Questra World Review: Russian scammers, IPOs & African banking
A video on the Questra World website identifies Jose Manuel Gilabert as CEO of the company. Other than that, no information about Questra World’s management is provided.
A corporate address in Madrid, Spain is also provided on the Questra World website.
The same address appears on AirBnB (as a one bedroom apartment) for $45 a night.
The Questra World website domain (“questraworld.es”) was registered on the 30th of June. Questra Holdings is listed as the domain owner.
Questra World appears to have been initially launched as Questra Holdings in mid 2015. Questra Holdings used the domain “questra.es”, which today is non-responsive.
In September 2016 Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority issued a regulatory warning against Questra Holdings.
Questra Holdings is not an authorized investment firm or credit institution in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide banking and/or investment services in or from Belgium.
Moreover, the system proposed by Questra Holdings has every appearance of being of a pyramidal type or at least of a Ponzi fraud.
Whether this lead to the Questra World name-change is unclear.
Possibly due to language barriers, I was unable to find any further information on Jose Manuel Gilabert (MLM related or otherwise).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
The Questra World Product Line
Questra World has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Questra World affiliate membership itself.
The Questra World Compensation Plan
The Questra World compensation plan sees affiliates invest in eleven plans, on the promise of an average weekly ROI.
- Standard – invest €90 to €999,999 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 6% for 52 weeks (ROI not withdrawable until after 52 weeks)
- White – invest €90 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 4%
- Yellow – invest €270 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 4.2%
- Green – invest €810 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 4.6%
- Blue – invest €2430 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 5%
- Red – invest €7290 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 5.2%
- Black – invest €21,870 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 6%
- Indigo – invest €65,610 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 6.2%
- VIP – invest €100,000 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 6.47%
- VIP Gold – invest €250,000 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 6.47%
- VIP Platinum – invest €500,000 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 6.47%
Questra World Affiliate Ranks
There are eleven affiliate ranks within the Questra World compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:
- Newcomer – sign up and invest in a Questra World plan
- Bronze Agent – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €3000 EUR
- Silver Agent – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €25,000 EUR
- Gold Agent – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €50,000 EUR
- Platinum Agent – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €100,000 EUR
- Bronze Director – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €500,000 EUR
- Silver Director – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €1,000,000 EUR
- Gold Director – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €3,000,000 EUR
- Platinum Director – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €10,000,000 EUR
- Managing Director – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €30,000,000 EUR
- Super Director – personally recruit affiliates who together invest at least €100,000,000 EUR
Referral commissions in Questra World are paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Commissions are paid out as a percentage of funds invested by affiliates in a unilevel team.
How much of a percentage a Questra World affiliate earns is determined by their rank:
- Newcomer – 5%
- Bronze Agent – 7%
- Silver Agent – 9%
- Gold Agent – 10.5%
- Platinum Agent – 12%
- Bronze Director – 13%
- Silver Director – 14%
- Gold Director – 14.5%
- Platinum, Managing and Super Directors – 15%
Note that the above percentages are a coded bonus, with 15% paid out on every Questra World investment.
If an affiliate is not at that Platinum Director or higher rank, they are paid their applicable percentage. The system then searches further up the upline to pay what remains of the total 15% payout.
Eg. You are a Bronze Agent and recruit a new VIP affiliate (€100,000 EUR).
Your referral commission rate is 7%, so you are paid €7000 EUR.
This leaves 8% of the total 15% generated, which has to be paid out to a Silver Agent and higher ranked affiliates.
The Questra World system begins searching the upline for a Silver Agent or higher ranked affiliate.
The first it finds is a Bronze Director. A Bronze Director’s referral rate is 13%. 7% has already been paid out to you so they receive the difference of 6%.
Of the total 15%, 2% remains to be paid out.
The Questra World system continues to search the upline for a Silver, Gold, Platinum, Managing or Super Director to pay the remaining 2% out to.
If a Silver Director (14%) is found, the system pays out 1% and searches for higher ranked affiliates to pay the remaining 1% out to.
If a Gold Director (14.5%) is found, the system pays out 1.5% and searches for a higher ranked affiliate to pay the remaining 0.5%out to.
If a Platinum, Managing or Super Director is found, the system pays out the remaining 2% and stop searching.
Note that Platinum, Managing and Super Directors receive the full 15% referral commission rate on all deposits made by personally recruited affiliates.
As the full amount is paid out to these affiliates, no coded bonus is paid upline.
Interest Free Loan
Questra World affiliates at the Gold Director and higher ranks can apply for an interest free loan.
The Questra World website states the loan must be put towards real estate or a vehicle.
25% of the price of the real estate or vehicle must be paid by the affiliate. Questra World offer to pay the remaining 75% over a period of 5 years (vehicle) or 10 years (real estate).
Repayments on the loan are taken out of a Questra World affiliate’s commissions.
Joining Questra World
Questra World affiliate membership is tied to investment in one of eleven plans:
- Standard – €90 to €999,999 EUR
- White – €90 EUR
- Yellow – €270 EUR
- Green – €810 EUR
- Blue – €2430 EUR
- Red – €7290 EUR
- Black – €21,870 EUR
- Indigo – €65,610 EUR
- VIP – €100,000 EUR
- VIP Gold – €250,000 EUR
- VIP Platinum – €500,000 EUR
The primary difference between the above plans is income potential through the Questra World compensation plan.
Although presented in somewhat of a confusing matter, Questra World’s compensation plan is simple enough.
Questra World affiliates invest up to €999,999 EUR on the promise of weekly ROIs.
The only verifiable source of revenue entering Questra World is affiliate revenue. The use of new affiliate revenue to pay off existing affiliates makes Questra World a Ponzi scheme.
One thing I observed is that almost every video on the official Questra World YouTube channel is titled in Russian. This struck me as strange for a purportedly Spanish company.
I dug a little deeper and came across a marketing presentation on the Questra World website.
Oddly enough the presentation start off by marketing Atlantic Global Asset Management.
Questra World claim to be an “advertising broker” with “exclusive rights” to promote Atlantic Global Asset Management.
Atlantic Global Asset Management have investment plans of their own, offering weekly ROIs of up to 6.47% on deposits of up to €500,000 EUR.
The company maintains a website over at “atlanticgam.es”.
Atlantic Global Asset Management claim to generate ROI revenue through the arranging and conducting of IPOs, however nothing specifically links ROI payouts to IPOs.
