not legally allowed to offer any guidance with respect to your product.

The current mixed identity situation between Xyngular and XMD Wellness isn’t ideal for promoters or consumers.
