BG Wealth sharing and DSJ Exchange have received a securities fraud warning from Saskatchewan’s Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA).

As per the FCAA’s March 2nd fraud warning;

The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) is warning Saskatchewan people about the online entities known as BG Wealth Sharing Ltd. (BG Wealth), also known as BG Wealth Sharing Group and DSJ Exchange (DSJEX).

BG Wealth and DSJEX are not registered with the FCAA to trade or sell securities or derivatives in
Saskatchewan.

The FCAA cautions investors and consumers not to send money to companies that are not registered in Saskatchewan, as they may not be legitimate businesses.

If you have invested with BG Wealth, DSJEX, or anyone claiming to be acting on their behalf, contact the FCAA’s Securities Division.

Offering unregistered securities to Saskatchewan residents violates Canada’s financial laws (securities fraud).

Other jurisdictions that have issued BG Wealth Sharing fraud warnings include Australia, Tonga, the UK, New Zealand, the Philippines and Utah.

BG Wealth Sharing is an MLM “click a button” app Ponzi run by Chinese scammers. BehindMLM has documented hundreds of the scams since they first emerged back in 2021.

BG Wealth Sharing also goes by DSJ Exchange (DSJEX), a fake trading platform attached to the scam.

Since launch, BSG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX have burned through dozens of website domains. The scam shifts to new domains as registrars continuously flag existing domains for fraud.

BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX are currently operating on the domains:

  1. dsj331.com – privately registered in July 2025, active as of March 6th, 2026
  2. dsj337.com – privately registered on March 5th, 2026
  3. dsj336.com – privately registered on March 5th, 2026
  4. vipexdsj.cc – privately registered on February 28th, 2026

Note the domains above will likely stop working soon. There are likely other active BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX domains in rotation.

 

Update 2nd May 2026 – BG Wealth Sharing has collapsed.