Leave aside the fact that if Atlantic Global Asset Management were able to consistently generate 300% to 500% ROIs in 7 to 8 months, they’d have no need to solicit investment from affiliates.
The CEO of Atlantic Global Asset Management is cited as Andrey Andreevich Abakumov:
This appears to be Questra World’s link to Russia.
No information outside of Abakumov’s involvement with Questra World and Atlantic Global Asset Management exists.
Antonino Vieira Robalo is cited as President of Atlantic Global Asset Management’s “President of the Fund”.
Documents in the presentation suggest Atlantic Global Asset Management have incorporated themselves in Cabo Verde.
Cabo Verde, also known as Cape Verde, is a remote island nation of the west coast of Africa. It has a population of about 500,000.
Antonino Robalo is Questra World’s link to Cabo Verde. Otherwise the company doesn’t appear to have any physical presence there.
EcoBank, who Atlantic Global Asset Management claim is “the largest bank in Cabo Verde”, is purportedly who they launder invested affiliate funds through.
When we put all of this together, we get Russian scammers using Spanish puppets to front their Ponzi scheme. Funds are laundered through a remote African island bank, which is unlikely to trip money laundering filters.
None of this even remotely suggests any legitimate business activity is taking place across either Russia, Spain or Cabo Verde.
As with all Ponzi schemes, Questra World will collapse once recruitment of new affiliates dies out.
The extremely long maturity period of investments (365 days) means Questra World, Atlantic Global Asset Management and any other names they go by, will collapse long before affiliates realize their money is gone.
Affiliates will then be left chasing paper trails through the wilderness of an African island nation, which if they get through will lead on to who knows what in Russia.
Best of luck with that.
Please have a look at this WARNING from the Belgium FSMA:
Thanks Oz, this is a good article.
I got a 90 euro white package paid it forward by my upline. I already thought the website looked dodgy of atlanticgam.es but did not see the russian or african connection.
Just like the skyway project it looks like a marketing scam.
Interesting… I thought their whole business model was trading either forex or binary trading… will ahve to take another gander into that….
This creator Questra: vk.com/ldcapitall Czeslaw Y.
After a couple of months, this project closes. Information from reliable Russian…
Looks like what it comes down to is whether or not we believe the following information that was taken directly from their website.
If this is bogus (How can we find out if they are involved (I will ask them for recent results) in transactions) then it is clearly a ponzi.
Looks like Cheslav Yuryevich is certainly living it up.
Guess at whose expense?
Unless those results show consistent ROIs over time to pay out Questra World’s advertised ROI rates, they mean nothing.
What you might get are some random forex reports showing marginal wins. That’s token pseudo-compliance while the majority of the ROIs paid out are funded by subsequent investment.
Questra World pretends to be a Spanish company when it’s run by Russian scammers. Forex is a common enough con for Ponzi schemes, this is nothing new.
Joes looked like an aged Ron Walsh of EzWealth now GetCashConnected lol
Some pics for you, from russian internet: mmgp.ru/showpost.php?p=11063463
Questra’s “Director of marketing” is fake, it’s just some random photo stolen from linkedin.
Not surprised. Questra World is fraudulent from the ground up.
Also, it’s ukrainian scheme, not the russian one.
Madoff showed consistent returns.
They have gone to a lot of trouble to set this up. System, promotional material, website. They pay out 300% over 12 months would suggest they should have already closed up.
I see they say have been around since 2009 and more recent upgrade since, early 2015.
Pls ready info carefully because investment do not offer 300% but around 220% after year, BUT in this is included 100% of what we invested so the real ROI gives after year is Twice what we invested. If you have a team of good (for example) stock market investors in company it is not hard to get that ROI.
about ponzi scheme: AGAM do not pay for advertisment in public media due to not filtered/interested ppl. They choosen MLM model but if you are smart (I believe!) than U will see that every company has a structured model with directors general, regional, managers and consultants this is driven by better leadership, even in Army you have generals, captains, solders to do the same.
Both famous banks and companies like Questra pay the commission for the results…so why you only hate this model. If so – do (Ozedit: Offtopic derail attempts removed)
With no hate –> All the best & regards!
This is something only a dumbass would say. Anyone with half a brain can appreciate that not “every company” offers Ponzi ROIs.
Banks are regulated and don’t pay you a fixed weekly ROI with subsequently invested funds.
Any more Ponzi excuses you want to trot out?
The Austrian regulator warns – fma.gv.at/en/questra-world-ltd/
Atlantic Global Asset Management reported as Česká spořitelna as the entity with which cooperation.
On the site of the bank, however, the partnership is not zmienka. So how exactly is it?
Another warning from Austria – fma.gv.at/en/atlantic-global-asset-management-sa/
Questra Holding not scam or ponzi scheme.. Good company.. 😉 wait for 2017!
What’s there to wait for? Did your upline promise you riches if you hang on just that little bit longer?
I came across AGAM independently from Questra. If anyone actually believes they are real in any way, then I despair.
Just look at their website ffs. And this:
And this (!)
Some partners have frozen accounts! indicating that the company is not serious! where high risks!
Russia is interested in the security service of the illegality of the company!
I am in this company since November 23 2016 and i haven’t any problem. It’s very good. I’m french.
Perhaps it’s a ponzi, I don’t know…..
According to their calculations if u you invest 900 euros after 2 years u will get 160k euros. Too good to be true.
I just withdraw 200€ without problem.
#22 Dmitro, ¿frozen accounts? from December 19th, 2016 to January 9th, 2017, they were on vacation. They warn us weeks ago that you can’t withdraw if they are on vacation. Don’t lie.
They returned on January 9th and I withdrawn without problem (200€).
My Investment adviser recommended them to me, I believe the company, Though many companies are scams but not this one.
Sadly your investment adviser is scamming you. Whether you believe in the scam is neither here nor there.
That’s right, some partners have frozen accounts like Igor Horst. He was a German top-leader and was one of the first that achieved the 500,000 bonus level. But they have frozen his account and now he lost 2 million Euros of commissions and bonus.
Other German leaders changed the company, too. Rudolf Till has written a statement in the Whatsapp group, that he aren’t promoting QuestraWorld any more, because he is waiting for his bonus since November.
All the big leaders are in other companies now.
Sorry, Igor Horst was in Beonpush, then Questra and now EvoBinary , hey make only scame!!
