Five Winds Asset Management investor warning issued in Belgium
Five Winds Asset Management, an attempt to keep the Questra World Ponzi scheme running a little while longer, has attracted the attention of Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority.
The FSMA is Belgium’s top financial regulator and on October 2nd, issued an investor warning against Five Winds.
According to the FSMA, Five Winds offers “unrealistic returns” and is operating illegally in Belgium.
Five Winds Asset Management and QW Lianora Swiss Consulting SA are not allowed to provide investment services in Belgium.
This is due to the company not “respecting Belgian financial regulation”, meaning Five Winds has not registered its investment opportunity with the FSMA.
QW Lianora Swiss Consulting operates along-side Five Winds, in attempt to push the Questra World Ponzi scam under different names.
The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by Five Winds Asset Management en QW Lianora Swiss Consulting SA and against transferring funds to any bank account number they might mention.
The FSMA also warns you that when you invest funds through unauthorized firms, it is often very difficult to recover these amounts.
The FSMA previously issued a warning against Questra World on July 18th.
BehindMLM has reviewed both Questra World and Five Winds. Both schemes are part of Atlantic GLobal Asset Management, which appears to be run by Russian scammers.
Not going well for Questra and it will get much worse.
Some stupid pimps keep one re-branding the “offices”.
One extra disgusting pimp here:

I am an Investor with AGAM and an Agent with Questra World. Every Friday is payday for ALL participants in AGAM. And, Questra World immediately pays its agents EVERY DAY.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity it provides. Especially when you consider the ridiculous returns traditional banking institutions provide.
Disruptive technologies such as crypto currency, the new AGAM Bank and legitimate ICO’s jeopardize the traditional banking and insurance industries.
I beg to differ with your comment, Jack — Things ARE going well with Questa World and Atlantic Global Asset Management and have been for quite some time.
(Ozedit: Offtopic derail attempts removed)
This is false. Plenty of people have complained about not getting paid in our Questra/Five Winds reviews.
If you want to whinge about banks, cool. But it doesn’t justify stealing money through a Ponzi scheme. And if you think Ponzi ROIs are the baseline for normal, mate you’ve got problems.
Ponzi scams aren’t “disruptive technologies”, they’re financial fraud.
Ponzi schemes that are “going well” don’t have to reboot themselves.
OZ, you are mistaken — NO ONE IN AGAM AND QUESTRA have EVER COMPLAINED about NOT getting paid!! NEVER in their history. I will make sure to share this with my team and have them give their own testimonies.
Your comment about a reboot shows that you do not know anything about what you are speaking of, OZ — AGAM is not rebooting, AGAM and Questra World are GROWING. Five Winds is a new company.
Also, AGAM just purchased one of the largest banks in Europe as well. Please stop spilling out FALSE information.
You mean those that you know. So how many are there in AGAM and Questra any way? Vs how many you know personally?
You can’t possibly know what you claim to know unless you work WITHIN AGAM and Questra.
So either you’re a liar, or you’re a LEADER of this scheme. Which is it?
to Selina,
Depending on which country you are. In Europe, payments were suspended several months ago. Soon it will happen in your country because Questra started in your country later.
This is another indicator that you do not understand the AGAM/Questra World Company. I REPEAT — NO ONE IN AGAM and QUESTRA has EVER Complained about not getting PAID — PERIOD!
I Don’t have to know EVERY person in AGAM and QUESTRA — The BURDEN of PROOF is on You in this Forum. I Guarantee YOU WILL NOT find ONE person complaining that they have not been paid.
YOU Come up with that complainer — YOU WON’T FIND ONE!
@Selina
As Kasey pointed out, you can’t possibly represent every Questra investor since launch. So you’re full of shit.
And anecdotal evidence from your merry band of thieves means nothing. When there’s no money left for you steal, you too will stop getting paid.
oh really? Check out five winds offical facebook page. 1 stars out weigh the 5.
