BG Wealth Sharing and DSJ Exchange have been added to the Financial Market Authority’s “click a button” app Ponzi fraud list.

The FMA added BG Wealth Sharing Group to its “click a button” app Ponzi list on January 15th, 2026. No website domains are cited.

DSJ Exchange (DSJEX) is a fake crypto exchange associated with BG Wealth Sharing Group (run by the same scammers). The FMA added DSJ Exchange to its “click a button” app Ponzi list on or around April 17th, 2025.

Up until around January 19th BG Wealth Sharing was operating from the domain “bg662.com”. That domain has since been abandoned.

A known currently active DSJEX domain is “dsj079.com”, private domain last updated on January 22nd, 2026.

It’s highly likely new BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX domains will be spun up to continue defrauding consumers through. These domains are all run by the same scammers and are part of the same Ponzi scheme.

BG Wealth Sharing is an MLM “click a button” app Ponzi run by Chinese scammers. A DSJ Exchange (DSJEX), a fake trading platform attached to the scam.

In addition to New Zealand, Alberta, Australiathe UK and Tonga have also issued BG Wealth Sharing and DSJ Exchange fraud warnings.

 

Update 13th March 2026 – BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX promotion is still active in New Zealand.

On March 12th the New Zealand Commerce Commission noted BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX promotion occuring in Wellington.

“Schemes present themselves in different forms, with different investment requirements and methods of promotion. These schemes entice people by promising high returns quickly and an opportunity to create ongoing wealth, which is typical of these scams,” [Commission Deputy Chair Anne Callinan] says.

There’s no indication the Commerce Commission has opened its own investigation into BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX.