So Igor Horst is one of the biggest Scamer in Europe!
Everyone who signe in Questra, Evobinary are a Scamer
For all that you wrote above, you have no proof. It’s all speculation.
I know people who get paid every week. Some of them have an incom of €5 – 10.000 a month. (Ozedit: Spam removed)
There’s nothing speculative about Questra’s business model (compensation plan). That you choose to ignore a fraudulent business model is on you.
Your buddies will continue to scam people as long as new affiliates sign up. That’s how a Ponzi scheme works.
Ripping people off in a Ponzi scheme doesn’t legitimize financial fraud.
Hmm. Isn’t that Ruud Tax, the “tachyon energy” con man from Antwerp?
He looks like a Faith Sloan-style professional scammer from what I can see on him.
Well, A few days ago i received from a gentlemen an invitation to take a look at a few videos and bla bla bla (usual stuff) 😉
He’d liked to have my point of view.
One of my mentors told me in 2009, the first thing to do is No hurry.
The second thing to do is Read contract, company guidelines, rules and procedures.
The third thing to do is name of founder followed by scam in search bar.
When you can read in the contract anything that looks unclear or not in your interest…. It must be clear to you that IT IS NOT IN YOUR INTEREST 😉
When i can read in the contract that this mister did send me gracefully the following sections;
I say don’t be foolished, easy money don’t exist, only intelligent way of doing respectful business does exist. But that is not the case here.
Run as fast as you can out of that scam.
Wish you all an excellent day.
Earlier.. I had shared a link of the SEC taking action on Atlantic.
Upon further checking I realised that it is a different company altogether.
To admin, please disregard the link I had shared. Thank you.
No worries. I figured as much when Littleroundman pointed it out.
thanks for this topic…
I have researched this “opportunity” extensively… Since I know some guys that do day-trading and make about 4-6% each week, I’m confused… Is there anybody in this discussion that has actually made an investment with them? However small it may be…?
I am willing to take the chance with a small amount just to see if it perhaps would be legit. But it would be great to see/hear if some people that are discussing this have actually tested it…
There’s no harm in losing €90/270/810, depending where you’re at…
Thanks for the reply.
This might come as a surprise, but your own hip pocket wasn’t a factor in this review. That Questra is a Ponzi scheme run by Russian scammers was more pressing.
Hello i have been with This company for 5 weeks i have over 20 friends that are in as well. Some since semptember.
Tommorrow about 400 top investors are going to dubai for 4 days. All paid expense by questra. Im sure alot of gfeedy rich dubai millionares have money to put in.
All of my friends including me have collected on time with no troubles. I have 16,200 euros put in. My weekly roi i recieved euro as follows:
i do want to add that i have money to throw but also was crazy enough to invest. It may blow up in a year or so if it is a ponzi. I regret investing but what regret the most is there are going to be people losing money and scammed.
Im disgusted with this fact if its true. Whats worst is innocent people may lose there hard earned money.
I truly thank the site and its admins for doing all this work to atleast try its best to warn people i am a loyal follower of you from now on. Take care and be well.
I also want to add that im not supporting or promoting A.G.A.M but im only leaving info from my current experience with them. I will upload every week if anyone wants me too. Dont hesitate to ask.
Yeah, we all know people who know people who say stuff like that.
Does anyone know a reporter who would love to investigate this scam?
Would be a wake up call for everyone and help to many people who are thinking to join, lots of people join everyday
i just joined QW, what is problem here, is they any prove stated is scam. if not, dont say much.
The problem is Questra World is a Ponzi scheme. The proof is in the compensation plan.
Questra is going to be the MOTHER of all SCAMS.
1.ECOBANK is NOT a PARTNER. Just the bank that issued the cards.
Chat with them to confirm: ecobank.com/personal-banking/contact-us
2.They didn’t but TACV: flytacv.com
TACV Cabo Verde Airlines is a scheduled and charter, passenger and cargo airline based in Praia, Cape Verde. Wikipedia
CEO: Joao Pereira Silva (Mar 2012–)
Headquarters: Praia, Cape Verde
3. Bloomberg is NOT a PARTNER.
Paying members from profits?
No transactions available in the past 12 months.
Questra Corporation does not have any Key Executives recorded. But promoters claim 21 board of directors around the world.
4. Questra is NOT hyip.
It IS HYIP. NO products.
5. Questra will open a new office in Singapore for Asian countries, a new office in Dubai by May this year.
LOL Singapore. Dubai no surprise, scammers love DoBuy.
6. Questra bank by 2019. Maybe Dubai.
Remember TM BANK?
Passive members earn peanuts. If you have a team, you will earn huge.
Nobody is taking advantage of the insurance offered by Questra, they always remind refs to deactivate it.
My obsessed friend said it will be around till 2021-2124. INDIA will start in stage 4 during 2019 to 2021.
Worst than UFUN where people lost their homes, savings, pensions.
Written in Russian, open up in Google Chrome and translate. scamquestra.com
Every accomplice in former scam operations has an elevated position in Questra ranking. The site contains very detailed information.
URL to forum following ungoing Questra business in Russia itself (Ukraine is where it all started)… mmgp.ru/showthread.php?t=475585&page=38
More difficult to interprete when translating, but you’ll be able to pick up the pieces… seems people there are more familiar with this kind of business modelling.
on february 17th, 2017 the Financial Conduct Authority [FCA] of the UK has also published a warning against questra world:
this makes it a total of three countries which have already warned against this scam ie belgium, austria and the UK.
People are pushing this knowing it is a scam. Passive players BEWARE!
You don’t have a single ref, it will take you forever to get your seed.
The money is in building a team. Convincing the gullible to buy expensive suitcases.
If it’s legit, why are they not taking advantage of the insurance?
Check Bloomberg, NO single transaction for the last 12 months.
Questra SCAM will beat UFUN. Questra will ruin a lot of lives.
How and where can we report this?
Report a scam: fca.org.uk/node/5796/done?sid=294326&token=75e8176bd329d35559ec0f0397377c8e
Invested here 3 months ago so far getting paid every Friday taking out the earnings without any problems.
As long as there’s new victims from you to steal from, you’ll get paid. That’s how a Ponzi scheme works.
I am really interested with these article… i am come from Indonesian country and Already join with white package.. need clear imformation about legality of Questra Holdings Company.
Ponzi schemes are just as illegal in Indonesia as anywhere else.
