BG Wealth Sharing investor alert warning from Utah
The Utah Department of Commerce has issued a BG Wealth Sharing investor alert warning.
The March 10th warning is simple…
The Utah Division of Securities (Division) is issuing a warning about BG Wealth Sharing LTD.
…but does reference a BG Wealth Sharing securities fraud warning issues by the Alberta Securities Division in January.
The Division encourages anyone approached about an investment or business opportunity with or in BG Wealth Sharing LTD to read [ASC’s warning] before giving anyone your hard earned money.
The Department of Commerce directs consumers to California’s DFPI Crypto Scam Tracker and British Columbia Investment Caution List.
At time of publication DFPI has not issued a BG Wealth Sharing fraud warning. British Columbia issued a BG Wealth Sharing fraud warning on January 28th.
Other jurisdictions that have issued BG Wealth Sharing fraud warnings include Australia, Tonga, the UK, New Zealand and the Philippines.
BG Wealth Sharing is an MLM “click a button” app Ponzi run by Chinese scammers. BehindMLM has documented hundreds of the scams since they first emerged back in 2021.
BG Wealth Sharing also goes by DSJ Exchange (DSJEX), a fake trading platform attached to the scam.
Since launch, BSG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX have burned through dozens of website domains. The scam shifts to new domains as registrars continuously flag existing domains for fraud.
BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX are currently operating on the domains:
- dsj331.com – privately registered in July 2025, active as of March 6th, 2026
- dsj337.com – privately registered on March 5th, 2026
- dsj336.com – privately registered on March 5th, 2026
- vipexdsj.cc – privately registered on February 28th, 2026
Note the domains above will likely stop working within a week. There are likely other active BG Wealth Sharing and DSJEX domains in rotation.
Update 2nd May 2026 – BG Wealth Sharing has collapsed.

I have been promoted investing from BG investment. I doubt this is scam.
But my friends and family don’t believe because of poor knowledge And believing BG investment.
Therefore I need more context information to prove them that is scam. Appreciate.
You doubt an obvious Ponzi scheme is a scam because you “got promoted” by recruiting new suckers into the scam.
Your family and friend are telling you an obvious scam is a scam, and your go-to is “they have poor knowledge”.
My guy, you’re in so deep you can’t see the fraud for the trees. No need to prove to your family and friends that BG Wealth Sharing is a scam, they appear to already know.
@Oz – Rumor has it that withdrawals have been suspended and sites are non-op. I have an associate that is wrapped up in this, and they have been contacted by the SEC as well… I guess you can’t say “I told you so” loud enough!
