O2 Worldwide Review: Oxygen “healing” drops
O2 Worldwide began life as Let Us Close back in mid 2015, with the Let Us Close website now redirecting to that of O2 Worldwide.
O2 Worldwide is today advertised as being ‘powered by the Let Us Close marketing system‘.
Let Us Close itself was a marketing system attached to a $40 or so recruitment scheme. Launched in May 2015, Let Us Close flopped shortly after launch.
October 2015 saw The Elite Networker launch, which also claimed to be ‘powered by Let Us Close‘.
The Elite Networker was headed up by Wallace Nunez, Dave Lear and Val Smyth, otherwise known as the guys behind the failed Total Takeover opportunity.
The Elite Networker also flopped shortly after launch, with the company’s website today redirecting to O2 Worldwide.
Listed as the CEO and Founder of O2 Worldwide on their website is Dan Putnam (right).
Affiliate marketing material linked Putnam to Let Us Close through EPX Body. It follows that he was also involved in The Elite Networker.
With the Let Us Close marketing system having failed twice now, O2 Worldwide appears to be a third attempt to attach the platform to something worthwhile.
Read on for a full review of the O2 Worldwide MLM business opportunity.
The O2 Worldwide Product Line
The O2 Worldwide website lists “O2 Drops” as the company’s sole flagship product.
Are you chronically tired or the lack the energy you used to have? When you get sick, does it take a really long time for you to get better?
What if you could heal faster and get back to feeling good again?
O2 Drops is our one-of-a-kind formula of bio-available oxygen molecules and essential trace minerals that is going to revitalize your body and improve your health in ways that you might not have thought possible.
The patented activated, stabilized oxygen in O2 Drops has been the subject of more than two dozen independent research studies at laboratories and at universities all over the world.
Athletes, scientists, educators, and health professionals and practitioners have testified to its safety and efficacy repeatedly. No other activated oxygen supplement has undergone as much scrutiny and validation.
O2 Drops are completely natural, safe, non-toxic, pH balanced, totally stable, and simple to use. They contain NO artificial colors, preservatives, stabilizers, or dangerous stimulants.
They are simply packed with a bio-available form of oxygen combined with the minerals that your body needs the most.
The O2 Drops label reveals the product is a combination of Chloride, Sodium, Chromium, Iodine, Zinc and Magnesium.
A product comparison chart on the O2 Worldwide website also proclaims O2 Drops contain “free” oxygen.
Retail pricing for O2 Drops is not provided on the O2 Worldwide website.
$59.95 is cited as the cost of an order in the O2 Worldwide compensation plan, but whether this is retail or wholesale pricing is unclear.
The O2 Worldwide Compensation Plan
While the O2 Worldwide compensation does pay affiliates on retail sales of O2 Drops, the compensation plan is heavily weighted towards affiliate recruitment and their signing up for a monthly autoship order.
Retail Commissions
O2 Worldwide pay a 50% retail commission on the sale of O2 Drops to retail customers (non-affiliates).
This is 50% of the commissionable volume generated by a retail sale.
O2 Worldwide don’t disclose what the commissionable volume is on the sale of a bottle of O2 Drops.
Fast Start Bonus
The Fast Start Bonus mirrors retail commissions, with affiliates paid 50% of the commissionable volume a recruited affiliate’s first product order generates.
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions in O2 Worldwide are paid out via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
Positions in the binary are filled via direct and indirect recruitment, with both sides of the binary able to expand down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
A 12 % commission is paid out weekly on sales volume (GV) matched on both sides of binary.
Eg. Your left binary side generated 100 GV and your right 200 GV for the week.
100 GV is matched on both sides of the binary and a $12.50 commission is paid for that week (0.125 * 100).
The remaining 100 GV on the right binary side is then carried over into the next week, at the end of which a new commission is calculated as above.
Matching Bonus
O2 Worldwide pay a 100% match on residual binary commissions earned by personally recruited affiliates.
The K Club
The K Club is an incentive program that rewards O2 Worldwide affiliates for hitting affiliate rank milestones.