I was really invited yesterday for a kind of a seminar hosted by a guy in Nigeria who claimed to have joined since October 2016 and had been earning big since then.
He told us that his entry tole was 270 euros and had been getting paid his ROI since then and as a matter of fact received and alert of 5000 euros as bonus.
The striking thing is that he splitted the stuff into two: AGAM and Questra World.
He said that AGAM is an investment company under whose platform one registers as a holder whom shall be paid 5-10% of investment weekly and the QuestraWorld is the networking aspect of the stuff.
That doesn’t actually want the stress of getting people to register, he or she can just wait and be receiving 5-10% of his investment weekly for a period of one year. But if one wants to earn more,he should refer people which enables him to earn referral bonus from Questra which would be added to the AGAM’s weekly ROI.
Many are willing to join because they told us it’s not a ponzi. Scheme that leverage on people.
That AGAM invest people’s collective investments in IPOs, FOREX, debentures, real estate and all that. And now all these info are coming up against AGAM and Questra World.
Is it like MMM?
And at that point you asked for proof linking this to the scammer’s alleged ROI payouts?
One Ponzi is much the same as another. Unless you’re the admin or one of his or her buddies, you’re going to lose money.
the sooner you join the better, but joining later on is high risk as millions and millions will all be waiting for new registrations.
just like MMM it is now 2 years since account freezed with our icy money nobody knows when will the money melt.
No offices no where to report just online gambling thats all. Join at own risk.
There’s no money to “melt”. It’s gone, you got scammed and the same thing will happen again in Questra World.
That’s how a Ponzi schemes work.
I withdraw my money every week. Everybody are payed. And I know many people in my city who has already earned several millions!!!
Whether you personally scam people is neither here nor there.
But not more than they’ve personally invested, which is impossible in a Ponzi scheme.
If you’re going to shill, at least do it without a Russian email address. /facepalm
I took one look at the video and knew that there was something fishy about this company! The spelling is bad, some of the background graphics are in Dutch, the presentation is not very professionally done and no real information given about how they trade.
Plus the fact that they only trade on Zulu and eTore, not to say those are bad, I don’t have enough info to judge that, but it doesn’t seem to me that professional investors/traders would limit themselves to ‘social media’ type platforms.
Also, to those of you who say that you withdraw money every week, of course you do! That’s how these Ponzi schemes work.
Initially, while more and more investors are joining, there is enough money to go around (minus of course the bit they are taking) as people are depositing funds. But at some point this will dry out, they will have taken their share and investors will lose whatever they still have in there.
My advice, take you money out asap. Although I really do feel sorry for those who have not researched this, or don’t read blogs etc. the will end up losing their money.
Oz, you have to be frustrating Person 🙂 I am in Questra about more than a Year. And became much more money out than i have investing. (Ozedit: Snip. Whether you’ve personally scammed people has no bearing on Questra being a Ponzi scheme.)
wtf you said people…..i’m all ready in questra for one year and half…..works perfect…paid perfect…
great feeback…been in madrid first to see the office…been in dubai….to get the bonusses…been in berlin to the big convention!!!!
do you no what….they have buy a swiss assurance compagnie to legalize all the new office….all ready open!!!
so before you say …scame…or ponzi….be sure!!!! because i have meet all the big ones and what is good…. stay good.
Whether you’ve succesfully scammed people who joined after you or no doesn’t make Questra World any less of a Ponzi scheme.
Ditto offices in Madrid and Dubai and conventions in Germany. And whatever a “swiss assurance compagnie” is. You can’t legalize a Ponzi scheme so it’s a moot point.
Once affiliate recruitment dies off, so too does new investment – leaving the majority of Questra World affiliates with a loss.
You make me laugh. you think you understand how all this works. The ignorance of some people!!
I am afraid a lot of people are going to loose money on Questra, I can´t believe they managed to get this big.
Exactly!! The ignorance that some of you are capable of drives me mad!!
You are all ragging about Questra being a scam, ponzi etc. But I bet most of you have absolutely no ideas what ponzi even means (your statement says it all).
Furthermore, you deny the fact that there are no proofs of anyone ever not receiving the money from Questra because indeed this never happened.
Since you are all trying to give a felling you are very well informed about the whole thing how can you then not see what are they doing??
Can you try to explain why on earth would they be opening new offices, organizing such big events, stepping in from of cameras every week, keep everyone up to date about the every step they make and basically just investing a ton of money if this is just a “scam”?
I think we all agree that if this was really the case, they would need to shut down this at some point, take the money and “run”. But what they are doing is exactly the opposite.
Open your eyes! I am not sure if you are all so pessimistic looking and ignorant OR you have actually invested in Questra as well and are so envious that you don’t want others to succeed as well.
Using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors, like Questra are doing, is Ponzi fraud.
Ponzi schemes pay as long as new investors are recruited and invest. Sorry, what’s your point?
Repeat after me:
Opening new offices, organizing events and stepping infront of cameras doesn’t make using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors any less of a Ponzi scheme.
The owners of Ponzi schemes don’t invest money, they steal it.
That’s the thing about Ponzi schemes. You don’t realize they’ve collapsed… until they’ve collapsed.
and once again, you’d be on the losing end of yet another bet.
Where did Oz ever claim that nobody was ever paid by QuestraWorld?
Maybe you should check your own statements for truth before accusing others. Glass houses and stones and all that.
Are you serious? Are you aware of the projects they are doing at the moment and the ones they have planned for the near future? If they would indeed be a scam, this would be a total suicide for them!
They are getting A LOT of new members every week. IF they were a scam they could just sit down, wait for the thing to get huge and then steal the money.
Ohh, that is such an unexpected answer from you. Unnecessary as well.
Don’t try to talk your way out, get to the point and realize things! You are quoting me instead of providing a single argument.
You think they are Ponzi, and they steal money? You think that based on what? Oh, you have a feeling this may be the case, right?
You also previously mentioned you can’t legalize a ponzi scheme. And I agree on this statement with you but well my friend I am sorry, Questra is doing exactly that 😉
Couldn’t care less because, say it with me, projects whether real or planned do not negate using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors (Ponzi fraud).
Yeah, I’m sure the Russian scammers running Questra World are quaking in their boots.
Hell, they’ve got gullible idiots like you who’ll apparently believe anything they say. Realisitcally, what are you (or your downline) going to do once Questra World collapses and they do a runner?
