Nelo Life collapses, co-founders join Vital Health Group
Nelo Life has effectively collapsed.
Co-founders Eric Allen and Nick Sorensen are now funneling what’s left of Nelo Life into Vital Health Group.
Nelo Life appears to have unofficially collapsed earlier this month. The last post on Nelo Life’s official FaceBook profile is dated March 10th.
Over on Instagram, on March 16th NeloLife pitched events featuring “VHG Team Leader, Eric Allen”:

For now, Nelo Life’s website remains online. Once the promoter-base has been milked, it’s assumed the website will go offline (or redirect to Allen’s and Sorensen’s Vital Life website).
Nelo Life launched in early 2024 during the collapse of Richard Smith’s TranzactCard/FinMore disaster.
Larry Lane and Orkan Arat were original co-founders but disappeared after launch.
Around March/April 2024, Nelo Life added a securities fraud offering in conjunction with Ed Zimbardi.
The last late 2025 push by Nelo Life was essentially a clone of TranzactCard and FinMore’s doomed offering.
Vital Health launched in 2022 and is fronted by co-founder and CEO Tony Rodriguez (right).

Any financial arrangements between Vital Health and Nelo Life’s co-founders have not been made public.
Larry Lane moved onto Lev.AI then moved onto Global Gold Coin/Global Gold Mining Co with Keith Yarbrough, the crypto that is allegedly backed by gold but we proved it was actually NOT backed by anything.
Not surprised Eric moved onto another health and wellness scheme, was expecting that of him.

98% of them don’t last and the folks who know this keep hopping on the bandwagons to repeat the same ol’ cycle over and over.
The schemes are pretty much just data and money collection operations which essentially pitch “the next best opportunity” to their email list continuously.
I need to do a whole series on Larry Lane who is this idiot that keeps bouncing from one Ponzi scheme to the next Queen of Karma forgot to mention VidMe lol.
Larry Lane is a (failed) actor. I updated his and his brother’s Wikipedia page (Lane twins) some time ago to mention Larry’s fraudulent activities, but I see it’s been removed. Lol
Surprise surprise. In his very first month of force feeding the nelo life faithful into his own personal Vital Health downline, Eric Allen has achieved the rank of double diamond.
Same as it ever was.
Eric made money in TranzactCard. He made money in Nelo Life and now he’s making money in Vital Health Group.
Almost all of the people who followed him from one company to the next lost money at each step.
And Eric has well more than three companies under his belt.