- K Club (maintain a 40 CV order, recruit at least two affiliates (one on either side of the binary) and earn an accumulated $1000 in commissions) – $100 worth of O2 Worldwide “gear”
- 3K Club (maintain a 40 CV order, maintain at least two recruited affiliates (one on either side of the binary) and earn $3000 in commissions for two consecutive months) – “iPad or tablet of your choice up to $750”
- 5K Club (maintain a 40 CV order, maintain at least two recruited affiliates (one on either side of the binary) and earn $5000 in commissions for two consecutive months) – “laptop of your choice up to $1500”
- 10K Club (maintain a 40 CV order, maintain at least two recruited affiliates (one on either side of the binary) and earn $10,000 in commissions for two consecutive months) – a “10K Club watch” and $2500 in cash
- 25K Club (maintain a 40 CV order, maintain at least two recruited affiliates (one on either side of the binary) and earn $25,000 in commissions for two consecutive months) – “25K Club Ring, 25K Incentive Trip for two” and $5000 in cash
- Legendary (maintain a 40 CV order, maintain at least two recruited affiliates (one on either side of the binary) and earn $50,000 in commissions for two consecutive months) – “Legendary Ring, Incentive Trip for two” and $10,000 in cash
Joining O2 Worldwide
O2 Worldwide do not disclose affiliate membership costs on their website.
Various O2 Worldwide affiliate marketing material suggests membership costs either $39.95 or $59.95.
Conclusion
Oxygen drops as a healing product eh? Rightio.
For reference, here’s the lengthy list of benefits O2 Worldwide profess their O2 Drops “may or may not” deliver:

If you buy into oxygen scarcity and believe O2 Worldwide’s drops are the solution to this dilemma, the lack of general disclosure on the company’s website should still be cause for concern.
How much do O2 Drops cost?
The price of the drops on the affiliate side of things appears to be $59.95, which is worrying considering this is touted as the cost of O2 Worldwide affiliate membership and ongoing monthly autoship.
It appears affiliates are billed $59.95 a month, which qualifies them to earn commissions and is required to advance in K Club rank.
It then follows that the focus of the O2 Worldwide opportunity is to recruit other autoship affiliates, which reduces O2 Worldwide to an autoship recruitment scheme.
There are no retail qualifiers anywhere in the O2 Worldwide compensation plan, with retail able to be ignored completely.
And why would O2 Worldwide affiliates waste their time with retail, when the O2 Worldwide compensation plan rewards them far more for recruiting?
By all means do an upline check for the existence of retail, but don’t be surprised to learn it’s not happening.
Following on from Let Us Close and The Elite Networkers, O2 Worldwide is a third-generation recruitment scheme that probably isn’t going to be around too long.
Update 3rd March 2019 – O2 Worldwide has been rebooted as LurraLife as of early 2019.
BehindMLM published its LurraLife review on February 19th, 2019.
So, if I took 02 drops as recommended by half the MLM health industry folks, then took antioxidant drops as recommended by the other half of the MLM health industry folks, would I self destruct before I could recruit anyone ??
Sounds like Hydrogen Peroxide solution + Vitamins + Minerals.
Which would be hilarious as nutritional supplement, since it’s the primary ingredient of hair bleach and teeth whitener…
And a recently resurgent darling of “alternative medicine” where they claim all sorts of miraculous properties from H2O2.
And indeed, hydrogen peroxide HAS been used to treat gingivitis and periodontitis… since 1913, as the extra oxygen in the solution is judged to be antimicrobial.
rdhmag.com/articles/print/volume-33/issue-6/features/hydrogen-peroxide-in-dentistry.html
So, there’s your secret ingredient, folks. Get your store bought vitamin water, add a few drops of Hydrogen Peroxide, imbibe. Save yourself plenty of bucks. (Actually, don’t do that. Hydrogen peroxide is corrosive. It’s unlikely a few drops in a mug will harm you, but why would you drink that any way, much less PAY for it?)
Immune Tree ( now Anovite ).. has a product called “Oxyquest” .. how compares, at lower price?
JT
so the big push here is that they have a call center that will do all the convincing of your leads for you. how does that make it any less of a recruitment driven scheme if you have someone doing your dirty work for you?
it still is based on recruiting others who need to recruit 2 who gets 2. what am I missing?
Actually, I am just here because it is a good product, finally getting the attention it deserves, with very nice website and lots of promotion.
Nothing scam about the product – and I can live without the “call center” .. if I could make commissions without it coming “with”… I would..
But as it sits – I’m looking forward to both the product, AND the commissions – I have had similar before, and it does good things.
Let’s see some clinical trials then…
Make that “peer reviewed” clinical trials and a fully disclosed and legal commission structure and you might be in with a chance of getting anyone prudent to believe you.
The retail site will be available before launch.. As far as I know, they will have a zero cost to join and earn which is compliant with regulators.