Or make even more money with minimal effort put into marketing.
Based on Questra World’s business model. I suppose you only glossed over the review before rushing to comment about imaginary projects that have nothing to do with Ponzi fraud.
The point is and always has been Questra world uses newly invested funds to pay off existing investors, making it a Ponzi scheme.
The only person trying to discuss anything and everything other than that single fact is you.
Their projects (including events,conferences..) do not pay off existing investors, same goes for opening offices etc.
Man this is far away from “minimal” effort. They are investing in this a lot! And I have to say even I am personally impressed how well they organized everything.
Yes this is your opinion/view on this. But nothing more than that. How can you prove/support your statement? You can’t.
Of course not, it’s Ponzi smoke and mirrors. Newly invested funds (from newly recruited affiliates) are used to pay off existing investors.
Right, and I’m sure you can provide documented proof of any and all investments and forensic accounting tying and such investments to affiliate ROI payments?
Protip: Video footage of persons unknown signing pieces of toilet paper, no matter how high the production value, is not proof of anything.
Exhibit A: Questra World’s business model.
Now, you’ll either start providing proof of your claims or I’m hitting the spam button. Enough Ponzi PR, thanks.
Just like Bernie Madoff, Andy Bowdoin, Paul Burks, Charis Johnson and Charlie Scoville did, Eh ???
Oops, none of them did ”wait for the thing to get huge and then steal the money” they all got caught before they could go anywhere.
HINT: if you’re going to base your investing on what people DON’T do and not what they ARE doing, you’re in for a long and painful learning experience.
hahaha you are a funny guy I must admit.
Look, I am sceptical about them as well. And I haven’t invested and neither will, ever. But the only thing that frustrates me is the fact you are all trying to prove they are a scam based on nothing.
If it was for life/death and you would ask me if they were scam I would say they are. But that is just because we have a feeling something is not right when it sounds too good, and that is true most of the times.
The only thing that I can’t understand here is why on earth would they invest so much time, money in this if it is just a scam. They wouldn’t have to do that, even if they would want to gain huge amounts of money.
And by making themselves very well known they are not doing any favours to themselves either. It’s like stabbing yourself right in the hearth.
Anyway, take care 😉
You know you’re not fooling anyone, right?
There’s nothing to prove. The only verifiable source of revenue entering Questra World is affiliate investment. Using those funds to pay a ROI is Ponzi fraud.
Of course you would, because it’s the logical conclusion to draw based on known facts.
You must be new to MLM underbelly Ponzi schemes. Consider this a learning experience.
Known to who? I had to dig pretty hard to pull some names out for this review. Do you really know who’s running the Questra World show? (and don’t say Jose Manuel Gilabert)
Ummn, err, because they intend to make more money than their initial cost, perhaps.
You know, like movie makers invest hundreds of millions of dollars and months of their time, because they fully intend to make more than their investment.
You really ARE new at this, aen’t you ???
I have a yellow suitcase, there are times I don’t earn enough to meet the minimum. I stopped promoting questrascam after learning about the 3 warnings, the serial scammers behind it, the fake TACV IPO.
To earn huge, one needs to build a team, that’s what my former partner did. He knew it’s a scam, but money’s good.
It’s paying NOW and will continue paying due to promoter’s insatiable appetite or greed.
Remember UFUN. This is not for small, passive players. You need a team of gullible people with deep pockets.
Do that and you will be laughing your way to the bank.
Oz…..you are very funny and frustrating guy 🙂 Start to live 😉
Everyone will invest Money where he want and you can talk whatever you want. Meanwhile we earn Money every Week and soon will be Friday again 🙂
And you…. don’t forget to wake up in the Morning to go to Work 🙂
Whether you are successfully scamming people or not is irrelevant to Questra World being a Ponzi scheme.
Personally I couldn’t give a crap about your finances.
Oz, thank you for your fight against scammers. Thanks to sites like this a lot of people have not lost money!
This may interest you in regards of Questra and Atlantic Global Assets.
Polish KNF (SEC equivalent) listed both companies in warning lists citing:
$178 of Act on Trading in Financial Instruments
Companies listed under numbers 5, 56, 57.
$287 and 290-296 of Investment Fund Act
Companies listed under numbers 1, 5 and 6.
Both are related to not having correct licence for compounding and investing money from other people.
Here is link to KNF page. knf.gov.pl/o_nas/ostrzezenia_publiczne/lista_ostrzezenia.html
Both listings indicates that owners may run piramid based scheme and participating may result in fees and even prosecution as joining and actively promoting ponzi is prohibited in most of the world.
Thanks for the heads up sh44gy!
Thanks for the article. Questra is operating very actively in my country Vietnam, just like bitkingdom earlier.
Please show me how to prove them scam in a few sentences or a concrete evidence that no one can deny.
I have some difficulties in proving them scam in investment forums here in Vietnam. Thanks and keep it up.
Ask for evidence Questra World has a source of revenue other than new affiliate investment. And I mean hard evidence, not “my sponsor’s sponsor’s dog says…” type nonsense.
Using newly invested funds to pay existing Questra World affiliates a ROI is Ponzi fraud, that’s all there is to it.
It’s not that simple. They are using language barrier to make sure you don’t find anything OTHER than what they put out, which is obviously just “fluff pieces”. (or as Chinese say, fancy pillow)
What you *should* do, IMHO, is point out the obvious: WHY are we trusting some company on the other side of the world, who don’t even speak our language, lead by people we don’t know, with our money, just because they *CLAIM* to be able to return more money?
What happens if they are crooks? Will our government able to help us if they are?
If not, then what? WHY should we take that kind of risk, just because someone is being paid to say so?
I was told about questra just today and I thought I should do a research. When I saw the site I knew it was fake.
I have had dealings with hyip companies and other ponzis so I can smell fake ones from far. They are smart but failed to see inconsistencies in their statements. please I implore you to run!!!!
Hello members Questra World! Really important message:
Please dont send me everyday 50 messages what happened with 4 countries: Kazachstan, Ukraine, Germany and Poland!!
One big reason: Agam introduce new bank in Poland for bank transfer and in other 3 countries. To find good cooperate With this countries and more regulated by them.
I dont have magical or special info. Only what You should do is read “News” on agam. Or on main page: if someone life in this countries.
What happened is that Questra and AGAM are not paying tax to the country and their “business” is under investigation committing a crime Article 287 and article 290-296 of the Act of investments fraud.