This person clearly has a few bolts loose.
If you’d read our reviews, there’s been people complaining about not getting paid for months.
AGAM has rebooted as Questra World, then Five Winds and QW Lianora Swiss Consulting. Ponzi schemes don’t reboot unless they’re running out of money.
They haven’t shut the old companies down as wiping investor liabilities would bring on regulatory complaints. Easier to string gullible idiots along with trickle ROI payments gleaned from relaunches.
Which is why you can name the bank and provide evidence of purchase, right?
The irony is surely not lost on you, I’m going to mark your BS as spam if you don’t start providing evidence of your claims.
Selina, YOU are mistaken. People in whole countries (Poland, Germany, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium…) are not being paid. Countries has been cut off in May/June 2017 after this announcement from Questra:
Yeah, this “innocent” message was a beginning of a collapse in these countries.
You can deny or ignore it… but this is the fact.
Check regional groups from these countries on Facebook and you will see complaining and desperate people there (although negative posts are often deleted). Probably only the leaders in those countries are being paid (by means of some private channel) and those who managed a kind of “internal transfers”.
Wow, What a discussion…..All i can contribute is that I have meet several investors dating as far back as 5 years, who (Ozedit: made up BS removed)
As Far as the AGAM Bank, of course the info nor Bank can be revealed because the Transaction or Merger is not complete (Just like any fortune 500 company merger in progress) everything is kept under wraps until everything is complete and ready to be launched. We do know thru personal contacts that everything is going ahead great and with the AGAM Live Webinars.
Five Winds, yes there has been some slowdown in withdrawals etc. Thats only because for those Country requirements. they cannot conduct transactions until the compliance and regulations of that particular country is complete…They have to make sure everything is in order first before they can move forward or else there can be more problems… so why deal with that, get it right the first time is what i say….
The Good news is the company is in constant communications with All the Agents and Directors, Memos and correspondence are posted in there back office, upgrades and new features have already been put into there back office so that they (investors) can withdraw and deposit in there back office…. So progress is definitely being made…. and there accounts are still earning interest each and every week…
….as far as a Ponzi, i can see how someone could think that and the definition may fit…However, we all know (Ozedit: offtopic derail attempt removed)
Again…. Two sides to every coin, just wanted to Chime in with my Opinion….good discussion here folks
No you don’t, because the AGAM website domain was only registered in 2016 (Questra 2015).
So AGAM hasn’t bought anything and this is just more Ponzi bullshit. Cheers.
Yup, AGAM, Questra World, Five Winds and QW Lianora Swiss Consulting are the same Ponzi scam running under different names. Glad among the other nonsense you’re at least willing to acknowledge that.
alexa tells a different story, AGAM and Questra are in crash mode:
alexa.com/siteinfo/atlanticgam.es
alexa.com/siteinfo/questraworld.es
you must really think twice before sticking your foot up your ass to dig out such stinky lies. there are sooooo many complaints on FB about nonpayment by AGAM/questra/fivewinds.
here’s one more:
selina can take her ‘Guarantee YOU WILL NOT find ONE person complaining’ and stick it up her/his ass to keep her foot company, that’s if her head hasn’t already occupied all of the available space…
Idiotic ponzi pushers rebuked with proof and statistics.
“Five Winds” was supposed to be the solution for European members but they have no licence anywhere, regulatory warnings from Belgium and more countries to follow, stalled payouts for months resulting in no payouts in many countries. Alexa traffic shows big decline in traffic.
This scam is going nowhere but down. Don’t be tricked into losing money in this scam. Do not promote it because more people will lose their funds.
Word is spreading of the facts that Questra & Five Winds are ponzi scams and they will not last long. These ponzis cannot go much longer as they need a lot more new suckers to put money in and with the huge drop in traffic and word spreading that are a scam this scam is doomed.
Keep away from this scam and share this post on all social media and email.