There have been many articles written about both oxygen and fulvic minerals for health benefits…Go ahead though naysayers be my guest, and keep on sucking down those big Pharma poisons touted at the dinner hour every night on the idiot box (tv). See how well that works for ya!
I have a moronic friend who has bought into this. They’re spending $68 a month for the membership and product.
They’re why I’m here. They want to get “One hundred people into this great business opportunity!” Sheesh.
I’ve been looking into Dan Putnam, and his string of flopped pyramid schemes to try and convince them not to waste their money. And even more so to prevent them from getting a ton of other people to waste their money (One80, Let Us Close, The Elite Networker, and now O2 Worldwide).
My friend is retired and on social security, and is doing this because they are “Just so tired of not having enough money…” Throwing $68 a month away really isn’t helping them or the people they have gotten into this scheme.
Hopefully I can make them see sense. Sorry for the long post. Rant over.
tl:dr It’s $68 a month on the word of my moronic friend who thinks they’re getting rich with this scam.
fear of losing out on possible commissions is a huge motivator. here is the latest from the people pushing this get rich scheme.
“Dogs do not bark at parked cars”.
Product is fanatastic and getting results fast… research etc. is all up.. obviously K Chang did not even look.. just assumed.. and you know what that does often.
Customers generate $20 a month for reps.. instead of just $20 Fast Start first order for enrolling reps… so actually a person that went and got 10 Customers… would earn more doing that… than doing what it takes to build 2 Teams.. working with people.. helping people… and longer time to generate $200 in binary pay…
it’s harder work.. and it takes longer… yes in the long run.. Binary will pay way more… as it should be.. like Jim Rohn Says.. Profit better than wages… and building Networks way better than just profits!
And so the Let Us Close Call Center and system has failed a couple times? Who is that guy who invented electricty? I AM GLAD HE DID NOT STOP TRYING!! ARE YOU?
Yeah, in an ideal world where each customer orders monthly indefinitely.
And yet you didn’t cite even ONE source to prove me wrong… Merely innuendos and implications…
Hey KC..all you had to do was look at any replicated site under product (Ozedit: affiliate links removed) or at the bottom of our Testimonial page..
FYI in middle of that page is recorded 1 hour call with Dr. who formulates it (Ozedit: more affiliate links removed)
@Chris Do not post affiliate links here. Get your point across without the spam.
So you’re telling me you have NOTHING resembling neutral to prove your point, only ad copies. Is that correct?
Sheesh, even Vemma have links to actual studies, however lame those studies are.
this product is nothing more than a placebo! fact. ever hear of eyi industries producers of calorad and they too had an oxygen product that did wonders guess what their product was so good they went bankrupt and their product didn’t work, just like this one doesn’t either.
the only thing working here is the money for the upline and the lure of commissions. if anyone is feeling more energy it is the mind that is most powerful telling you are feeling better and have more energy.
Here is a generic test web site (not personal) for retailing O2: o2drops.com/ocnodtest
You will find a wealth of information on the product & you will see there is nothing about the biz op on it.
You’ll also find background on the research on the O2 product and you can make as much w/ every retail order than you can make on the first order in fast start bonus on the biz side. ($20)
A good point to make is the product, although it’s been improved over the years, has been sold worldwide with no comp plan or MLM since 1996. oxigenesis.com/about/
Our product has had some trace minerals added to it to make it unique.
NOTE: One can join the business, get 2 web sites and market the product and earn commissions for FREE.
The 59.95 entry price includes a complete marketing system, free call center to handle objections & close people, either 20 surveyed leads loaded into the system or 50 postcard with peel & stick labels of op searchers.
O2 Worldwide is turning out to be a game changer.
There is also a 39.95 entry level, but with no leads or marketing system. We also have a $10/share advertising COOP & the best support & training I’ve experienced.
I hope this helps in clearing up a few things in regard to O2.
seriously why would anyone join for nothing other than a possible commission. if the product works as you say why wouldn’t i buy direct from oxigenesis?
as I am guessing I could get a better deal with a higher ppm for less money than what is being sold by o2. it matters not if a call center is closing the leads for you or if you are doing it yourself it is still a chain-recruitment pyramid scheme.
Seems like this Putnam guy has a track record of failure and is pretty shady.
He is or was the CEO of EPX BODY and if these oxygen drops are so great why not add it to the existing EPX BODY product line.
Oz nailed another one again, nothing but a recruiting scheme. Telling and selling people that their business will be built for them.
This kind of crap is exactly why the FTC is constantly breathing down the neck of our great industry.
I’ll attempt to address the last 2 naysayers regarding O2.