Whole Europe, Khazastan, Russia and it was send to Spanish government also, now all Countries are translating everything the police gathered in to their native languages and after its going to court.
For now under investigation is Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Russia, Khazastan, Belgium, Germany.
I’m following the post by one of the leaders. I didn’t include the links that was shared.
Looks like a bunch of nonsensical Ponzi waffle to me.
Plan of actions aimed at punishing Questra/AGAM scam organizers and accomplices and stopping their activities in the EU:
Collecting all data (videos, photos, explanations, all public and non-public information on the organizers and evidences of the scam, addresses and names) and compiling the data into a single document with printed photos, recorded videos and all data in a written form.
Translating all testimonies and evidences into the language of the country where complaints are sent to.
Sending data to competent authorities in Germany.
Sending data to competent authorities in Spain (including addresses and stating violations of the local laws).
Sending data to competent authorities in Poland.
Sending data to competent authorities in the countries where Questra/AGAM and their accomplices induce people into joining the scam (analyze and identify the areas).
Sending all complaints and the package of documents to EcoBank (the regional office in Cabo Verde and the head office).
Sending all complaints and the package of documents to EcoBank regulators and competent authorities in Africa – GIABA and FATF – for investigation and prevention of financial crimes, money laundering, possible financing of terrorism in the territory of the EU using the funds of the pyramid scheme.
Sending all complaints and the package of documents to Cabo Verde for the purpose of revoking the license and annulling the registration of AGAM scam.
Sending all complaints and the package of documents to the embassy of Spain so that the above mentioned scam organizers are prohibited to move freely within the territory of the EU/Schengen area and commit their unlawful acts.
Sending all complaints and the package of documents to the main financial regulators and supervisory authorities of the region and EU countries.

Incriminated creation of a pyramid scheme by an organized criminal group, large scale fraud, laundering of criminally obtained money, non-payment of taxes, illegal banking activity, use of shadow funds for committing and financing unlawful acts in the territory of the country, inspection for terrorism financing. Withdrawal of fundsabroad (to Ukraine and Russia) to the scam organizers.
Appeal to migration departments of the EU to prevent the scam creators from getting citizenship or residence permits as well as for their expelling from the territory of the EU.
The Questra world announcement makes no sense. Expanding operations to new countries shouldn’t require “wallet functions” to be limited.
Furthermore, aren’t those countries in the EuroZone?
Rafał Pietruk: You understand situation or just talking? Introduce new bank is not one day or even 10. Company working on this and soon will be fix it.
Osang appears to be talking to himself. But the gist is clear – inflows are drying up and the scammers are consequently shutting off outflows whenever they can, with the aim of
a) keeping the scam alive for as long as possible
b) maximising their gains when they take the money and run. The endgame has started.
Martine Vandevelde I just hope that in 2 weeks everething wil be okay … we can not even make new clients.
LOL, she wants more victims.
Questra will be going down soon!
Hello, it passed 1 years on this company, I earn a profit by my package invested 21.870 euro, i have more than 60.000 eur profit in hand, why you put false and negative informations about this company here?
The profit come from a real activity! I recomand Questra with all my trust!
There’s nothing false about Questra World being a Ponzi scheme. Whether being a scam has a negative impact on the business is neither here nor there.
Stealing money from investors who join after you isn’t “real activity”.
I think the funny thing here is the knowing everything with no valid proof. (Ozedit: Offtopic derail attempts removed)
All the proof you need is in Questra World’s business model.
The only verifiable source of revenue entering the company is affiliate investment. Using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors makes Questra World a Ponzi scheme.
And if you want to whine about the government and pull out the usual Ponzi tropes, do it elsewhere.
The thing about Ponzi scammers is you can’t take anything they say at face value.
Proof? Nah. This is Facebook…
Meanwhile Questra World didn’t exist until mid 2016.
Before they lied about TVAC then connections with Bloomberg and Ecobank.
**customer support message today.
Don’t worry guys, see they mentioned Switzerland. questrascam will make you rich lol.
Be very careful that they will not close also to behindmlm for defamation
Did you know that a website has been closed for false and offensive accusations in Russia , the site name is “scamquestra.ru” the operators of this site sent a public article that said that QW is a fraud and many lies Which have affected the company and its activities.
The owners of the website were tried to confirm their arguments and, of course, they lost and were fined and immediately closed the site.
The Commission considers that the European Union must be able to take the necessary measures to ensure respect for human rights.
There’s a big difference between .com website and .ru domains.
Russian Ponzi scammers aren’t going to be able to pull any crap with a .com domain registered outside of Russia.
Dunno about Russia but the truth is always the ultimate defense against bogus defamation claims. And based on its business model, Questra World is a Ponzi scheme.
scamquestra.com is still live. good info btw.
there you find all the answers …
not paying for a few weeks in 8 countries now
promised that everything would be back to normal today but it is not
Philip Tumasz On webinar they told there will be a new office opening on 30 june in switzerland thats a very important step for the company. And what happend ? Nothing opend !!
Shogun Maurer Is withdraw stopped in Turkey ?? sure?
(Ozedit: Snip. Questra World aren’t licensed to operate securities in any jurisdiction. Don’t buy into the Ponzi BS.)
TROUBLE IN LEGIT SCAMQUESTRA!!!
here in germany we receive our profits weekly.. but we are not able to withdraw them.
they told us to register the company in germany.. but in the german companyregister we cant find them. Also they told us to apply for the licence… but the german “Bafin” i called didnt know anything about AGAM/Questra.. there isnt known an application.
have you known about this step… did Questra inform you that turkey will be “closed” on 3 july ?
Profits of june 30 have also been returned to our accounts
Turkey is the first country with office and no withdraw… lets see when the first users will “visit” the office in istanbul.
6 weeks of no withdraw in Germany
Has anyone visited any “office” in any country and taken photos? Is it a real Questra rented office or a service center that collects mail for hundreds of companies? Are the staff there employed by Questra or they work for a service center?
With the alleged “wealth” of Questra they should buy offices not rent them, and who would work as “staff” for Questra when being a “member” can pay more money with no work?
No real office, all smokescreen.
NO payments for affected countries.
NO transfer of funds.
Earnings returned to account balance.
Only 1 ponzi that could beat QUESTRASCAM and that is UFUN.
Leaders from affected countries have moved on but still giving pep talk to their teams.
Leaders are now or have moved on.