Nope. YOU Claimed something that can’t be proven. It’s ON YOU. Don’t blame us for your own mistakes. Tsk, tsk, tsk.
according to alexa the maximum traffic to AGAM [approx 14%] and questra [approx 17%] is from india.
just last month they have held a recruiting event in mumbai, india, attended by the president José Manuel Gilabert, himself:
youtube.com/watch?v=776r-3uoDHI&feature=youtu.be
it seems like they’re paying out to top recruiters to promote the scam while newer investors are complaining of non payment.
i have reported this scam to the mumbai EOW.
it seems like they’re paying out to top recruiters to promote the scam while newer investors are complaining of non payment.
absolutely disgusting behavior!
A merger involving a Fortune 500 company would be disclosed to the market and widely reported in the business media at every stage – to not disclose any aspect of the deal would violate insider trading rules.
You’re not even funny.
When you have a few minutes to spare, try to work out the number of ponzi and pyramid schemes who claimed to be in the process of buying / opening their own bank VS the number of times it actually happened and you’ll soon see why posters are making a joke of the concept.
Not one bank has ever been bought any of these schemes in the past 10-20 years. Sometimes they claim to be “opening their own bank” again never happened. How can they “buy a bank” when their main business is not licensed in any of the numerous countries they claim they will serve? Instead there are many government warnings to not do business with these schemes.
No banks. Forget it! It’s a joke. The only sure thing is that the scheme will fail and collapse. Keep far away from these schemes.
Time will tell if AGAM/Questra stands the test of time. Five Winds, I might add, is a new company going through the necessary steps to be able to function.
AGAM / Questra are separate from Five Winds. The folks in Five Winds will be fine and their complaining will cease. (Ozedit: offtopic waffle removed)
@Selina,
Which bank?
Ugh one thing i cannot stand is thieves using the bible proverbs to try and give the illusion of something that is perfectly fine in the eyes of god.
Remember Profitable Sunrise? They always finished their emails with a bible quote and anyone in marketing in the last 5 years knows what happened to them and the lies they told right up to the point the website redirected to a Chinese Wig e-store 😛
Nah. Ponzi schemes always wind up the same: the majority of investors lose money.
Nah. Same Ponzi scam run by the same Russian scammers.
Sure. That’s what the investors in AGAM/Questra thought… until the money ran out and they were abandoned for the Five Winds reboot.
Looks like Questra has some problems in India. Several people said that withdraws are now no more possible.
One of them said also that Questra has changed the internal IDs to attach India to Europe (!). And with this the withdraws are no more possible! (Europe cannot withdraws since months).
Additionnaly I saw in an India Questra Facebook group that the big Dubai conference planned 5-10 November is now moved to 12-17 November.
so, you couldn’t back up any of your lies about questra/AGAM growing and paying everybody and buying fortune 500 banks and crap.
at least have the decency not to pull the tired, old, overused ‘time will tell’ incredibly asinine ponzi excuse to wiggle your way out of public embarrassment.
you’ve posted crappy lies here to promote your scam, and scammers don’t get wiggle room.
fail.
“everyone gets paid” but not in Europe and now India too?
“Questra have been paying since 2009” but no one knew of them until recently and the website is registered in 2016?
Can’t trust Questra promoters. Totally dishonest! Blatant liars! They will ignore the facts and spew out lies! Do not join them and tell them to go away!
Stop joining this rubbish and then feeling a need to defend the lies. You can’t defend lies without making a fool of yourselves!
Scam of Five Winds Asset Management and Questra World, Pavel Krymov’s financial pyramids. What should deceived investors undertake? The answer is here – youtube.com/watch?v=omD798CeSWc&t=4s
@Selina looks like you are the one shooting crap out of both ends!
@Selina: I REPEAT — NO ONE IN AGAM and QUESTRA has EVER Complained about not getting PAID — PERIOD!
Should I refresh your Memory?