I’ve known Dan Putnam for over 12 years and have the utmost respect for him. Every company he has started in the last 4 years is still in business and operating and
they have all been offshoots of the original EPXBody.
They are not failures, but he has not knocked one out of the park yet, until O2.
Dan chose the wrong comp plan for EPX and is one of the reasons he did O2 and the others separately.
Yes, LetUsClose flopped the first time and that is why he turned it over to Elite Marketing & it failed again. Problem was they were selling LUC service and
not a product.
The call center is now down the hall from Dan’s office and also works as a support desk. Dan has found the perfect product with O2, it’s small & it can be shipped around the world and it works.
As far as “beenhadbeforenottoday” comment about getting a better product from the manufacture, allow me to address that.
O2 retails our product for $44.95 buy 2 & get 3rd for free. (3 for less that $90) The O2 product is the 350 PPM strength with the additional minerals & if you look on the manufacturer’s web site you will see their prices are nearly exactly what our’s are when you buy 3.
Dan is also offering quantities of 3, 6 or 12 with prices as low as $20 a bottle wholesale.
Yes, they use “fear of loses”, but that certainly doesn’t make them a scam. Nearly every type of business in the world uses it to some degree.. that’s why “Sales” end.
I’ve owned retail businesses for over 45 years and we use it everyday. I have also been in network marketing since 1988 and yes, I have been burned a few times, but I’m glad those times has not soured my outlook on direct sales like beenhadbeforenottoday.
(Ozedit: Offtopic derail attempt removed)
I will say this…Dan Putnam’s O2 is the best opportunity for the small guy to make money from his home, that I have seen since I started in the industry in 1988.
Funny thing is they are going 3 for $60 on Amazon. B007LPTBYI if you want to look it up for yourself. Sure, you got extra minerals, but given the amount you take it’s pixie dusting any way.
In fact, other labels are as low as $42 for 3 bottles. Think of the markups!
This one isn’t much better, there’s too much incentive on affiliate autoship.
And how are you going to compete retail when bottle for bottle O2 Worldwide is more expensive (first-time retail customers aren’t going to buy three bottles upfront).
Wow how sad, Rick you are trying your best to put duct tape on the Titanic and justify failures, FYI it’s not the EPX BODY comp plan.
The O2 product is way over priced even if it does work a little…. yeah right.
K Chang verified it and he is spot on with facts. Rick I do have a question for you. Please name one successful small business owner or entrepreneur that had someone else build their business for them.
Rick since you have been in MLM since 1988 like you state has someone else ever built your business for you, or your retail business of 45 years. The answer is obviously NO.
Besides if the product is so great why a call center to sell it. What a scheme, sorry Rick sounds like you got had to. It happens man, be smarter next time.
Well, what an interesting assembly of critics, who’s life’s ambition is to pull down good ideas, and deconstruct rather than build things that have merit.
Do you have any followers yourselves. You know the kind of people that thank you for your contribution to their lives. Probably not, that would be way too adventurous for you guys.
Rick Voight, rightly or wrongly, made a well thought out and researched stand for his point of you…. with measured control I might add. But that didnt reach your tiny minds or thick hearts, did it.
Do you realize that keeping people away from the possibility of improving their circulation and the marvellous flow on effects to the rest of their organs…. is just so wrong of you.
While you are so busy making a name for yourselves as expert judges of products and comp plans. You must be kidding?
As an observer who is looking for some answers to some serious health challeges, I say, good for you Rick Voight… and Adios to the rest of you and…. by the way, don’t over-oxygenate, whatever you do. It could damage your ability to absorb good ideas.
What a interesting ranter, who treats criticism as “pull down” and “deconstruct”. You have zero counterpoint proving your side, merely insinuations about negative people.
You know what happens when you have no negativity?
You become reckless.
Idiots ignore criticism because they think they know everything there is to know.
Real leaders study criticism and make whatever it is they are doing better.
So, go ahead, try whatever woo you want to try. Plenty of people do woo instead of real treatments because woo sounds much better. Again, because they think they know better.
Which is the real ironic part… You are ignoring criticism… which helps one improve. So you’re the one who lacks ability to absorb good ideas, yet you accuse others of such.
So what if the first couple of times the guy failed at least he kept trying. So the guy learned and now this time he made a product and the easiest marketing ever.
Most mlm companies are over hundred dollars to enter and that doesn’t cover the cost of a capture and lead page plus a call center, 50 leads all you do is mail it out..
The product well it may work it may not.. I felt great after using it and that was the easiest way to get leads and handle them.