It took a while for authorities to catch up, just like in UFUN.
But there were early warnings from countries and people ignored it. Passive, small players, late comers will get burned… BIG TIME.
Please stop posting all this registration nonsense. Questra World aren’t registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction.
The money in your backoffice doesn’t exist. That’s the only reason you can’t withdraw it.
Listen to Oz guys.
Banks? Under investigation and people still believe in BANKS!
Bank in Switzerland? LMAO!
Go and watch some videos on Youtube about Bernie Madoff and the great man himself, Charles Ponzi, and then tell me Questra is not a scam.
My wife put the equivalent of 400 pounds in. She can’t withdraw it.
Fro the record: Switzerland is not a part of Eurozone (EUR currency), European Union nor European Economic Area.
just for additional information that Spain Monetary Authority has also officially warned people about AGAM, check it out..
People who still follow AGAM or questra are idiots…,
live conference, lot of publicity and only 1 minute about the problem in the 9 countries … all takes longer than expected and they only say: patience …
If they want to stay alive, they have to activate the accounts again in those countries. Germany is their biggest country and not paying for 6 weeks … not looking good at all.
Thanks for the heads up John.
Had to modify the link (was getting 404) but should work now.
My wife has reported Questra World to the National Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting Centre in the UK.
They said to her it is almost certainly a Ponzi scheme and have logged it for investigation. She has emailed Questra about withdrawing her money and has received no response.
Multi language CEO, but can not speak english.. and need translator…,
@Alan, I thought they were still paying in the UK ??
And look who we found here … In 2011 a new film production company started with as president … José Manuel Gilabert
What a career change, from the movie business to the financial business …
Do you know What is the gilabert real name?
Notorious MMM India manager Hardik Shukla took a break and returned with a vengeance pimping QUESTRASCAM.
Partnered with scam Asiadigicoin promoters to lure people in.
He targets Indian newbies. Smooth operator.
Most of the LTD companies linked to Questra world have been shut down or renamed. Questra leaders are clearing their traces and the scam is reaching its final state.
Currently payments stopped in 12 countries and criminal cases have started in Kazakhstan, and UK. (perhaps more that we do not know about)
Kazakhstan, Germany and Poland
Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and Slovakia
Czech Republic, France, Greece and Estonia
Lots of fools are still joining this scheme. Don’t they do the slightest amount of due diligence before parting with their money?
All they hear is that their sponsor got paid and that is enough to convince them that this “is real”. If they did the slightest amount of checking they would read about the stopped payments in many countries and warnings from many government agencies.
That should be enough to make them think twice before sending any money to this eloborate scheme.
Jack, can you give more details on the criminal cases in the UK and Kazakhstan?
(this article is translated from the national newspaper in Kazakhstan):
How does a person protect himself from something like this?
Bernie Madoff avoided detection and fooled investigators from the SEC for years. Top hedge-fund managers invested with him. So even if a company is regulated it could still be a scam. Even if it has been approached with due diligence by a top investor it could be a scam.
They are not all going to be as transparent as Questra.
Using a third party company you give control away so is always a risk in my opinion. My advice would be to invest money yourself, buy houses, shares, bonds, Rolex watches, classic cars, whatever interests you.
But always spread your investments, never bet on on horse.
If you can’t identify an external source of revenue and you’re getting paid a ROI, it’s a good bet you’re in a Ponzi scheme.
also not paying anymore in Ukraine.
they do this so they can give 5% and pay and the other countries and scam more people over there.
big scam, telling lies that most investors believe.
showing fake 5MIO suitcases, bought by one of their founders …
This company is HUGE SCAM!
9 states in EU are blocked!!!
What do you think the fraudsters are doing now? They are obviously winding up the operation, but why are they keeping the facade going so long?
The Spanish chap fronting it is putting his neck on the block as well. I’m curious what his game is.
Since yesterday not paying anymore in Croatia; and still many leaders going to Dubai to receive their big bonuses … why they still pay a part and many countries not anymore ?
Umm, because you’re dealing with criminals.
unbelievable in other countries people still deposit, they still give live events, and so many people believed those …. criminals
They’ve made their money. The Russians behind it will or have cut and run.
Gilberto put his name on it for the money. Not the first time and won’t be the last.
They basically count of EU and RU authorities being hopeless to get away with it.
They are still paying in the UK, they will start paying in Europa again soon, just look at this online broadcast, youtube.com/watch?v=8pDm-FLJh3k
You were talking about the address. Check this out: lexington.es/en/center-moraleja#1
The address matches the one on there website. Please respond to me personally.
PO Box address: lexington.es/en/virtual-office
Check out the Official e-mail from National bank of Slovakia, that AGAM has no rights to operate in Slovakia and they never asked national bank for the licence. 🙂 And they said Slovakia is blocked also, because they started with legalisation. 😀 So its official. 😉
Nancy Bowden, diehard WorldWideSlutionz recruiter is fooling members into investing more money.
Hardik Shukla of India, MMM India manager should be reported to Indian authorities.
now that I have in the company for eight months and I have gone to meetings of about three 3 thousand people n I have photos with the JOSE GILABERT….WHAT ARE YOU LYING US..
(Ozedit: marketing spam removed)
Sorry, what does meeting fellow scam/victim investors and the Spanish frontman working for Russians have to do with Questra World being a Ponzi scheme?
a) They cut off some less effective branches (e.g. whole countries) – the branches not recruiting enough new members to keep the Ponzi/pyramid scheme running fast enough to sustain and to feed scam admins.
b) They may feel a regulation pressure in some countries – it’s better to run away before the fist authorities strikes them.
“We need not to have a rain, casual rain drops here and there are enough to keep us satisfied.”
(Ozedit: Ponzi spam removed)
They NEVER asked for the license from national bank of Slovakia, Germany etc.
Jeff Vaydor Trills Tony Vohanka you have bank documents stating that they are not doing what they told you they was… they have to explain why they told you one thing and the banks are telling you another?
JíŘan Černejch Hello, somebody is interested in paying Agama to 1300 €, best of you sent to ADV ….
when people start selling their accounts, it’s gone.
They have moved on to India and there is a very shrewd former MMM India manager, HARDIK SHUKLA working offline and online to recruit more victims.
This guy has victimized a lot of people in MMM INDIA. somebody has to report and get him arrested.
According to Vietnam’s regulation, all Representative offices must register with local Industry and Trade departments.