Until the end of AUGUST there were only QUESTRA and AGAM on the market (LIANORA/FIVEWINDS came in September).
And already in MAY Questra/Agam have stopped their payments in several European countries (First in Germany, Poland, Kazakhstan, Ukraine…later in more countries).
Means: thousands of people in these areas are (from May) complaining for months about non payments.
Ponzo is right. Anyone who reads these reviews and gives money to Questra or FiveWinds is a huge idiot.
Here is a facebook community discussing if withdrawals are working/not working: goo.gl/x1d9HN
You can clearly see the payments are now in “selective mode” – people are not paid in the most of the countries, or only some people (minority) there are paid.
Do you need some other proof that this is collapsing Ponzi scam? Selective payments in some (especially European) countries cannot be explained by regulatory obstacles!
At the moment no one is getting there money back. Only salespeople are in the money. Websites are still up and running, but I think it’s a smokecurtain, to avoid prosecution, and create false hope.
It’s a Ponzi because the focus of those companies is to attract money, and not to create profit for their customers.
The parties, conventions, webinars, are all paid with ‘investors’ money, and people who aren’t getting any profit. There is no communication or what-so-ever, to customers. They are left into a blank. STAY AWAY FROM IT !!!
Hi! On 25 March 2017 I made a purchase of the product of Atlantic Global Asset Management Investor’s in a Portfolio Yellow. The Product price was 270.00 EUR.
Since this date I receive an e-mail every Friday i witch Five Winds Asset Management is pleased to announce that their brokers has once again demonstrated their high level of professionalism, through a series of lucrative deals for the company and its clients, showing the result in the amount of 5.1484 % of the profits.
My last available amount is 544.78 EUR. Do somebody knows, how it is possible to withdraw those money from this account and transfer to a bank account?
If you have to ask I’m guessing withdrawal is not possible.
Congratulations, you’re down 270 EUR and holding 544 EUR in monopoly money.
They are scammers. And the split-up of AGAM and Five Winds is used by them to make a smokescreen.
Forget it, you won’t have your money back. Don’t believe in fairytales!
Scam scam.
i cant withdraw my money from several months. is there any way to help me?
thanks.
If you’ve waited five months there’s a good chance your money is long gone.
You think its possible to sue your upline?
You could file a civil suit depending on the laws of your country.
It’d have to be a lot of money to be worth it though.
Depends on how you look at it, i invested in the black package, already a lot of money of course, but i compounded all the time and got 2 indigo packages.
Virtual money of course but this could have been real profit. I would be glad if i could just recover my initial invested money though.
Your money has been withdrawn by people who joined before you. There’s no other “way to look at it”.
That’s how a Ponzi scheme works. You’re making the mistake of believing numbers on a screen in your backoffice = money.
How you look at it is as follows:
* How much will a lawyer charge me for taking this to court
* What are my chances of winning
* If I win, what are the chances the court system will actually recover any money – bearing in mind that the courts in your jurisdiction are unlikely to have any way of retrieving money from Russia or Dubai
* Based on the above, is it worth throwing good money after bad
Oz, indeed this is not real money but it could have been if everything kept working for longer. Basically my upline withdrew also a lot of ‘my’ money so he could be held responsible? I don’t know if this is correct though. I mailed a few lawyers for a advice if this is possible.
Malthusian, taking five winds to court indeed would make no chance i think. Although you have lawyers that do no win, no pay. But then they obviously have to feel they are able to win the case. But i would want to sue (or see at least if this is possible) my upline.
I.e. if other suckers had kept investing for you to scam. Then they would be writing these posts instead of you. Unfortunately you ran out of suckers.
The question is whether your upline has enough money for you to recover. If they have stashed your money in Bitcoins or in a Dubai offshore account, that might be difficult. Typically, your best chance of recovering money is if they own property within your jurisdiction.
really doesn’t pay a year and a half.