At least it’s not offering people a Bogus “savings club. I make a post and mail my cards out. People get a product and we all make money. No complaints here..
I only spend 60.00 bucks? that’s nothing comapred to a lot of comapnies. So it’s not a bad product and all the marketing work is pretty much done for you.. Sheesh wish more mlm companies were this easy..
Ah, but he didn’t “fail” did he ??
You’ve just misjudged his motives, is all.
“HE” made money, it was the vast majority of those unfortunates who trusted him who didn’t
“Madness is doing the same thing over and over and expect different results.” — Narcotics Anonymous Newsletter (frequently misattributed to Albert Einstein)
Here’s my take on the product and the business. It is 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) with a few minerals added.
I bought a 500ml bottle of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for $55AU including postage and handling. That’s enough product to last me and my wife for about 5 years (20 drops in a ml).
I use 3 drops in a 250ml glass of water every morning. That makes it a dilution rate of 1:1666 so it wont do you any harm.
There’s thousands of fruit, vegies, plants and other foods that have poison in them but the rate is so minimal that you would never know. Apples have arsenic in them but I’ve never heard of anyone dying from eating an apple (except that they may have choked).
And yes it does work. Go to google and put in “The 3 Minute Cure” by Madison Cavanagh. It’s a downloadable ebook and it’s worth reading.
As for binary pay plans, it’s the best one to pick if you’re the company because it’s the one that makes the most money (because of spill over).
It is not a good pay plan for afilliate marketers. I know a lot of people who when someone tries to interest them in their MLM company, the first question they ask is “what is the pay plan?” and if the presenter says “it’s a binary” they say “not interested”.
I’ve been involved with MLM for over 30 years and I’ve seen them all.
Hopeless stupid nonsense. They claim it has no H2O2, so it seems to be essentially saline with perhaps some other minerals and such.
See below for how scientifically illiterate their marketing material is.
Just basic stuff. You throw NaCl (table salt) in water and it separates on it’s own into Na+ and Cl-. Cl- ions, or chloride ions, DO NOT evaporate.
For thousands of years man has gotten NaCl by evaporation of the H2O with Na+ and Cl- in it. What they suggest would mean you would end up with sodium metal, never happens. It’s dissolved Cl2, chlorine gas, that evaporates out of water and produces the pool smell.
This is just the beginning of have stupid is the mumbo jumbo nonsense they have written.
from the O2 product Q&A s3.amazonaws.com/o2ww/Documents/O2+Product+Q%26A.pdf
Nice spotting the pseudo-science.
The fact that they claim O2 drops has a smell would suggest that it INDEED contains h2o2, as H2O2 may have a “sharp” smell, though it *should* be odorless.
NOLINK://chemdaq.com/the-elusive-odor-theshold-for-hydrogen-peroxide/
Makes you wonder, what *really* are in those bottles if you can smell it? Hmmm? Someone send it to a lab!
Putnam = Trump.
Rick Voight sounds like Sarah Palin kissing scammer boy Trump’s ass.
What an unbelievable load of uninformed nonsense people have share here. It’s plainly obvious virtually everyone have never taken the time to actually find out anything about the O2 drops let alone having tried it.
IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ‘Hydrogen peroxide’ period. It’s new technology that no one else has ever done that has eliminated all the issues other oxygen products have had.
If you are going to share the supposed “wisdom of your expert knowledge” on this product, at least have the intelligence to having first researched it and even spoken to people who have tried it.
So many people have had tremendous positive results using it and still are today. I have and many of my friends have.
It’s so different to the other oxygen products out there, there’s no comparison. I know because some years ago I used to sell one of those other products.
Whatever you might think or think you know of Dan Putnam and what he’s about, there is no denying that he has succeeded in a industry where so many have failed.
He’s an entrepreneur from the day he left college, who isn’t afraid to fail.
All self made millionaires etc have failed and often more than once. They become successful because they never quit trying. I find it curious that the biggest critics of successful people like Dan are among the most unsuccessful in business, maybe even in life as well.
I am also aware that some in this forum will attach me as well. Water off a ducks back guys. Time to grow a pair and be more positive about life.
If you actually do want to succeed in something, put your self righteous attitudes aside and listen, take advice and do what those, like Dan, who have succeeded have done.
Good luck to you.
With Ponzi and pyramid schemes under his belt, at what cost did that “success” come?
I find it curious that you’d make such a statement. You come on here whinging about people posting “uninformed nonsense”. Two seconds later you’re pulling red herrings out of your ass.