This is the list of Representative office registered from the beginning of 2017 in Ho Chi Minh city. There is no questra office registered, so they run the office illegally.
Greedy Vietnamese will be scammed for sure, but no one will have to pay for scamming people. That hurts.
Curiously, no one has responded to Buba’s comment (#143). I bet few people here will take the time to watch the video. I just did, and to think that it addresses the issues of licensing, especially in Kazakhstan and the rest of Europe!
With what I’ve seen, I’m sticking with QuestraWorld. Incidentally, no one is talking about AGAM, the engine room of the business, which has been in the business of generating profits for investors for as long as this site has been in existence.
We’re excited that AGAM’s Atlantic bank is coming in mid-2018! Profits will go up, and we’d continue to earn, weather one simply invests in AGAM or, in addition, recruits through QuestraWorld.
(Ozedit: Recruitment spam removed)
Still using Ecobank as THEIR official bank.
India scammers want people to believe that questrascam will be able to open a bank there.
It’s a Ponzi spam video full of the usual BS. What’s there to discuss?
Ponzi schemes don’t register themselves in the jurisdictions they scam people in. Leaves a paper trail for the authorities to follow.
Questra World == AGAM.
The Russian scammers running AGAM use Questra World as a Spanish front. They own both.
Which as a business model makes no sense in the real world, only in Ponzi land.
If that was the legitimate reason, they would have informed investors ages ago.
This bitcoin drama is providing MLM underbelly scams with a convenient exit strategy.
More lies! lies! lies! from Questra
If anyone is considering joining, DON’T!
They are all fighting in FB group, as usual, there are the fanatics. the big Polish leaders have jumped ship and very quiet.
Wait a few and months, they say.
questrascam is legal lol.
it’s always the followers of big leaders holding the bag.
I’m willing to give information to those interested regarding Hardik Shukla, former MMM India manager now actively promoting questrascam.
Save yourself, save your money.
RED FLAG. SCAM!!!
Please don’t post Ponzi promises.
They come up with all sorts of nonsense to keep people investing. Unless something happens, it’s just marketing spam.
I’m trying to help expose the lies, misinformation.
With all the warnings, people still believe about BANKS in EU.
NOT paying but BUYING banks.
Let’s not forget UTOKEN claiming to own a bank in Malaysia, and TVI Express actually tried to run an airline in Indonesia (which took like a handful of flights before folding).
Ponzis will promise all sorts of things, in order to keep your money in the system and to encourage others to put money in, so the top players can siphon off the top.
When a ponzi says BANK, it TANKS.
UFUN, TM, AGAM. Indian promoters claim Questra will have its own bank but Modi had bank notes destroyed.
Did NOT apply for a license.
Will NOT get licensed.
Straight forward Thinking :
Even if its a Ponzi scheme but you can make money out of it, does it still consider scammer?
Obviously it’s money game but with the right time investment, you still able to make some money. Risk or not is up to individual.
Its just a gamble game. Who bother whether it is what scheme. we only care about $$$
Yep, because in a Ponzi scheme you have to scam people to make money.
False. Only scammers such as yourself are into making money by ripping people off via financial fraud.
QUESTRASCAM IS DEAD!!!
Leaders have moved on. Small, passive players left holding the bag.
NO BANK. NO IPOs. NO LICENSE.
NO BLOOMBERG CONNECTION OR LISTING EVER.
new company for European countries and no financial transactions possible in all the European countries. Everything should be back to normal in 2 weeks … what is their plan?
Impossible they gonna pay all the millions that are waiting right now … IMPOSSIBLE!
Still holding Big meetings in Singapore Marina Bay Sands and Indonesia? Looks like they are just doing a run down through nations that are not in the know.
Problem is if you try and warn people you get harpooned, really sucks.
Just like UFUN, will scam like UFUN. Nigerians, Indians still pimping questrascam.
Questra wolrd is now re-branded to fivewindsam.
Oz, time for review amendment?
ya mean fivewindsCam ?
more appropriate methinks.
Thanks for the heads up. Five Winds Sam review out tomorrow.
big scammers, five winds are the countries where they make no more profit anymore because a lot of big leaders and a lot of big bonuses pending and Questra takes the newer country where they still can steal a lot of money.
This is the reason of the split and so they can keep on scamming a bit longer with Questra atlanticgam.
You got to hand it to indian pimps, they are still pimping questrascam, claims they joined March and are all in profit. Maybe. IF you promoted.
I joined back in November, got my seed and a few dollars extra in profit. I saw the warnings and stopped promoting.
That’s why MMM India was such a huge success, pimps will sell their mothers for money. ANYTHING to make money.
Hardik Shukla, Ayesha Malik Parth Dave etc. Indians will sell their souls for MONEY.
GREED at its finest lol.
now its going to Malaysia. It pains me to say.. but Malaysians will be easily deceived.. T.T
Just got an email from Alex villa saying that they are on a freeze for 3 to 6 months. Here is there webby. LOL
Alex doesn’t give a shit, he knew it’s a scam, will scam and now officially a scam. still sugarcoating it.
indians still in denial, waiting for questrascam banks all over the world.
Finally Questra World and AGAM suspended for the next 3 -6 months.
They claimed that they are conducting due diligent with the new investors from Asia (Asia Group) and as a result, there will be no activities in the account for this period.
It is finally clear that this Questra Investment is a BIG SCAM. Be warned that will unveil a new name to disguise people again to invest.
I hope they will pay back the monies to the investors CRIMINALS I fell prey to their scheme, in pains right now.
Earlier it became known that in an attempt to confuse the investigation, the founder of the pyramids Questra and A.G.A.M. Pavel Krymov held a rapid rebranding of his organizations.
For several months, scams have been operating under the names Five Winds Asset Management and QW Lianora Swiss Consulting. The reason for these changes was several criminal cases instituted against Krymov by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The founder of the pyramids, citizen of Ukraine Pavel Gennadievych Krymov, born in 1975, convicted under the art. 190 part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan—fraud in a particularly large amount.
The information on these investigations was published on the official resource of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 30.06.2017 (mvd.gov.kz/portal/page/portal/alm/alm_page/alm_news/Tab/5755A9CFAA978F14E053030F110A12E2) and 08.09.2017 (mvd.gov.kz/portal/page/portal/alm/alm_page/alm_news/Tab/58AD510712F79E76E053030F110A5546).
