CashFX Group purportedly hasn’t paid anyone since May 29th. As the excuses pile up and affiliate investor frustration mounts, CashFX Group is now threatening anyone who complains with termination.
In a startling admission, the FCA has bluntly confirmed it is unable to regulate securities fraud in the UK.
The Financial Conduct Authority has banned EverFX from offering services to consumers in the UK. The ban follows EverFX denying it operated as a broker for the CashFX Group Ponzi scheme. Whether the ties between the two companies are behind EverFX’s UK ban however are unclear.
The Philippines SEC has issued a securities fraud advisory against CashFX Group.
Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority has issued securities fraud notices against EndoTech, CashFX Group and Mirror Trading International. As per the FSMA, EndoTech, CashFX Group and MTI are offering what they refer to as “expert advisors” schemes.
